When the water level of the filter 23 exceeds the set water level, the filtered water automatically flows through the ventilation overflow pipe 18 and is discharged into the drainage header pipe 20, and finally is discharged into an outdoor drainage inspection well, so that the water level of the water producing tank 13 is always kept below the safe water level; because the water outlet well 10 is connected with the water producing pool 13 through the communicating pipe II 12, the liquid level of the water outlet well 10 is higher than that of the water producing pool 13, and the redundant filtered water is discharged through the ventilating overflow pipe 18 and cannot overflow into the pump room 22.
