The user conveniently finds the placement space where the green light is displayed and takes out the file from the placement space. The sensing device automatically senses that the file is taken out, and sends file information of the file to the server after sensing that the file is taken out. The server matches the archive information obtained from the sensing device with the archive information contained in the extraction request, if the matching is consistent, the archive is considered to be extracted successfully, the storage state of the archive is updated to the extraction state, the corresponding placement space is updated to the idle state, and the server can control the broadcasting device to broadcast voice information of 'XXX archive borrowing success'.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the control method of an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include:
and judging that the article is abnormally taken out when the blocking device is positioned at the first position and the taking-out information about the article is received from the sensing device of the article storage rack.
And under the condition that the article is taken out abnormally, receiving article information of the article from the sensing device of the article storage rack, controlling the signal lamp device to display a second color, controlling the broadcasting device to play second voice information, and updating the article to be taken out abnormally.
For example, when the blocking device blocks the file and does not allow the file to be taken out, if the user forcibly takes out the file, an early warning prompt is required.
When the sensing device senses that the file is taken out, a signal that the file is taken out is sent to the server, and after the server receives the signal, whether the blocking device is located at the first position or not is determined, and if yes, the article is considered to be taken out abnormally. Subsequently, the server can control the signal lamp device to display red, and control the broadcasting device to play voice information of 'XXX files are forcibly taken out'.
For example, if the user does not submit the file extraction request and does not perform the authentication, the user directly moves to the article storage rack to take a certain file, however, the blocking device at the position of the file does not receive the information of agreeing to take the file, the blocking device cannot automatically switch to the second position, the file is still blocked, and the file cannot be taken out under the normal condition. If the user forcibly takes out the file from the article storage rack, the sensing device can sense that the file is taken out and inform the server, the server determines that the file is taken out abnormally, and informs the signal lamp device to display red and informs the broadcasting device to perform voice alarm. The server can store the archive information of the archive and the position and time of the abnormal taking away of the archive as an evidence chain for future reference.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the control method of an embodiment of the present disclosure may further include: and if the verification result represents that the user identity verification fails and the article is taken out abnormally, acquiring the user information which is not verified from the acquisition processing device.
For example, a user submits a profile extraction request and performs identity authentication at the acquisition processing device. However, if the authentication fails, the file is not borrowed. If the file is taken out abnormally, the server can acquire and store the user information of the user which is not authenticated, such as face information and the like, and store the file information of the file and the position and time of the abnormal taking-out of the file for future reference as an evidence chain.
In addition, if the verified user wants to forcibly take away other files on the storage rack, that is, other files not belonging to the file to be taken out in the picking request, for example, may be called non-target files, the sensing device at the non-target file may send the information that the non-target file is taken away to the server, and the server determines that the non-target file is abnormally taken out, notifies the corresponding signal lamp device to display a red light, and performs a voice alarm, for example, controls the playing device to broadcast a voice message of "XXX file is forcibly taken out". And the server can store the user information, the file information of the file taken away abnormally, and the position and time of the file taken away abnormally as an evidence chain for future reference.
Based on the above mode, the control method disclosed by the embodiment of the disclosure realizes intelligent article loading and unloading, intelligent article positioning, intelligent information display and voice broadcast, greatly improves the intelligent process of article management, and improves the automation efficiency of article management. In addition, all links for taking and placing the articles can be effectively and organically linked, a large amount of manual management operation is avoided, a large amount of errors caused by manual operation are effectively avoided, the workload of a user is greatly saved, the processing efficiency of file management is improved, the number of managers can be effectively reduced, and the management cost is reduced. Moreover, the identity of the article taker can be effectively authenticated, and an article early warning mechanism is established, so that the problems that the user mistakenly takes articles and takes articles in disorder are solved. And the inherent rule that the articles are stored on the shelves in sequence and cannot be changed randomly is broken through, the user can place the articles in any free placing space randomly, the vacant space of the article storage shelves can be effectively and maximally utilized, the number of the article storage shelves is greatly reduced, and a large amount of storage space is saved.
