Optionally, the first light emitting device 3 can send out an optical signal for allowing the light to pass under the control of the control circuit board, and the first light emitting device 3 can also send out an optical signal for prohibiting the light to pass under the control of the control circuit board; alternatively, the first light emitting device 3 can send out the permission light signal under the control of the control circuit board, the first light emitting device 3 can also send out the prohibition light signal under the control of the control circuit board, and the first light emitting device 3 can also send out the warning permission light signal under the control of the control circuit board. The specific presentation forms of the clear light signal, the no light signal and the warning light signal sent by the first light emitting device 3 may be flexible and changeable, and may be set according to the specific scene needs.
The clear light signal may be, for example, a green light signal, which may be, in particular, a flashing green light signal or a non-flashing green light signal. The non-flashing green light signal may be referred to as an evergreen light signal for short, and the flashing green light signal may be referred to as a green flash signal for short. The traffic light signal is a light signal for indicating that a vehicle or a pedestrian is allowed to pass, and therefore any light signal that can be used for indicating that a vehicle or a pedestrian is allowed to pass can be regarded as the traffic light signal, and the representation form of the traffic light signal is not limited to the above example, for example, light signals of several colors can be combined according to a certain rule to indicate that a vehicle or a pedestrian is allowed to pass, and the light signals of the representation forms can also be regarded as the traffic light signal.
For another example, the light-to-be-inhibited signal may be a red light signal, wherein the red light signal may be a flashing red light signal or a non-flashing red light signal. The non-flashing red light signal may be referred to as a normally red light signal for short, and the flashing red light signal may be referred to as a red flash signal for short. The light signal for prohibiting passage of a vehicle or a pedestrian is an optical signal for indicating that the passage of a vehicle or a pedestrian is prohibited, and therefore any optical signal capable of indicating that the passage of a vehicle or a pedestrian is prohibited can be regarded as the light signal for prohibiting passage of a vehicle or a pedestrian.
For another example, the warning traffic light signal may be a yellow light signal, wherein the yellow light signal may specifically be a flashing yellow light signal or a non-flashing yellow light signal. The non-flashing yellow light signal may be referred to as a normally yellow light signal for short, and the flashing yellow light signal may be referred to as a yellow flash signal for short. The warning traffic light signal is a light signal for indicating the traffic of a warning vehicle or a pedestrian, and therefore any light signal capable of indicating the traffic of a warning vehicle or a pedestrian can be regarded as the warning traffic light signal, and the expression form of the warning traffic light signal is not limited to the above example.
In general, the clear to go optical signal may have one or more representations, the clear to go optical signal may also have one or more representations, and the alert to go optical signal may have one or more representations. However, since the indication functions of the permission optical signal, the prohibition optical signal and the warning optical signal are different, the expression forms of the permission optical signal, the prohibition optical signal and the warning optical signal are also different from each other, that is, there is no intersection between the expression form set of the permission optical signal, the expression form set of the prohibition optical signal and the expression form set of the warning optical signal.
Optionally, the novel pavement signal lamp 100 may further include a second bracket 6 and a second light emitting device 7, the second bracket 6 is provided with a second groove for placing the second light emitting device 7, the bottom surface of the top cover 1 is further provided with a second receiving cavity 113 for receiving the second bracket 6, the second receiving cavity 113 is arranged opposite to the first receiving cavity 111, the cover plate 4 covers the opening surface of the first receiving cavity 111 for receiving the first bracket 2 and the first light emitting device 3 and the opening surface of the second receiving cavity 113 for receiving the second bracket 6 and the second light emitting device 7, the top surface of the top cover 1 is further provided with a second light outlet 114 for transmitting a light signal emitted by the second light emitting device 7, and the second light outlet 114 is arranged opposite to the first light outlet 112;
the second light emitting device 7 is connected with the control circuit board, and the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7 are independently controlled by the control circuit board respectively.
The size of the second receiving cavity 113 matches with the size of the second bracket 6, and the size of the second groove matches with the size of the second light emitting device 7. Optionally, at least one opening may be formed in the second groove, so that a circuit on the second light emitting device 7 can pass through the opening. The second receiving cavity 113 is located opposite to the first receiving cavity 111 and is disposed in parallel, as shown in fig. 3. A second light outlet 114 for allowing an optical signal emitted from the second light emitting device 7 to pass therethrough may be opened at a middle portion of the protrusion on the top surface of the top cover 1. Specifically, a second light outlet 114 may be formed on a side surface of the middle portion opposite to the first light outlet 112, so that the first light outlet 112 and the second light outlet 114 are opposite to each other. The second light outlet 114 penetrates the second receiving cavity 113, and the position of the second light emitting device 7 located in the second receiving cavity 113 is just aligned with the second light outlet 114, so that the optical signal emitted by the second light emitting device 7 can be partially or completely transmitted out through the second light outlet 114. Since the first light outlet 112 and the second light outlet 114 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides, the light signal emitted by the first light emitting device 3 and the light signal emitted by the second light emitting device 7 are respectively captured by two vehicles or pedestrians in different directions.
Optionally, after the second light emitting device 7 is placed in the second groove, waterproof sealing mastic may be filled therein, so that the second light emitting device 7 is fixed in the second groove, and water vapor can be effectively prevented from entering.
After the first light emitting device 3 is fixed in the first holder 2, the first holder 2 is placed in the first receiving cavity 111, the second light emitting device 7 is fixed in the second holder 6, the second holder 6 is placed in the second receiving cavity 113, and the cover plate 4 covers the opening surface of the first receiving cavity 111 and the opening surface of the second receiving cavity 113 at the same time, so as to prevent the first holder 2 from coming out of the first receiving cavity 111 and the second holder 6 from coming out of the second receiving cavity 113.
Optionally, the cover plate 4 is provided with two through holes 411 for routing the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7, respectively.
Specifically, the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7 are respectively connected to the control circuit board, and the lines of the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7 enter the barrel 5 through the through holes 411 through the two through holes 411 formed in the cover plate 4, and are respectively connected to the control circuit board in the barrel 5.
Optionally, the second light emitting device 7 can send out an optical signal for allowing the light to pass under the control of the control circuit board, and the second light emitting device 7 can also send out an optical signal for prohibiting the light to pass under the control of the control circuit board; alternatively, the second light emitting device 7 can emit an optical signal for allowing the passage of light under the control of the control circuit board, the second light emitting device 7 can also emit an optical signal for prohibiting the passage of light under the control of the control circuit board, and the second light emitting device 7 can also emit an optical signal for warning the passage of light under the control of the control circuit board. The specific presentation forms of the traffic-permitted optical signal, the traffic-prohibited optical signal and the warning traffic-permitted optical signal emitted by the second light emitting device 7 may be flexible and changeable, and may be set according to the needs of specific scenes. It will be appreciated that the specific representation of the clear light signal emitted by the second light emitting device 7 may be the same as or similar to the specific representation of the clear light signal emitted by the first light emitting device 3; the specific representation of the light-passage prohibition signal emitted by the second light-emitting device 7 may be the same as or similar to the specific representation of the light-passage prohibition signal emitted by the first light-emitting device 3; the specific form of the warning permission light signal emitted by the second light emitting device 7 may be the same as or similar to the specific form of the warning permission light signal emitted by the first light emitting device 3, and is not limited herein.
Since the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7 are respectively connected with the control circuit board and are independently controlled by the control circuit board, the control circuit board can control the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7 to emit the same or different light signals at the same time. For example, at the same time, the control circuit board controls the first light emitting device 3 to emit an enable light signal and controls the second light emitting device 7 to emit a disable light signal. As another example, at the same time, the control circuit board controls both the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7 to emit the permission light signal. Since the first light emitting device 3 and the second light emitting device 7 are respectively arranged on two opposite side surfaces of the top cover 1, the novel pavement signal lamp 100 becomes a bidirectional indicating signal lamp, and can bidirectionally indicate vehicles in two directions when the novel pavement signal lamp is particularly applied to a variable traffic lane (such as a tidal lane); or when the pedestrian crossing indicator is applied to the pedestrian crossing, pedestrians in pedestrian waiting areas at two ends of the pedestrian crossing can be indicated in two directions to cross the road.
Optionally, the first light emitting device 3 and/or the second light emitting device 7 may be a light emitting body formed by combining a plurality of LED lamp beads, LED lamp strips, or graphene lamps, and the expression form of the light emitting body may be the case shown in fig. 4. Of course, the expression form of the first light emitting device 3 and/or the second light emitting device 7 is not limited to this, and the expression form of the first light emitting device 3 and/or the second light emitting device 7 may be adaptively adjusted according to actual needs and scenes, for example, the number of the lamp beads or the number of the lamp strips in the first light emitting device 3 and/or the second light emitting device 7 may be reduced or increased, or the arrangement shape of the lamp beads or the lamp strips may be changed, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, a buffer block 115 is disposed at a middle position of the first light outlet 112 and a middle position of the second light outlet 114, and an included angle between an upper surface of the buffer block 115 and a top surface of the top cover 1 is a preset angle.
Because the sweeper for cleaning the road surface and the shovel of the snow shovel for cleaning the accumulated snow on the road in winter are very close to the ground, and the road surface signal lamp generally protrudes out of one part of the ground in order to enable vehicles or pedestrians to see the indicating light signal more clearly during installation, the shovel can shovel the road surface signal lamp to the edge of the road surface signal lamp and shovel the road surface signal lamp when the sweeper and the snow shovel pass through the road surface signal lamp, and the road surface signal lamp is damaged. Therefore, in the present embodiment, at least one buffer block 115 may be provided on the top cover 1 of the novel pavement marker 100. Specifically, a buffer block 115 may be disposed at a middle position of the first light outlet 112 and a middle position of the second light outlet 114, respectively, an upper surface of the buffer block 115 is an inclined surface and forms a preset angle with the top surface of the top cover 1, and the preset angle may be 5 ° to 45 °, for example, the preset angle is 10 °, 15 °, 20 °, 25 °, 28 °, or other values.
Alternatively, the top cover 1 and the cylinder 5 may be fixed together using screws. Specifically, at least two screw holes 118 may be symmetrically formed in the top cover 1, screw holes corresponding to the top cover 5 in position, size and number may be formed in the upper edge of the top cover, and screws may be inserted through the screw holes and locked to fix the top cover 1 to the top cover 5. In addition, a screw locking portion, such as a nut, for locking a screw may be correspondingly provided at a position below each screw hole of the barrel 5, wherein the screw locking portion may be integrally formed with the barrel 5.
Optionally, two light-starting holes 119 may be symmetrically disposed on the top cover 1. When the novel pavement signal lamp 100 buried on the ground needs to be taken out, the novel pavement signal lamp can be taken out by using a special lamp starting tool. Specifically, both ends of the lamp raising tool may be inserted into the two lamp raising holes 119, respectively, and then forcibly raised upward.
In practical application, can directly bury barrel 5 underground on the road surface after top cap 1 and barrel 5 are fixed, also can put into pre-buried base after top cap 1 and barrel 5 are fixed, will predetermine the base again and bury underground on the road surface, and this application embodiment does not do the restriction.
Optionally, the novel pavement signal lamp 100 may further include a pre-embedded base 8, which is disposed below the cylinder 5, and a plurality of fixing ribs 9 are uniformly distributed along the axial direction of the outer wall of the pre-embedded base 8.
If directly bury barrel 5 underground in subaerial, when novel pavement signal lamp 100 takes place to damage and need to be changed or maintain, then need will take out with the whole barrel 5 of road surface fixed, just so need excavate the road surface again, not only consume the manpower but also be unfavorable for the maintenance of road. And through increasing a pre-buried base 8, when installing novel pavement signal lamp 100 on the road surface, bury pre-buried base 8 underground on the road surface earlier, put into pre-buried base 8 with the combination of top cap 1 and barrel 5 that has fixed together again, fix the combination of top cap 1 and barrel 5 and pre-buried base 8 together finally. Like this, when novel pavement signal lamp 100 takes place to damage and needs to be changed or maintain, only need to dismantle the combination of top cap 1 and barrel 5 from pre-buried base 8 and come out, can change and maintain the combination of top cap 1 and barrel 5, and need not to excavate the road surface and take out pre-buried base 8 to the dismantlement and the maintenance of pavement signal lamp can be convenient for, the harm to the road surface can be reduced again.
Specifically, after the top cover 1 and the cylinder 5 are fixed together by screws to form a combination, the combination and the embedded base 8 can be fixed together by screws. Wherein, the inner wall at pre-buried base 8 has certain thickness, and has seted up a plurality of screw hole at inner wall upper limb, and there is certain height drop at inner wall upper limb distance outer wall upper limb.
