The integrated sewage treatment device in the prior art usually needs three devices (two fans and a sludge reflux pump or a fan and two pumps), wherein in the first case, one fan is used as an aeration oxygen supply device, the other fan is used as a stirring transmission device, and the sludge reflux pump performs sludge reflux; in the second case, a fan is used as an aeration and oxygen supply device, a pump is used as a reflux device, and a pump is used as a sludge discharge device.
Compared with the prior art, the main equipment in the sewage treatment system provided by the embodiment of the application is the rotational flow aeration and stirring integrated fan and the sludge stripping device, so that the whole equipment is simple, the investment is low, the noise is low, and no secondary pollution is caused; meanwhile, the method is simple and easy to operate, small in occupied area, small in sludge production amount and easy to treat, and ensures stable water quality of effluent of the distributed small sewage treatment station.
On the basis, in some embodiments, in order to better control the whole sewage treatment apparatus (or the sewage treatment system 01), as shown in fig. 1, a control valve K1 may be provided on an aeration pipe D1 of the integrated cyclone aeration-stirring fan 201 leading to the aerobic zone a3, and a control valve K2 may be provided on a pipeline D2 of the integrated cyclone aeration-stirring fan 201 leading to the sludge stripping apparatus 202, so as to control the air flow of the aeration pipe D1 and the pipeline D2 by controlling the control valves K1 and K2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, a control valve K3 may be provided on the sludge discharge pipe E2 connected to the air-lift sludge device 202 to control the sludge discharge of the sludge discharge pipe E2, and when the sludge discharge is required, the control valve K3 is opened to discharge the sludge for pressure relief.
In some actual sewage treatment processes, the control valve K3 is normally closed; the air quantity brought by the fan is received by the sludge air-stripping device 202, the sludge is driven to continuously flow back outwards in a compressed air mode, when sludge needs to be discharged, the control valve K3 can be manually opened to release pressure, and the sludge gathered at the bottom of the settling zone is sent outwards for treatment; then, the control valve K3 is closed, and the sludge mixed liquor continues to flow back.
In some embodiments, in order to prevent the muddy water mixed liquid from flowing back to the swirl aeration-stirring integrated fan 201 in the wastewater tank, the swirl aeration-stirring integrated fan 201 may be damaged, and as shown in fig. 1, a check valve S may be provided on a main pipe of the swirl aeration-stirring integrated fan 201.
