After the wiper blade holder 24 is attached to the mop pole push-pull tube 28, the press-type spring positioning pin 36 is inserted into the concentric holes 37 of the mop pole push-pull tube 28 and the mop pole 1 to position them, and the wiper blade holder 24 is separated from the upper end of the mop head, so that the mop can be converted from the wiping state to the mopping state.
