Detailed Description
In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the brewing device of the present invention will be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. An embodiment of the invention is shown by way of example in the drawings in order to make the understanding of the technical solutions disclosed in the invention more accurate and thorough. It should be understood, however, that the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described below.
As shown in fig. 1, a coffee maker 600 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a coffee maker body 601 and a brewing device 100 connected to the coffee maker body. The detailed construction and/or principle of the coffee machine body can refer to the prior art, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted.
As shown in fig. 2a and 4b, the brewing device 100 of the first embodiment of the present invention comprises a housing 111, a housing cover 121, a hinge 112 connecting the housing 111 and the housing cover 121, an exchangeable brewing chamber 200, a connecting pipe 131, and a quick change connector 114.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2a in combination with fig. 3a, the housing 111 is substantially funnel-shaped, the bottom of the housing 111 is provided with a liquid outlet 113, one side of the housing 111 is provided with a protrusion 101 extending along the radial direction, a water inlet channel 116 extending from the inside of the housing 111 to the end surface of the protrusion 101 is formed inside the protrusion 101, the cross section of a part of the protruding end of the protrusion 101 is reduced to form a combining part 103, two opposite openings are formed on the side wall of the combining part 103, two buckles 115 are adapted to be respectively and slidably fitted into one of the openings, one end of each buckle 115 extends along the radial direction outwards to abut against the inner surface of the combining part 103, and the other end protrudes from the outer surface of the combining part. A compression spring 1151 is arranged between the two buckles 115, and the compression spring 1151 tightly supports the two buckles 115. As shown in FIG. 1, the coffee maker body 601 using the brewing device 100 has a port 602 adapted to be sleeved with the combining portion 103, and two engaging holes 6021 are formed on the port 602 and can be matched with the part of the buckle 115 extending out of the combining portion 103 in shape and corresponding in position. In use, two snaps 115 are pressed and held so that their portions protruding beyond the outer surface of the junction 103 are flush with or slightly below the outer surface of the junction 103, and the junction 103 is inserted into the port 602. When the catch 115 reaches the position of the engagement hole 6021, the catch 115 partially protrudes from the coupling portion 103 and catches in the engagement hole 6021 and thus protrudes from the surface of the engagement hole 6021 due to the action of the compression spring 1151. Similarly, during disassembly, the engaging portion 103 can be pulled out by pressing the buckle 115. Preferably, the portion of the clip 115 protruding from the junction 103 has a rounded or chamfered edge around its end surface, so that when the clip 115 is pressed down, the junction 103 can be pulled out of the port 602 by simply pressing it down so that the rounded or chamfered edge on the end surface of the clip 115 is slightly lower than the inner surface of the port 602. The joint 103, the snap 115, and the compression spring 1151 thus constitute a quick-change adapter 114. By means of the quick change adapter 114, the brewing device 100 can be quickly mounted or dismounted on the coffee machine body with an interface that can be mated with the quick change adapter 114, without using any other tools.
The bottom of the housing cover 121 is provided with a water outlet 1211, the water outlet 1211 is provided with a brewing opening 124 and an opening 1212, the upper portion of the housing 111 is provided with a partition 118, one end of the partition 118, which is close to the protrusion 101, is provided with a pipe orifice 1181, one end of the connecting pipe 131 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the water inlet channel 116 and is in fluid communication with the side wall, the other end of the connecting pipe 131 passes through the pipe orifice 1181 and the opening 1212 in sequence, and is finally fixedly connected with the brewing opening 124 and is in fluid communication with the brewing opening, and the connecting mode of the connecting pipe 131, the water inlet channel 116 and the brewing. As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, in the present embodiment, the connection tube 131 is made of a flexible material, such as but not limited to a silicone tube, so that the connection tube 131 can be elastically deformed during the opening or closing of the cover 121 relative to the housing 111. This arrangement makes it possible to eliminate the need to remove the water inlet line by replacing the brewing chamber or to use a more complicated line structure with a simple structure.
As shown in fig. 2b in conjunction with fig. 4a, the lower portion of the exchangeable brewing chamber 200 extends into the housing 111 and is detachably connected to the housing 111. Specifically, the lower part of the replaceable brewing chamber 200 is provided with a substantially cylindrical chamber body 201, the peripheral side surface of the chamber body 201 is provided with a plurality of bayonet pieces 203, the upper part of the housing 111 is provided with clamping grooves 117 with the same number as the bayonet pieces 203, and the bayonet pieces 203 are suitable for being connected with the clamping grooves 117 in a shape matching manner to lock the housing 111 and the replaceable brewing chamber 200.
