Fig. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view of a backlight module according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the backlight module 1 includes: a support 11, a light guide plate 12, and a fixing member 13; the bracket 11 includes a bottom plate 111 and a side plate 112 disposed around a peripheral side of the bottom plate 111, and the bottom plate 111 and the side plate 112 enclose a receiving groove 113. The side plates 112 are vertically connected to the periphery of the bottom plate 111, the bottom plate 111 forms the bottom of the accommodating groove 113, and the side plates 112 form the walls of the accommodating groove 113. The receiving groove 113 is used to carry components such as the light guide plate 12, so that the bracket 11 protects the components carried in the receiving groove 113.
The fixing member 13 is fixed in the receiving groove 113 and located between the side plate 112 and the light guide plate 12. One of the fixing member 13 and the light guide plate 12 is provided with a boss, and the other is provided with a groove corresponding to the boss. For convenience of description, the boss is referred to as a first boss 20, the groove is referred to as a first groove 30, and the first boss 20 and the first groove 30 cooperate with each other to limit the light guide plate 12.
As shown in fig. 3, the first protrusion 20 is disposed on a side of the fixing member 13 facing the light guide plate 12, and the first groove 30 is disposed on a side of the light guide plate 12 facing the fixing member 13. It should be noted that the shape of the first boss 20 may be a cube, a rectangular parallelepiped, a hemisphere, or any irregular body, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The opening direction of the first groove 30 faces the fixing member 13, and the shape and size of the first boss 20 are matched, that is, the first boss 20 and the first groove 30 can be engaged with each other, so as to limit the light guide plate 12 and prevent the light guide plate from moving in the z direction.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4, the first protrusion 20 may also be disposed on a side of the light guide plate 12 facing the fixing element 13, and the first groove 30 is disposed on a side of the fixing element 13 facing the light guide plate 12, and the shape, size and function of the two are not described again in this embodiment.
It can be understood that, if the backlight module 1 is applied to the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device, when the vehicle with the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device bumps, the light guide plate 12 in the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device does not move along the z direction, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the phenomenon that the light guide plate 12 jumps off, ensuring the display effect of the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device, and improving the user satisfaction.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the first protrusion 20 is disposed on a side of the fixing member 13 facing the light guide plate 12, and the first protrusion 20 is integrally formed with the fixing member 13. Of course, the two structures may be independent structures, and after the two structures are separately prepared and formed, the two structures are connected by an assembling method such as welding or movable connection, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
As shown in fig. 4, if the first bosses 20 are provided on the side of the light guide plate 12 facing the fixing member 13, the first bosses 20 may be integrally formed with the light guide plate 12. Of course, the two structures may be independent structures, and after the two structures are separately prepared and formed, the two structures are connected by an assembling method such as welding or movable connection, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, one of the fixed member 13 and the side plate 112 is provided with a boss, and the other is provided with a groove corresponding to the boss. For convenience of description, the boss is referred to as a second boss 40, the groove is referred to as a second groove 50, and the second boss 40 and the second groove 50 are engaged with each other to fix the fixing member 13.
As shown in fig. 5, the second protrusion 40 is disposed on a side of the fixing member 13 facing the side plate 112, and at this time, the second groove 50 is disposed on an inner side surface of the side plate 112 and faces the fixing member 13. It should be noted that the shape of the second boss 40 may be a cube, a rectangular parallelepiped, a hemisphere, or any irregular body, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. The opening direction of the second groove 50 faces the fixing member 13, and the second groove matches the shape and size of the second boss 40, that is, the second boss 40 and the second groove 50 can be engaged with each other, so as to prevent the fixing member 13 from moving in the z direction.
As shown in fig. 6, the second protrusion 40 is disposed on the inner side surface of the side plate 112 and faces the fixing element 13, and at this time, the second groove 50 is disposed on the side of the fixing element 13 facing the side plate 112, and the shape, size and function of the two are not described again in this embodiment.
It can be understood that, if the backlight module 1 is applied to the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device, when the vehicle with the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device bumps, the fixing member 13 in the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device does not move along the z direction, so that the fixing member 13 is prevented from driving the light guide plate 12 to move along the z direction, the phenomenon that the light guide plate 12 jumps off is effectively avoided, the display effect of the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device is ensured, and the use satisfaction of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the second protrusion 40 is disposed on a side of the fixing member 13 facing the side plate 112, and the second protrusion 40 is integrally formed with the fixing member 13.
It should be noted that the two structures may be independent structures, and after the two structures are separately prepared and formed, the two structures are connected by an assembly method such as welding or movable connection, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the second projection 40 is disposed on the inner side of the side plate 112 and faces the fixing member 13, and the second projection 40 is integrally formed with the side plate 112.
It should be noted that the two structures may be independent structures, and after the two structures are separately prepared and formed, the two structures are connected by an assembly method such as welding or movable connection, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, an adhesive layer is disposed between the first boss 20 and the first groove 30, and for convenience of description, the adhesive layer is referred to as a first adhesive layer, and the first adhesive layer is filled between the first boss 20 and the first groove 30 to further fix the first boss and the first groove. The material of the first adhesive layer may be a colloid, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
An adhesive layer is provided between the second projection 40 and the second groove 50, and for convenience of description, the adhesive layer is referred to as a second adhesive layer, and the second adhesive layer is filled between the second projection 40 and the second groove 50 to fix the two. The material of the second adhesive layer may be a colloid, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
In some embodiments, the material of the fixing member 13 is an elastic material.
It can be understood that, the material of the fixing member 13 is selected to be an elastic material, which can reduce the acting force between the fixing member 13 and the light guide plate 12 and between the fixing member 13 and the side plate 112, and play a role in buffering, thereby protecting the components in the backlight module 1 from being damaged.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the backlight module 1 further includes: the reflection sheet 15, the light guide plate 12 and the optical film 16 are all located in the receiving groove 113, the reflection sheet 15 is located on the bottom plate 111, the light guide plate 12 is located on the reflection sheet 15, and the optical film 16 is located on the light guide plate 12, so that the components such as the reflection sheet 15, the light guide plate 12 and the optical film 16 in the receiving groove 113 are protected by the support 11.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a display device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the display device includes:
a display panel 2, and a backlight module 1 according to any of the above embodiments. The backlight module 1 has been described in detail in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again. The light guide plate 12 and the display panel 2 are sequentially disposed on the bottom plate 111 in the receiving groove 113 of the backlight module 1, specifically, the display panel 2 is disposed on the optical film 16, and a surface of the display panel 2 on a side away from the bottom plate 111 is flush with a surface of the side plate 112 on a side away from the bottom plate 111, so as to protect the display panel 2 through the bracket 11.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the application can be a vehicle-mounted LTPS display device, and the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device is provided with the backlight module 1 in the embodiment, so that when a vehicle with the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device bumps, the light guide plate 12 in the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device cannot move along the z direction, the phenomenon that the light guide plate 12 jumps off is avoided, the display effect of the vehicle-mounted LTPS display device is ensured, and the use satisfaction of a user is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the display device further includes:
a cover plate 3 and a middle frame 4. The middle frame 4 is located in the accommodating groove 113 and connected to the inner side of the side plate 112, and is used for bearing the display panel 2; the light guide plate 12, the middle frame 4 and the display panel 2 are sequentially disposed on the bottom plate 111 in the receiving groove 113.
The cover plate 3 is disposed on a side of the bracket 11 away from the bottom plate 111, and is used for encapsulating the receiving groove 113 in the bracket 11, and further protecting components such as the backlight module 1 and the display panel 2 in the receiving groove 113. Specifically, the cover plate 3 is provided on a surface of the display panel 2 on a side away from the bottom plate 111 and a surface of the side plate 112 on a side away from the bottom plate 111.

The backlight module as claimed in claim 1, wherein one of the fixing member and the side plate is provided with a second protrusion, and the other one is provided with a second recess corresponding to the second protrusion, the second protrusion and the second recess cooperating to fix the fixing member.
4. The backlight module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second protrusion is disposed on a side of the fixing member facing the side plate, and the second protrusion is integrally formed with the fixing member.
5. The backlight module as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second protrusion is disposed on an inner side of the side plate and faces the fixing member, and the second protrusion is integrally formed with the side plate.
6. The backlight module as claimed in claim 3, wherein a first adhesive layer is disposed between the first protrusion and the first recess, and a second adhesive layer is disposed between the second protrusion and the second recess.
7. The backlight module as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing member is made of an elastic material.
8. The backlight module of claim 1, further comprising:
a reflector sheet and an optical film sheet;
the reflector plate, the light guide plate and the optical film are all located in the accommodating groove and are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate.
9. A display device, comprising:
a display panel and a backlight module according to any one of claims 1-8;
the light guide plate in the backlight module and the display panel are both positioned in the accommodating groove of the backlight module and are sequentially arranged on the bottom plate in the backlight module.
