In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the injection portion 604 comprises an injection cavity 614 and a pusher 624; the air extraction part 603 comprises an air extraction cavity 613, a micro air pump and an air pump button 623; the injection cavity 614 is located inside the pumping cavity 613, a gap for forming a pumping layer is formed between the injection cavity 614 and the pumping cavity 613, the micro air pump is located inside the pumping layer, the first injection tube 601 is connected with the side wall of the pumping cavity 613 so as to communicate the first injection tube 601 with the pumping layer, and the second injection tube 602 is connected with the side wall of the injection cavity 614 so as to communicate the second injection tube 602 with the inside of the injection cavity 614; the pusher 624 is disposed at one end of the injection cavity 614 far away from the second injection tube 602, the injection cavity 614 is used for accommodating ink, the pusher 624 is used for pushing the ink in the injection cavity 614 into the second injection tube 602, and the outside of the injection cavity 614 is provided with scale lines 634; the air pump button 623 is disposed at an end of the air pumping cavity 613 away from the first injection tube 601, the air pump button 623 is electrically connected to the micro air pump, and the air pump button 623 is used for controlling the on/off of the micro air pump.
In this embodiment, before the second injection tube 602 assists to inject ink into the second pen tube 300, at this time, the first injection tube 601 and the second injection tube 602 are both located in the second pen tube 300, and preferably, the front ends of the first injection tube 601 and the second injection tube 602 are both close to the control valve 301 of the second pen tube 300, the air pump button 623 is used to start the micro air pump, so as to suck residual air in the second pen tube 300 through a gap channel between the first injection tube 601 and the second injection tube 602, and close an air layer channel port after the suction is finished; at this time, the solenoid valve is opened, ink is injected into the second injection tube 602 by the pusher 624, so that the second injection tube 602 is used to inject ink into the second pen tube 300 and the first pen tube 200 synchronously, and because the pen point 100 and the first pen tube 200 are in a closed state at this time, the ink can only be pushed towards the tail end of the first pen tube 200 against the direction of the silicone layer until the ink injection is finished, and the control valve 301 is closed at this time, so that air is not mixed between the first pen tube 200 and the second pen tube 300, and meanwhile, a passage port of the micro air pump is opened, and air is filled into the second pen tube 300.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connection position of the air pumping cavity 613 and the first pen barrel 200 is set as the tapered end 633, and the air pumping cavity 613 is connected to the first pen barrel 200 through the tapered end 633 by a screw; the end of the exhaust cavity 613 and the end of the injection cavity 614 far away from the first injection tube 601 are fixedly connected.
