The main oil pump 621 provides main pressure oil for the system, and the main electromagnetic overflow valve 623 plays roles in constant-pressure overflow, pressure stabilization, system unloading and safety protection; the sequence valve 622 controls the flow of the pressure oil of the main oil pump 621, and the set pressure makes the driving cylinder 500 drive the retainer plate 400 to just lift the plate but not to jack the plate, so that the plate is always tightly attached to the surface of the retainer plate 400.
In order to ensure the following reliability of the retainer plate 400 in the bending process of the plate material, an auxiliary oil pump 624 is added into the oil supply part 620, namely the oil supply part 620 further comprises the auxiliary oil pump 624 and an auxiliary electromagnetic overflow valve 625. The oil inlet end of the auxiliary oil pump 624 is connected with the oil tank 610, and the oil outlet end is connected with the P port of the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 through another one-way valve; an auxiliary electromagnetic overflow valve 625 is connected between an oil outlet of the auxiliary oil pump 624 and the oil tank 610; the relief pressure of main electromagnetic relief valve 623 is greater than the electromagnetic pressure of sub electromagnetic relief valve 625. When the main oil pump 621 cannot guarantee that the retainer plate 400 can closely follow the bending speed of the plate, the auxiliary oil pump 624 can be controlled to intervene to work, flow supplement is carried out, the overturning speed of the retainer plate 400 is increased, the speed difference is eliminated, and the following reliability is guaranteed.
Meanwhile, in order to adjust the pose of the plate after bending so as to take out the plate from the bending machine, the driving cylinder 500 adopts a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, a large piston rod extends in place, and a small piston rod can continue to extend under the action of the auxiliary oil pump 624 so as to turn over the plate at a large angle further, so that the position can be adjusted. And the two material supporting control parts are respectively connected with a driving cylinder 500, and the front side and the rear side of the workbench of the bending machine are used for supporting the plate, so that the bending stability of the plate is further improved, the surface quality of the plate is also ensured, and the position and the posture of the plate are more conveniently adjusted.
The material holding control part comprises a three-position four-way reversing valve 630 and a two-position four-way reversing valve 640. Wherein, the P port of the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 is connected with the oil outlet side of the oil supply part 620, the T port is connected with the oil tank 610, and the A port and the B port are respectively connected with the rod cavity and the rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 500; one oil port of the two-position four-way reversing valve 640 is connected with the rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 500, the T port of the two-position four-way reversing valve is connected with the oil tank 610, and the other two oil ports are closed. The hydraulic system controls the extension and retraction of the driving cylinder 500 through the three-position four-way reversing valve 630, and then drives the retainer plate 400 to turn up and down, so that the following and discharging of plate bending are realized.
In addition, the safety of the bent plate needs to be guaranteed during discharging, so the material supporting control part further comprises a one-way throttle valve 650, and the one-way throttle valve 650 is arranged between the port B of the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 and the rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 500. Wherein the opening direction of the check valve flows from the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 to the driving cylinder 500. The intervention time of the one-way throttle valve 650 is controlled by the two-position four-way reversing valve 640, so that the material can be quickly discharged after being bent, and is slowly and stably discharged when the material is close to the horizontal level, the danger of smashing down the heavy object is avoided, the blanking time is greatly saved, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.
Of the valves used above, the left and right electromagnets of the three-position four-way selector valve 630 that controls the bender table front drive cylinder 500 are denoted YV1 and YV2, respectively, and the electromagnet corresponding to the two-position four-way selector valve 640 is denoted YV 3; the left and right electromagnets of the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 controlling the rear driving cylinder 500 of the bending machine workbench are respectively represented as YV4 and YV5, and the electromagnet corresponding to the two-position four-way reversing valve 640 is represented as YV 6; the electromagnet of main electromagnetic spill valve 623 is denoted YV 7; the electromagnet of sub electromagnetic spill valve 625 is denoted by YV 8.
The bent plate follow-up material supporting hydraulic system is adopted, an electric control system is matched to control the bent plate follow-up material supporting device to mechanically work, the overturning action of the material supporting plate 400 in the bending operation of the plate is controlled in a complex and accurate mode, and a control time sequence table can be shown in fig. 7.
The following control of the retainer plate 400 in the hydraulic system control operation will be described, and the following control method includes:
when a plate is bent, the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 is positioned at the right position, the port P is communicated with the port B, and the port A is communicated with the port T; the two-position four-way reversing valve 640 is at the left position and is closed; the main electromagnetic overflow valve 623 is powered; the main oil pump 621 of the oil supply part 620 works, pressure oil enters a rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 500 through the three-position four-way reversing valve 630, and the retainer plate 400 is driven to turn upwards along with the plate; excess pressurized oil is returned to the tank 610 through the sequence valve 622. In this step, when the turning speed of the retainer plate 400 cannot keep up with the bending speed of the plate material and the plate material is separated from the surface of the retainer plate 400, the sensor 430 generates an induction signal, and the electric control system controls the auxiliary electromagnetic overflow valve 625 to be powered on; the main oil pump 621 and the auxiliary oil pump 624 work simultaneously to increase the overturning speed of the retainer plate 400, so that the retainer plate 400 can keep up with the bending speed of the plate, and the retainer plate 400 can be ensured to support the plate all the time.
When the plate materials are bent and discharged, the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 is reversed to be in the left position, the port P is communicated with the port A, and the port B is communicated with the port T; the two-position four-way reversing valve 640 is in the right position in a reversing mode, the rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 500 is communicated with the oil tank 610, and pressure oil enters the rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 500 through the three-position four-way reversing valve 630 and drives the retainer plate 400 to turn downwards. In this step, when the discharge is close to the end sound and the retainer plate 400 needs to be slowly turned downwards, the driven support rod 300 is close to the switch 140 by the pole change speed, and the electric control system controls the two-position four-way reversing valve 640 to be reversed to be in the left position and is stopped; the hydraulic oil in the rodless cavity of the driving cylinder 500 is limited by the one-way throttle valve 650 and then returns to the oil tank 610 through the three-position four-way reversing valve 630, so that the danger of smashing down a heavy object is avoided, the blanking time is greatly saved, and the working efficiency is effectively improved.
When the position of the plate needs to be adjusted to conveniently take out the plate after bending, the driving cylinders 500 on the two sides can respectively control one side of the material supporting plates 400 in front of and behind the workbench to turn upwards and one side to turn downwards, and after the plate is erected, the material supporting plates 400 on the two sides are put down again, so that the plate can be taken out. For the plate bending follow-up material supporting device arranged on only one side, the electromagnet 440 can be electrified to adsorb the surface of the plate material when the position and the posture are adjusted, so that the position and the posture of the plate material can be reliably turned and adjusted, and the plate material is prevented from falling off. At this time, the driving cylinder 500 preferably adopts a telescopic hydraulic cylinder, has a long working stroke, and generally only needs the main oil pump 621 to work and the primary piston rod extends out during normal bending operation; after the bending, the pose is adjusted so that when the plate is taken out, the auxiliary oil pump 624 is involved in working, the oil supply pressure is increased, the secondary piston rod extends out, and the turning angle is increased so that the plate can be erected.
