the stabilizing mechanism comprises a stabilizing assembly and two power assemblies, the stabilizing assembly comprises an auxiliary cylinder (13) and a first spring (14), the auxiliary cylinder (13) and the supporting frame (3) are coaxially arranged, the vertical section of the auxiliary cylinder (13) is U-shaped, the opening of the U-shaped section of the auxiliary cylinder (13) is downward arranged, the top end of the auxiliary cylinder (13) is sleeved on the supporting frame (3), the top in the auxiliary cylinder (13) is connected with a connecting plate (4) through the first spring (14), the first spring (14) is sleeved on the supporting frame (3), the connecting plate (4) is arranged in the auxiliary cylinder (13), and the two power assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the supporting frame (3);
