The heating block 642 is activated to heat, and the heat is transferred to the cooking bowl 68 through the heat conducting bowl 643 made of aluminum, thereby cooking the rice in the cooking bowl 68. The upper part of the rice cooking grid 64 is provided with a support 644, the top of the support 644 is fixed with a lifting motor (not shown) corresponding to each heat conducting bowl type seat 643, and an output shaft of the lifting motor is sleeved with a first gear 645. A through hole is formed beside each first gear 645 at the top of the support bracket 644, a C-shaped guide sleeve 646 is arranged in the through hole, and a vertical lifting shaft 648 with a rack 647 on the side wall penetrates through the through hole and then is connected with the top of the purple sand cover 67. The rack 647 is engaged with the first gear 645, when the lifting motor is started, the first gear 645 rotates to drive the rack 647, the lifting shaft 648 and the purple sand cover 67 to move up and down, and the purple sand cover 67 can move up and down to open or cover the opening of the stewing bowl 68. It can be seen that the first gear 645, the rack 647, and the lift shaft 648 function as a rack and pinion assembly.
When cooking is needed, firstly the mechanical arm 1 takes out the rice cooking bowl 68 from the dish washer 2 and puts the rice cooking bowl on the bowl placing platform from the bowl inlet 57, the automatic rice supply device 5 is started to add quantitative rice into the rice cooking bowl 68, and the rice in the automatic rice supply device 5 is wash-free rice and does not need to be washed; then the mechanical arm 1 takes out the rice cooking bowl 68 filled with rice to the self-service cooking area 7 (see figure 1) for water taking; after the water is taken out, the stewing casing 61 is moved out of the automatic cooking machine 4 along the second slide rail 612 through the second slide block 613; after the manipulator 1 puts the rice cooking bowl 68 filled with rice and water into a heat conducting bowl type seat 643, a lifting motor corresponding to the heat conducting bowl type seat 643 drives the purple sand cover 67 to cover downwards to the top of the rice cooking bowl 68; finally, the stewing casing 61 moves into the automatic cooking machine 4 again to enable the heat insulation layer 62 to seal the opening of the stewing casing 61, and the heating block 642 is started to start cooking. The stewing device 6 can also be used for cooking soup. In order to conveniently clean the purple sand cover 67, the purple sand cover 67 is detachably connected with the lifting shaft 648: referring to fig. 14, the top of the purple sand cover 67 is provided with a connecting portion 671 with a top slot, the bottom of the lifting shaft 648 is provided with an inserting portion 6481 matched with the slot, and the inserting portion 6481 is inserted into the slot to connect the purple sand cover 67 and the lifting shaft 648. When the purple sand cover 67 needs to be cleaned, the purple sand cover 67 can be detached only by pulling the purple sand cover 67 downwards, which is very convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, the self-service cooking zone 7, the dishwasher 2 and the storage zone 71 are located between the automatic cooking machine 4 and the refrigerator 3. Self-service cooking area 7 is adjacent to dishwasher 2 and receiving area 71 is located above self-service cooking area 7 and dishwasher 2 for receiving utensils that are not commonly used in the kitchen. The first straight line module (because of sheltering from invisible) of orientation about the bottom of accepting the district 71 is fixed with, and manipulator 1 is fixed on the slider of first straight line module, and manipulator 1 can slide on the lead screw of first straight line module through the slider to at the bottom horizontal slip of the cabinet body of accepting the district 71, first straight line module adopts prior art to realize, and its concrete structure and principle are not repeated herein. Refrigerator 3's front side is equipped with the refrigerator door, and refrigerator 3's left side wall upper portion also is equipped with the refrigerator door, and the mode that sets up of all refrigerator doors all adopts prior art to realize. The height of the bottom of the refrigerator door of the side wall of the refrigerator 3 is not lower than the height of the top of the dishwasher 2, so that the dishwasher 2 does not affect the opening and closing of the refrigerator door of the side wall. The mechanical arm 1 can slide to a position close to the refrigerator 3 to take articles in the refrigerator 3 to the automatic cooking machine 4 to assist cooking, and the mechanical arm 1 adopts the prior art. When the mechanical arm 1 needs to take food from the refrigerator 3, the mechanical arm 1 slides to a position close to the left side wall of the refrigerator 3, and the refrigerator door on the left side of the refrigerator 3 is opened, so that the food needed to be taken out from the refrigerator door can be taken out. The operation table top of the self-service cooking area 7 and the dish washer 2 are arranged below the mechanical arm 1, and the mechanical arm 1 can grab articles on the operation table top of the self-service cooking area 7. The opening of the dish washer 2 is arranged at the top of the dish washer 2, the mechanical arm 1 can take dishes from the opening, the dish washer 2 adopts the prior art, and the structure is not described herein.
As shown in fig. 15, the self-service cooking area 7 includes a vegetable washing counter 70, a washing water tank 72 is fixed on the operation table of the vegetable washing counter 70, a water faucet mounting plate (not visible due to shielding) lower than the left edge of the washing water tank 72 is arranged on the left side inside the washing water tank 72, a mounting hole is formed in the water faucet mounting plate, a sleeve 722 is arranged in the mounting hole, the bottom of a hard water pipe of a water faucet 723 passes through the sleeve 722 from above the mounting plate, then passes through the middle of a connecting plate 724 and is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 724, and a soft water pipe 725 for supplying water. One end of the connecting plate 724 is connected with the top of the lifting rod of the first lifting electric cylinder 726, the other end is connected with the top of the guide shaft 727, and the guide shaft 727 is sleeved in the bushing 728. When the lifting rod of the first lifting cylinder 726 moves up and down, the connecting plate 724 is driven to move up and down together with the faucet 723. The soft water pipe 725 has a length such that moving the tap 723 up and down does not affect the water supply of the soft water pipe 725. A cover plate (not shown) and a chopping board 729 are detachably attached to the top of the washing water tank 72 to close the opening of the washing water tank 72. When the water tap 723 is needed to be used, the water tap 723 is raised after the cover plate is taken away, and when the water tap 723 is not needed to be used, the water tap 723 is lowered to the height that the top height of the water tap 723 is lower than the edge of the cleaning water tank 72 so as to avoid the position for the cover plate and the chopping board 729 to cover the top of the cleaning water tank 72. The cover plate can not only decorate the washing water tank 72, but also be used as a kneading plate. Since the water tap 723 can be hidden in the washing water tank 72 by being lifted and lowered, the actual utilization area on the operation platform of the self-service cooking area 7 is increased. The outlet of the cleaning water tank 72 is connected to a garbage crusher 721, the front side of the garbage crusher 721 is located behind the front side of the cleaning water tank 72, and the garbage crusher 721 can grind various food wastes generated in the kitchen into paste-like liquid, which is naturally discharged with water through a pipe. The garbage crusher 721 is prior art. A cooker storage cabinet 73 for placing a cooker storage drawer 731 is arranged in front of the garbage crusher 721, the front side of the cooker storage cabinet 73 is open, and the opening of the cooker storage drawer 731 is just blocked when the cooker storage cabinet 73 is placed in. As shown in fig. 16, the pot storage drawer 731 is higher than deep to accommodate the flat container to be stored upright, and the pot storage drawer 731 is opened at the front side of the vegetable washing counter 70. The bottom of the pan storage drawer 731 is fixed with a clamping plate 732 for fixing a pan and a pan cover, the bottom of the drawer 731 of the pan storage cabinet 73 is provided with a drainage filter hole, the bottom of the pan storage cabinet 73 is provided with a drainage groove 733 connected with a drainage pipe, and the structure of the drainage groove 733 is shown in figure 17. As shown in fig. 15, a kitchen and tableware storage cabinet 74 for placing a kitchen and tableware storage drawer 741 is provided in front of the washing tub 72 and the garbage crusher 721, the kitchen and tableware storage cabinet 74 is positioned above the cooker storage drawer 731, the front side of the kitchen and tableware storage cabinet 74 is open, and the opening of the kitchen and tableware storage drawer 741 is closed when the kitchen and tableware storage cabinet 74 is placed therein. The tableware storage drawer 741 has an upper portion aligned with the washing tub 72 and a lower portion aligned with the garbage crusher, the lower portion being deeper than the upper portion, and the tableware storage drawer 741 opened at a front side of the washing counter 70. In fig. 18, a rectangular rack 743 for placing a knife is provided on the upper part of a tableware storing drawer 741, and a plurality of partitions 742 for storing different tableware and kitchenware are provided on the lower part of the tableware storing drawer 741. The bottom of the drawer 741 of the kitchen and tableware storage cabinet 74 is also provided with a filtering hole for draining water, and the bottom of the kitchen and tableware storage cabinet 74 is also provided with a drain groove 733 connected to a drain pipe.
As shown in fig. 15, a board storage area 75 for vertically storing board-like tools is provided behind the washing tub 72, and an opening of the board storage area 75 is provided on the top of the vegetable washing counter 70 behind the washing tub 72. As shown in fig. 19, the board storage area 75 is provided with a housing 752 (see fig. 21), the housing 752 including a bottom plate. As shown in fig. 20, the board storage area 75 further includes an upright drawer 751, a drawer opening of the drawer 751 faces forward, the drawer 751 is liftable and lowerable from and into the opening of the board storage area 75, a top panel of the drawer 751 is a top cover of the opening of the board storage area 75, and when the drawer 751 is completely inserted into the board storage area 75, the top panel of the drawer 751 covers the opening of the board storage area 75. As shown in fig. 19, the bottom plate of the housing 752 is formed with three parallel through holes (not visible due to shielding), the lifting rod of the second lifting cylinder 753 passes through the middle through hole from the bottom of the housing and then is connected to the bottom of the drawer body 751, and the two guiding rods 754 respectively pass through the other two through holes and then are connected to the drawer body 751. The lifting cylinder of the second lifting electric cylinder 753 moves up and down to drive the drawer body 751 to move up and down, so that the drawer body 751 can be lifted up and down to enter and exit. The bottom of the housing 752 is provided with a water outlet pipe 755 for draining water, as shown in fig. 20, the bottom of the drawer 751 is provided with a plurality of filter holes, the drawer 751 is provided with a plate slot 756, so that plates such as a cover plate and a chopping board 729 can be vertically stored in the drawer 751 after being cleaned, water remaining on the plates such as the cover plate and the chopping board 729 falls on the bottom of the drawer 751, then enters the housing 752 through the filter holes at the bottom, and finally is discharged out of the housing 752 through the water outlet pipe 755, so that the cover plate and the chopping board 729 stored in the board storage area 75 can be drained, and mildew caused by over-humidity can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 15, the right side of the cleaning water tank 72 in the self-service cooking area 7 is provided with an induction cooker 76 and a control panel 77 which are embedded into the top of the cabinet body in the self-service cooking area 7, a second range hood (invisible due to shielding) is arranged in the cabinet body at the rear side of the induction cooker 76, the second range hood is a liftable range hood, and the liftable range hood adopts the prior art. When the induction cooker 76 is used for cooking, the second oil pumping machine rises to move out of the oil smoke exhaust port 78 on the cabinet body of the self-service cooking area 7 so as to pump away oil smoke generated by cooking, and after cooking is finished, the second oil pumping machine descends again to enter the cabinet body of the self-service cooking area 7 from the oil smoke exhaust port 78. A film sealing cabinet 79 and a grain storage cabinet 710 are sequentially arranged below the induction cooker 76, and a food material packaging box film sealing machine 8 is arranged in the film sealing cabinet 79.
As shown in fig. 22, the food material packaging box film sealing machine 8 includes a supporting box 81 with an open top, an opening for the packaging box placing mechanism 82 to go in and out is opened at the bottom of the front wall of the supporting box 81, and a user can pull out or push the packaging box placing mechanism 82 into the supporting box 81 from the opening of the supporting box 81 like a drawer. The top of bearing box 81 inner packing box placement mechanism 82 is equipped with a membrane assembly body 83, seals membrane assembly body 83 and fixes on the wall of bearing box 81, and packing box placement mechanism 82 does not support a membrane assembly body 83 for packing box placement mechanism 82 does not receive the influence of a membrane assembly body 83 from the opening part business turn over of bearing box 81, can not influence a membrane assembly body 83 yet. As shown in fig. 23 and 24, the packing box placing mechanism 82 includes a weighing drawer 821, a drawer slot 822 is provided in the middle of the weighing drawer 821, a weighing component 823 is provided at the bottom of the drawer slot 822, and the weighing component 823 is the prior art. The side wall of the drawer groove 822 is provided with a side plate 824 attached to the side wall, the top of the side plate 824 slightly protrudes out of the top of the drawer groove 822, the top of the side plate 824 extends outwards in the lower direction to form a lower template 825, the lower template 825 is located at the top of the side wall of the drawer groove 822 and attached to the side wall, and the lower template 825 is provided with soft buffer glue 826. The lower template 825 and the weighing component 823 form a placing space for placing the packaging box, after the packaging box filled with food materials is placed in the placing space, the weighing component 823 weighs the packaging box, and a weighing result is sent to the controller in the control panel 77. The outer surface of the rear side wall of the weighing drawer 821 is fixed with a scanner 827, a scanning window is arranged on the rear wall of the weighing drawer 821 and the position of the lower template 825 corresponding to the scanner 827, the scanner 827 can scan a two-dimensional code placed on a packing box in the placing space through the scanning window, and the controller associates the weighing result of the weighing component 823 with the two-dimensional code on the packing box. The two-dimensional code is used as the identity information of the packaging box, and the two-dimensional code on the packaging box can be changed into other identity codes to be used as the identity information. As shown in fig. 22, the film sealing assembly 83 includes a vertical mounting plate 831 and a horizontal mounting plate 832, wherein the vertical mounting plate 831 is vertically fixed on the upper portion of the supporting box 81 through a mounting portion 8311 perpendicular thereto, and forms an accommodating space 8312 with the supporting box 81. The transverse mounting plate 832 is horizontally fixed in the middle of the front side of the vertical mounting plate 831, a strip-shaped groove 8322 for a film to pass through is formed in the transverse mounting plate 832, a film rolling shaft 833 parallel to the strip-shaped groove 8322 is arranged above the strip-shaped groove 8322, and the rear end of the film rolling shaft 833 passes through a bearing on the vertical mounting plate 831 and then is connected with an electromagnetic brake 834 fixed on the rear wall of the vertical mounting plate 831 in the accommodating space 8312. The film rolling shaft 833 is sleeved with a rear cover plate 8331 and a front cover plate 8332, the rear cover plate 8331 is fixed with the film rolling shaft 833, the front cover plate 8332 is not fixed with the film rolling shaft 833, the front end of the film rolling shaft 833 is provided with a screw hole (invisible due to shielding), and a screw 8333 in threaded connection with the screw hole is arranged in the screw hole. When the roll film 8334 is installed, the screw 8333 is taken out of the screw hole, the front cover plate 8332 is taken down, the roll film 8334 is sleeved on the roll film shaft 833, the front cover plate 8332 is sleeved back on the roll film shaft 833, and finally the screw 8333 is screwed into the screw hole and locked, so that the tail of the screw 8333 is propped against the front cover plate 8332 and the roll film 8334 is pressed on the rear cover plate 8331. In the case of replacing the roll film 8334, the old roll film 8334 put on the roll film shaft 833 needs to be removed before the roll film 8334 is put on the roll film shaft 833. A film supply guide unit 84 is fixed to the left lower side of the horizontal mounting plate 832. As shown in fig. 25, the film supply guide assembly 84 includes a base plate 841, bearing seats 842 arranged at the front and rear ends of the base plate 841, and three driving rollers 843 arranged at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction, two ends of the three driving rollers 843 are rotatably fixed on the two bearing seats 842 through bearings, the front ends of the three driving rollers 843 are respectively sleeved with a driving wheel 844 after passing through the bearing seats 842, and the adjacent driving wheels 844 are driven through O-rings (not shown), so that the three driving rollers 843 are linked. The right side of each driving roller 843 is provided with a driven roller 845 matched with the driving roller, two ends of the driven roller 845 are rotatably fixed on two bearing seats 842 through bearings, a transmission gap is formed between each pair of driving rollers 843 and the driven roller 845, and the transmission gap is opposite to the strip-shaped groove 8322, so that a film on the roll film 8334 can be inserted into the transmission gap after passing through the strip-shaped groove 8322. The rear end of the uppermost driving roll 843 passes through the other bearing block 842 and is in transmission connection with the film pulling motor 847 through the gear transmission component 846, and when the film pulling motor 847 rotates, the uppermost driving roll 843 is driven to rotate, and the other driving rolls 843 also rotate along with the rotation. As shown in fig. 26, two thread lines 8451 are wound around each of the two ends of the driven roller 845, each thread line 8451 is made of soft rubber, the thread line 8451 contacts the driving roller 843, and the driving roller 843 drives the driven roller 845 to rotate in a direction opposite to the rotation direction of the driven roller due to friction between the thread line 8451 and the driving roller 843. When the film roll 8334 is installed, the film is inserted into the transmission gap by more than 10mm after passing through the strip-shaped groove 8322, and then the film supply guide assembly 84 is started, so that the driving roller 843 and the driven roller 845 rotate to drive the film to be transmitted along the arrangement direction of the driving roller 843. As shown in fig. 27, a circular arc guide slope 848 for changing the film transport direction to horizontal transport is provided below the left side of the transport gap between the pair of lowermost drive rollers 843 and driven rollers 845, and the film fed out from this transport gap is transported horizontally rightward along the gap between the circular arc guide slope 848 and the lowermost driven roller 845 to the leftmost end of the movement locus of the film pulling mechanism 85 provided on the right side of the film feeding guide unit 84, that is, the film feeding guide unit 84 is stopped. As can be seen from the above, the film winding shaft 833 for mounting the film winding 8334 and the film supply guide assembly 84 are used as the film supply mechanism, and the leftmost end of the moving track of the film pulling mechanism 85 is used as the film supply position. To prevent the roll film 8334 from continuing to rotate under inertia, the electromagnetic brake 834 is activated such that the roll film 8334 does not rotate any more. The thread directions of the thread lines 8451 at both ends of each driven roller 845 are opposite, when the driven roller 845 rotates, the thread lines 8451 at both ends of the driven roller 845 rotate to respectively generate forces towards the respective ends of the two ends of the film, and if the two ends of the film are curled, the film at both ends is unfolded under the forces towards the respective ends. A film fixing mechanism 86 is also arranged between the film supply guide assembly 84 and the film pulling mechanism 85. The film fixing mechanism 86 includes an electromagnet 861 fixed to the lower surface of the base plate 841, and an armature 862 as a pressing block is provided above the base plate 841 at a position corresponding to the electromagnet 861. Armature 862 is connected below cross mounting plate 832 by guide pin 863: the guide pin 863 has a first spring 864 as an elastic return mechanism at the top and a bottom portion passing through the transverse mounting plate 832 and connected to the armature 862. When the film is drawn to the leftmost end of the moving track of the film drawing mechanism 85 by the film supply guiding assembly 84, the electromagnet 861 is electrified to generate magnetism to attract the armature 862, and the film is pressed and positioned, so that the film cannot retract, and the film is conveniently drawn by the subsequent film drawing mechanism 85. As shown in fig. 28, the film pulling mechanism 85 includes a clamping member 851, two film releasing members 852 (see fig. 27), two film pressing releasing members 853 (see fig. 27), and two second linear modules 854 with opposite mirror images, wherein two ends of the clamping member 851 are respectively fixed on two sliders of the two second linear modules 854, so that the two sliders drive the clamping member 851 to stably move along with the two sliders when sliding on the two second linear modules 854, and a moving track of the slider on the second linear module 854 is a moving track of the clamping member 851. The holder 851 includes a lower holder 8511 and an upper holder 8512, both ends of the upper holder 8512 and the lower holder 8511 are partially protruded leftward and both ends of the upper holder 8512 and the lower holder 8511 are connected by two torsion springs (invisible due to shielding) to make the holder 851 elastic, the protruded portions of the upper holder 8512 and the lower holder 8511 are clamped by the torsion springs in a normal state to form a holding portion 8513, portions of both ends of the upper holder 8512 corresponding to the two holding portions 8513 are extended upward and rightward to form two pressing portions 8514, and the top of the pressing portion 8514 is bent downward and rightward to form an inclined guiding portion 8515. As shown in fig. 27, the two film releasing members 852 are respectively disposed above the left portion of the moving track of the two clamping portions 8513, as shown in fig. 29, the film releasing member 852 includes a first stopper 8521, a guide rail 8522 is disposed at one side of the first stopper 8521, the guide rail 8522 includes an inclined portion 8523 and a horizontal portion 8524, the horizontal portion 8524 faces the film releasing portion, the inclined portion 8523 faces away from the film releasing portion and inclines away from the moving track of the clamping member 851, in this embodiment, the inclined portion 8523 inclines upward, the horizontal portion 8524 communicates with the lowest end of the inclined portion 8523, and the inclined portion 8523 is located at the right side of the horizontal portion 8524. A moving wheel 8525 capable of moving along the guide track 8522 is arranged in the guide track 8522, the middle part of the moving wheel 8525 is connected with a connecting pin 8526, one end of the connecting pin 8526 is exposed out of the guide track 8522 and the end is connected with a first lower pressing wheel 8527. When the film supply guide assembly 84 draws the film to the film supply position, the film drawing mechanism 85 moves leftwards from the right end of the moving track, the pressing part 8514 contacts with the first pressing wheel 8527 in the moving process, the first pressing wheel 8527 moves to the end of the left end of the horizontal section 8524 of the guide track 8522 under the pushing action of the pressing part 8514, the first pressing wheel 8527 is positioned on the moving track of the clamping piece 851 near the film supply position, because the first pressing wheel 8527 can not move any more, and the bottom height of the first pressing wheel 8527 is lower than the top height of the pressing part 8514, therefore when the clamping piece 851 passes through the first pressing wheel 8527, the pressing part 8514 is pressed downwards by the first pressing wheel 8527, so that the clamping piece 851 overcomes the elasticity of the torsion spring to open the clamping part 8513, at this time, the clamping part 8513 just moves to the leftmost end of the moving track, the film just enters the opened clamping part 8513, and the clamping part 8513 continues to move rightwards over the film release clamp 852, since the downward pressing action of first lower pressing wheel 8527 is no longer applied, clamping portion 8513 is returned to close, so that clamping portion 8513 clamps the film (fig. 27 is a state diagram when clamping portion 8513 clamps the film). After the clamping part 8513 clamps the film, firstly, the electromagnet 861 is switched off to lose magnetism, the armature 862 moves upwards under the action of the elasticity of the first spring 864 at the top end thereof so as to not press the film any more, and simultaneously, the electromagnetic brake 834 is switched off, the film supply guide assembly 84 is started, the moving direction of the slide block on the second linear module 854 is changed, so that the clamping part 8513 clamps the film and pulls the film to move rightwards, when the clamping part 8513 moves rightwards to be in contact with the first lower pressing wheel 8527, the first lower pressing wheel 8527 is pushed rightwards, so that the moving wheel 8525 enters the inclined section 8523 until the end of the inclined section 8523, the bottom height of the first lower pressing wheel 8527 is not lower than the top end of the pressing part 8514, the pressing part 8514 can smoothly pass through the film supply loose piece 852 without opening the clamping part 8513, then the clamping part 8513 keeps clamping the film, and the film supply loose piece 852 generates the tendency of returning to the moving track of the clamping piece, and returns to the horizontal section 8524 along the inclined section 8523 under this tendency. Under the condition of demand, the inclined section 8523 can be changed to be inclined upwards into other directions for inclining the inclined section 8523 away from the moving track of the clamping member, for example, the inclined section 8523 is inclined downwards, and the end of the inclined section 8523 is provided with a spring, so that when the film releasing member 852 moves to the end of the inclined section 8523, the film releasing member tends to return to the moving track of the clamping member under the elastic force of the spring. As shown in fig. 30, a film pressing mechanism 87 is provided on the right side of the film fixing mechanism 86, and a film pressing station is provided below the film pressing mechanism 87. As shown in fig. 27, two squeeze film release members 853 are respectively disposed at the right ends of the moving tracks of the two holding portions 8513 and on the right side of the squeeze film mechanism 87. When the clamping part 8513 clamps and pulls the film to move rightwards to approach the film pressing and loosening device 853, the bottom height of a second pressing wheel 8531 in the film pressing and loosening device 853 is lower than the top height of a pressing part 8514 (see fig. 28), the guiding part 8515 (see fig. 28) is firstly contacted with the second pressing wheel 8531, and the bottom height of the second pressing wheel 8531 is unchanged, so that the second pressing wheel 8531 gradually presses the pressing part 8514 downwards along with the continuous rightwards movement of the pressing part 8514 and the guiding part 8515, so that the clamping part 851 overcomes the elasticity of a torsion spring to open the film by the clamping part 8513, namely the film pulling is completed.
