Detailed Description
The present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the drawings so that those skilled in the art can implement the invention with reference to the description.
It should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, the terms "lateral", "longitudinal", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like indicate the orientation or positional relationship based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the drawings, which is only for the convenience of description and simplification of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-2, the utility model provides a heat conduction direction demonstration appearance, it includes:
a pair of opposite vertical plates 1, wherein probe pins of a plurality of plug-in digital display thermometers 3 are horizontally inserted between the vertical plates, and the plug-in digital display thermometers 3 are positioned on the same plane and are uniformly arranged at intervals;
in the embodiment, the vertical plates 1 are wood plates and have the height of 12cm, the two vertical plates 1 are vertically and oppositely fixed on a bottom plate 2, 6 pairs of through holes are formed in the two vertical plates 1 along the horizontal straight line direction, each pair of through holes are respectively positioned on different vertical plates 1, the hole diameters are the same, the heights are the same, the positions are opposite, the distance between every two adjacent through holes on the same vertical plate 1 is 4cm, a probe pin of an inserted digital display thermometer 3 is inserted into each pair of through holes, thus the probe pins of the 6 inserted digital display thermometers 3 are positioned on the same horizontal plane and are parallel to each other, and the distance between every two adjacent probe pins is;
the metal bar 4 is placed on probe pins of the plurality of inserted digital display thermometers 3, and a heat source is arranged below one end of the metal bar 4. The metal rod 4 may be made of a relatively easily available iron or steel rod, and a candle 5 or an alcohol lamp may be used to heat the metal rod 4 below one end thereof.
Because the heat is transmitted in the metal in a heat conduction mode, the heat is expressed in the form of temperature, and the heat transmission is the temperature transmission, the temperatures of different positions of the metal rod 4 are measured simultaneously by a plurality of thermometers, and the heat conduction direction can be judged by comparing the readings.
The reason why the glass thermometer is not used here is that the glass thermometer needs a certain time to obtain the reading, when different positions are measured, a period of time is spent for observing and reading each thermometer reading, experimental errors can be caused due to the fact that the period of time is different, the digital display thermometer is inferior to the digital display thermometer, each thermometer reading can be obtained intuitively at the same time, and the result is more accurate.
In another embodiment, the heat source is a candle 5 or alcohol burner, which are more commonly used in laboratories and more readily available.
In another embodiment, a vertical end plate 6 is connected between the ends of the pair of opposite vertical plates 1 far away from the heat source, and one end of the metal rod 4 far away from the heat source is detachably connected to the end plate 6, so that the metal rod 4 can be fixed, and the metal rod 4 is prevented from rolling in the heating process to cause experiment failure.
In another embodiment, a threaded hole is formed in the end plate 6, an external thread matched with the threaded hole is formed in one end, away from the heat source, of the metal rod 4, and the metal rod 4 and the end plate 6 are fixed in a threaded connection mode, so that the metal rod is easy to process, and meanwhile, the metal rod is convenient to disassemble.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-4, a plurality of thermistor switches 7 are adhered to the metal bar 4 along the length direction at regular intervals by using heat-conducting glue, each thermistor switch 7 is connected with a small bulb 8 in series to form a group, and the plurality of thermistor switches 7 and the small bulb 8 are connected in parallel between the positive and negative electrodes of a battery pack 9.
In this embodiment, the threshold temperature of the thermistor switch 7 is 30 ℃, when the temperature transmitted to the thermistor switch 7 on the metal bar 4 is higher than 30 ℃, the thermistor switch 7 is closed, otherwise the thermistor switch 7 is opened, and the battery pack 9 is formed by connecting two batteries of No. 5 in series.
Because the temperature of the metal rod 4 close to one end of the heat source rises firstly in the heat conduction process, the thermistor switch 7 at one end of the heat source reaches the threshold temperature firstly and is closed, and the thermistor switch 7 gradually far away from the heat source sequentially reaches the threshold temperature and is closed in the heat conduction process from one end of the metal rod 4 close to the heat source to the end far away from the heat source, so that the small bulbs 8 are sequentially lighted one by one, the heat conduction process is visually expressed, and meanwhile, the experiment process is more interesting.
In another embodiment, the battery pack 9 is fixed on the outer wall of one vertical plate 1, the top ends of the two vertical plates 1 are covered with a transparent cover plate 10, and the small bulb 8 is fixedly arranged on the transparent cover plate 10, so that the transparent cover plate 10 can cover the metal rod 4, reduce heat loss on the metal rod 4, and conveniently fix the small bulb 8.
While the embodiments of the invention have been described above, it is not intended to be limited to the details shown, or described, but rather to cover all modifications, which would come within the scope of the appended claims, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the art are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
