The seal cover 28 is arranged in the transverse air inlet channel 23, the front part and the rear part of the seal cover 28 are in sealing connection with the transverse air inlet channel 23, the seal cover 28 is arranged at the center and extends along the length direction of the seal cover, a hollow tube cavity with two open ends penetrates through the second gun needle 17, the front part of the seal cover 28 corresponds to the tube cavity and is in sealing connection with the second gun needle 17, the rear part of the seal cover 28 corresponds to the tube cavity and is in clearance fit with the second gun needle 17, a middle slotted hole 29 of the seal cover 28 is communicated with the tube cavity and is in butt joint with an air inlet channel 8 which extends upwards at the front part of the transverse air inlet channel 23, and a variable diameter hole 27 is arranged at the opening at the rear end. The sealing sleeve is used for mounting a second gun needle in a penetrating manner, wherein the front part and the rear part of the sealing sleeve are in sealing connection with the transverse air inlet channel, only the middle slotted hole is used for connecting the pipe cavity of the sealing sleeve with the two sections of air inlet channels which are butted with the front part and the rear part of the transverse air inlet channel, so as to form an air supply channel, when the sealing end of the second gun needle is tightly attached to the reducing hole, the air supply channel is closed, and when the sealing end leaves the reducing hole, the air supply channel is opened; the front part of the sealing sleeve corresponds to the tube cavity and is connected with the second gun needle in a sealing manner, so that air leakage caused by the movement of the gun needle can be prevented, and the rear part of the sealing sleeve corresponds to the tube cavity and is in clearance fit with the second gun needle, so that compressed air can pass through the clearance and is sent out from the slotted hole through the tube cavity.
The rear end of the nozzle 2 is provided with an opening with an aperture contracting from outside to inside, the front end of the first gun needle 13 is an arc end, and the arc end is larger than the small-diameter end of the rear end of the nozzle 2. The diameter of the reducing hole at the rear end of the nozzle is gradually reduced from outside to inside, and the front end of the first gun needle is arc-shaped and matched with the reducing hole, so that the sealing property when the first gun needle and the reducing hole are attached can be improved.
The axial passage 71 and the gas transmission passage 6 extend forwards to the front end face of the barrel 1 and form a first opening 30 and a second opening 31 respectively, the nozzle 2 is fastened at the front end of the barrel 1 through a top sleeve 32, the rear part of the nozzle 2 is inserted into the axial passage 71 from the first opening 30 in a sealing way, the top sleeve 32 comprises an end cover 321 with a central opening and an end cover side wall 322 which surrounds the end cover in a circle, the end cover 321 and the end cover side wall 322 are of an integral structure, the end cover side wall 322 is sleeved at the front end of the barrel 1, the end cover 321 tightly presses the nozzle 2 to be clamped and fixed between the top sleeve 32 and the barrel 1, the front end of the nozzle 2 extends out from the central opening of the end cover 321, the middle part of the nozzle 2 is provided with a radial convex 33 which is matched with the end cover 321 in an abutting mode and the radial convex 33 is covered in the top sleeve 32, the top sleeve 32 and the nozzle 2 and the front end of the barrel 1 which are covered, the air outlet channel 12 extends outwards to the side wall of the nozzle 2 to form an outer air hole 35, and the outer air hole 35 is communicated with the annular air passage 34. The nozzle is fastened at the front end of the gun barrel through the side wall part of the end cover on the external top sleeve, the side wall of the end cover and the front end of the gun barrel can be connected by threads, so that the disassembly and the assembly are convenient, the nozzle can be taken down from the front end of the gun barrel by disassembling the top sleeve, the nozzle can be fastened at the front end of the gun barrel by assembling the top sleeve, and the radial outward protrusion in the middle of the nozzle is matched with the end cover so as to press the nozzle at; the rear part of the nozzle is inserted into the axial channel from the first opening in a sealing way to be butted with the axial channel, so that the inner cavity of the nozzle is supplied with coating; the top sleeve, the nozzle and the front end of the gun barrel are enclosed to form an annular air passage, and the annular air passage is communicated with the air delivery channel and the air outlet channel through the second opening and the outer air hole respectively, so that compressed air is ensured to be smoothly delivered into the inner cavity of the nozzle to be uniformly mixed with the coating.
The axial passage 71 extends backwards to form an opening in the outer wall of the barrel 1 above the stock 10, the opening is embedded in the front sealing sleeve 36 in a sealing mode, the center of the front sealing sleeve 36 is provided with an opening, the front part of the first gun needle 13 penetrates into the axial passage 71 from the opening, and the first gun needle 13 is connected with the front sealing sleeve 36 in a sealing mode. The opening is arranged on the outer wall of the gun barrel so that the first gun needle can be installed by the embedded front sealing sleeve, the front part of the first gun needle can be ensured to penetrate into the axial channel in a sealing mode by the aid of the front sealing sleeve, and the first gun needle cannot leak air outwards when the air delivery channel is opened and closed movably.
The trigger 4 is also provided with a movable lock catch 37, the movable lock catch 37 can rotate to abut against the gun stock 10, and the trigger 4 is locked to open the material conveying channel 7 and the air inlet channel 8. The trigger can be locked only by rotating the movable lock catch to abut against the gun stock, so that the elastic reset of the trigger is limited, and a worker does not need to press the trigger all the time when holding the spray gun for operation; the locking of the trigger can be released by reversely rotating the movable lock catch.
