A first aspect of the present invention provides a collapsible storage shelf, comprising: side frame 100, connecting arm 200, and shelf 300. A side frame 100 including a first side frame 110 and a second side frame 120; the rear side surfaces of the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 are respectively provided with a guide groove 130; the guide groove 130 is a long strip extending in the vertical direction; the connecting arm 200 is positioned at the rear side of the foldable storage rack and comprises a first connecting arm 210 and a second connecting arm 220; one end of the first connecting arm 210 and one end of the second connecting arm 220 are respectively hinged with a sliding shaft 230; the first connecting arm 210 is connected with the second connecting arm 220 in an intersecting manner; the sliding shaft 230 is embedded in the guide slot 130 and slides along the guide slot 130, and when the sliding shaft 230 slides to both ends of the guide slot 130, the foldable storage rack is in an unfolded state or a folded state; the other end of the first connecting arm 210 is hinged to the second side frame 120; the other end of the second connecting arm 220 is hinged to the first side frame 110; when the foldable storage rack is in the unfolded state, the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 are respectively located at the left side and the right side of the foldable storage rack; when the foldable storage rack is in a folded state, the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 are close to each other; the shelf 300 comprises a left shelf 310 and a right shelf 320, wherein one end of the left shelf 310 is hinged with one end of the right shelf 320; the other end of the left shelf 310 is hinged to the first side frame 110, and the other end of the right shelf 320 is hinged to the second side frame 120; when the foldable storage rack is in an unfolded state, the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 are both positioned in a horizontal position; when the foldable storage rack is in a folded state, the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 rotate to be close to each other.
It can be understood that the shelf 300 is mainly used for placing articles, and therefore, when the foldable storage rack is in the unfolded state, the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 of the shelf 300 are both in the horizontal position, and a bearing surface for placing articles can be provided.
As shown in fig. 1, the collapsible storage shelf is in an expanded state; as shown in fig. 9, the collapsible storage shelf is in a collapsed state; as shown in fig. 2, the collapsible storage shelf is in a transitional state between the collapsed and expanded states. It can be understood that, in the above-mentioned embodiment, in the transition state between the unfolded state and the folded state of the foldable storage rack, the sliding shafts 230, which are respectively hinged at one end of the first connecting arm 210 and one end of the second connecting arm 220, slide in the guide grooves 130 of the side frames 100, and accordingly, due to the structures of the side frames 100, the connecting arms 200 and the shelves 300 and the connection relationship therebetween, the interrelated movements of the side frames 100, the connecting arms 200 and the shelves 300 are realized, and finally, the switching between the unfolded state and the folded state of the foldable storage rack is realized.
It is understood that the guide groove 130 may be integral with the side frame 100 or may be a component fixedly mounted on the side frame 100. Specifically, in the case where the guide groove 130 is integrated with the side frame 100, as shown in fig. 4, the guide groove 130 may be an elongated groove that is opened in the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 and extends in the vertical direction, or an elongated hollow structure that extends in the vertical direction may be provided in the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120. The guide groove 130 is fixed to the side frame 100 as a component, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. It will be appreciated that the guide slots 130 shown in figures 1 and 2 are fixedly attached to the side frames 100 as part of the assembly, which advantageously reduces the thickness of the side frames and makes the collapsible storage shelf more lightweight.
It is understood that, in the above-mentioned embodiment, one end of the connecting arm 200 is slidably connected with one end of the side frame 100, and during the process that one end of the connecting arm 200 slides in the vertical direction relative to the side frame 100, one end of the connecting arm 200 can also rotate in the plane of the rear side of the foldable storage rack relative to the side frame 100, therefore, the specific structure that one end of the connecting arm 200 is slidably connected with one end of the side frame 100 can be easily imagined by those skilled in the art as the structure shown in fig. 5. As shown in fig. 5, the connecting arm 200 is hinged at one end to the movable end 231 of the slide rail with the fixed end 131 of the slide rail located on the side frame 100, and it is understood that both ends of the fixed end 131 of the slide rail in the vertical direction should have a limiting means for limiting the sliding of the movable end 231 of the slide rail in a certain range in the vertical direction. However, such a structure will increase the cost of manufacturing to some extent. It can be seen that the connection structure of the connection arm 200 and the side frame 100 according to the first aspect of the present invention is more preferable.
It is understood that the guide slot 130 may be at the upper portion of the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120, and accordingly, the first connecting arm 210 and the second connecting arm 220 are hinged to the second side frame 120 and the first side frame 110, i.e., below the guide slot 130. In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the guide slot 130 may be at the lower portion of the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120, and accordingly, the first connecting arm 210 and the second connecting arm 220 are hinged to the second side frame 120 and the first side frame 110, i.e., above the guide slot 130.
How the foldable storage shelf is unfolded and folded is described in detail with respect to the case that the guide groove 130 is formed at the upper portion of the first and second side frames 110 and 120.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the guide groove 130 is respectively located at the upper portion of the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120; when the sliding shaft 230 slides to the lower end of the guide groove 130, the foldable storage rack is in an unfolded state; when the sliding shaft 230 slides to the upper end of the guide slot 130, the foldable storage rack is in a folded state.
As shown in fig. 1, the collapsible storage shelf is in an expanded state; as shown in fig. 9, the collapsible storage shelf is in a collapsed state; as shown in fig. 2, the collapsible storage shelf is in a transitional state between the collapsed and expanded states. When the foldable storage rack is in the unfolded state, as shown in fig. 1, the sliding shaft 230 is located at the lower end of the guide slot 130; the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the foldable storage rack; both the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 are in a horizontal position. When the sliding shaft 230 slides upwards from the lower end of the guide slot 130, as shown in fig. 2, the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 move close to each other in a translation manner under the driving of the first connecting arm 210 and the second connecting arm 220; the hinges of the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 with the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 are respectively driven by the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 to move close to each other, and the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 rotate along the hinges. It will be appreciated that the hinging action between the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 is such that the shelf 300 folds as the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 translate closer to each other. When the sliding shaft 230 slides upward from the lower end of the guide slot 130 to the upper end of the guide slot 130, as shown in fig. 9, the first side frame 110 and the second side frame 120 move closer to each other in a translational manner, and the left shelf 310 and the right shelf 320 rotate closer to each other.
Therefore, when the foldable storage rack is in an unfolded state, the storage requirements of users can be met, when the foldable storage rack is transported or left unused, the side frames 100, the connecting arms 200 and the shelves 300 of the foldable storage rack are linked to complete the folding process, and when the foldable storage rack is in a folded state, the occupied space is small, so that the foldable storage rack is convenient to place and transport, and in addition, in the unfolding or folding process, parts do not need to be disassembled and assembled, and the parts are favorably prevented from being lost.
