本实用新型属于太阳能光伏支架技术领域,具体涉及一种对铁皮屋顶安装牢靠的光伏支架的屋顶夹具结构。
背景技术
太阳能光伏支架,是太阳能光伏发电系统中为了摆放、安装、固定太阳能面板设计的特殊的支架;光伏支架按区域可以分地面支架跟屋顶支架两大块,针对特殊的铁皮屋顶,在安装太阳能光伏支架前需要先在铁皮屋顶安装夹具对屋顶铁皮进行固定,为此本申请人特别设计一款特殊夹具。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装牢靠,对屋顶铁皮固定非常强的光伏支架的屋顶夹具结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种光伏支架的屋顶夹具结构,是由H型夹具组成,与所述H型夹具相配合连接一起的还包括有螺栓。
其特征在于:所述H型夹具的侧边外壁上设置有内螺纹孔,H型夹具的两侧边内壁上对称设置有凸起延长边;H型夹具上端设置的槽口可用于固定面板。
所述H型夹具的下端两边各自相向设置对称水平延长面。
所述的H型夹具其结构完全为对相互对称结构设置而成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构简单,设计合理,对铁皮屋顶的薄弱瓦型起到安装加固作用,以此非常方便在铁皮屋顶上搭建光伏支架,施工非常简便。

所述H型夹具1的侧边外壁上设置有内螺纹孔2,H型夹具1的两侧边内壁上对称设置有凸起延长边4;内螺纹孔2的设置以方便螺栓5从内螺纹孔2内锁入固定,凸起延长边4以方便瓦型铁皮进行搁置定位;H型夹具1上端设置的槽口7可用于固定面板。
所述H型夹具1的下端两边各自相向设置对称水平延长面3,水平延长面3是直接与瓦型铁皮屋顶的水平面接触。
所述的H型夹具1其结构完全为对相互对称结构设置而成。
本实用新型安装方式为,将H型夹具1的水平延长面3搁置在瓦型铁皮屋顶上后,屋顶瓦型可供夹持的较薄弱部分伸入到H型夹具内并搁置在凸起延长边4上,通过螺栓5穿过内螺纹孔2锁紧顶住来加固屋顶瓦型的牢固度,同时H型夹具1的横向装置可以够住屋顶的瓦型,这样就实现了夹具的固定。
