In the splicing type carrier tape 10, the connecting grooves 131 are used for accommodating the first connecting parts 120 of the adjacent carrier tape bodies 100, and the fixing holes 121 are formed, so that the first connecting parts 120 can be fixed through the buckling relation between the top buckles 132 and the bottom buckles, and therefore, in two adjacent carrier tape bodies 100, the first connecting part 120 of one carrier tape body 100 is connected with the second connecting part 130 of the other carrier tape body 100. When a user needs to take out a single carrier tape body 100, the first connecting part 120 and the second connecting part 130 in two adjacent carrier tape bodies 100 can be separated by releasing the buckling relation between the top buckle 132 and the bottom buckle 133, so that the splicing property and the detachability of the carrier tape bodies 100 are realized. The spliced carrier tape 10 improves maintainability, improves application flexibility, and enlarges application range.
The carrier tape body 100 is used for accommodating electronic components, the carrier tape bodies 100 are sequentially connected to form a strip-shaped carrier tape, and the carrier tape is wound and stored. The receiving slots 110 are used for receiving electronic components, and the receiving slots 110 formed in the carrier tape body 100 also have fastening and protecting functions.
The first connecting portion 120 is used for detachably connecting the second connecting portions 130 of the adjacent carrier tape bodies 100. The second connecting portion 130 is used for detachably connecting the first connecting portions 120 of the adjacent carrier tape bodies 100. The second connecting portion 130 receives the first connecting portion 120 of the adjacent carrier tape body 100 by opening the connecting groove 131.
The top buckle 132 and the bottom buckle 133 are used together to fix the first connecting portion 120 of the adjacent carrier tape body 100 in the connecting groove 131 of the second connecting portion 130. In this embodiment, the top buckle 132 penetrates through the groove wall of the connecting groove 131, and a portion of the top buckle 132 is exposed out of the outer surface of the second connecting portion 130. Further, the bottom buckle 133 penetrates through the groove wall of the connecting groove 131, and the bottom buckle 133 is partially exposed out of the outer surface of the second connecting portion 130. In this way, it is convenient for the user to touch the top buckle 132 and the bottom buckle 133 so that the user can complete the buckling action.
In order to realize the fastening of the top buckle 132 and the bottom buckle 133, in one embodiment, the top buckle 132 is provided with a male buckle nail 132a, the bottom buckle 133 is provided with a buckle slot 133a, and the buckle slot 133a is used for fixing the male buckle nail 132 a. That is, the male fastening nail 132a passes through the fastening hole 121 and is fastened into the fastening groove 133a, thereby fastening the top buckle 132 and the bottom buckle 133. Thus, the fastening convenience of the top fastener 132 and the bottom fastener 133 is improved. Further, in order to increase the fastening degree of the top buckle 132 and the bottom buckle 133, in one embodiment, the fastening nail 133b is disposed at the bottom of the buckle slot 133a, the fastening slot 132b is opened at the end of the male buckle nail 132a, and the fastening slot 132b is used for fastening the fastening nail 133 b. That is, when the male pins 132a are inserted into the fastening grooves 133a, the fastening pins 133b are inserted into the fastening grooves 132b, thereby further improving the fastening degree of the top button 132 and the bottom button 133. So, the buckling stability of the top buckle 132 and the bottom buckle 133 is further improved, and the structural stability of the spliced carrier tape is improved.
In order to improve the structural strength of the first connection portion 120, in one embodiment, the first connection portion 120 is provided with a reinforcing ring 122 at the fixing hole 121. Thus, the reinforcing ring 122 enhances the structural strength of the first connecting portion 120 at the fixing hole 121. That is, the top button 132 is partially inserted into the reinforcement ring 122 and engaged with the bottom button 133. The reinforcing ring 122 is disposed to reinforce and protect the first connection portion 120 during the pulling process of two adjacent carrier tape bodies 100. Thus, the structural strength of the first connecting portion 120 is improved, the structural stability of the spliced carrier tape is improved, and the application strength is improved.
In order to improve the splicing efficiency of two adjacent carrier tape bodies 100, in one embodiment, the end of the first connection part 120 is rounded. In this way, it is convenient for a user to insert the first connection part 120 into the connection groove 131 of the adjacent carrier tape body 100 to achieve the splicing of the first connection part 120 and the second connection part 130. The end of the first connecting portion 120 is rounded to improve the efficiency of the inserting action. Therefore, the assembly efficiency of the spliced carrier tape is improved, and the splicing convenience is improved. Further, in order to make the first connection portion 120 tightly connected with the second connection portion 130 in the connection groove 131, in one embodiment, the height of the connection groove 131 is equal to the thickness of the first connection portion 120. After the first connecting portion 120 is inserted into the connecting groove 131, no extra gap exists between the first connecting portion 120 and the second connecting portion 130, and the first connecting portion 120 and the second connecting portion 130 are tightly abutted. Therefore, the structure compactness of the spliced carrier tape is improved.
In order to facilitate the user to index and position the electronic components loaded on the spliced carrier tape, in one embodiment, the carrier tape body 100 is provided with a plurality of index holes 140 on both sides. Specifically, the index holes 140 are evenly distributed. In this way, the electronic components loaded on the carrier tape body 100 can be precisely positioned by the external automatic placement equipment through the respective index holes 140, so that the external robot equipment can take out the electronic components from the receiving slots 110. Therefore, the taking convenience of the spliced carrier tape is improved, and the technical requirements of the modern automatic production line are met.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only represent some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is specific and detailed, but not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the present invention, several variations and modifications can be made, which are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the appended claims.
