A roundabout (10) according to claim 7, characterized in that said first stop plate (36) is connected with a first elastic member (37) extending towards said second stop plate (46), said second stop plate (46) is connected with a second elastic member (47) extending towards said first stop plate (36).
9. The flipping device (10) according to claim 1, wherein the first clamping plate (34) and the second clamping plate (44) are provided with a gasket (6) respectively.
