Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to an aroma diffuser, and more particularly to an aroma diffuser provided with determination means to determine the type of perfume in the aroma diffuser.
Background
Generally, an aroma diffuser is provided in a vehicle or an enclosed space to emit aroma into the enclosed space and maintain a comfortable environment in a vehicle cabin or the enclosed space. The scent may create mood, induce psychological reactions and mask unpleasant odors. In some cases, the scent may be used for therapeutic purposes, such as aromatherapy. As mentioned above, such a fragrance dispenser can also be used to mask unpleasant odors and maintain hygiene within a vehicle cabin or enclosed space. In some fragrance dispensers, more than one fragrance tray is provided to provide various fragrances in an enclosed space. In this case, it is troublesome to recognize the type of perfume emitting fragrance in the closed space at a time. Such conventional scent diffusers lack the ability to independently determine the type of scent present in the diffuser, which makes it difficult for a user to have a particular scent in an enclosed space/compartment.
Furthermore, there are some conventional fragrance diffusers that enable a user to independently determine the fragrance type, however such diffusers require a dedicated physical connection between the cartridge in the diffuser and the control unit of the diffuser to determine the fragrance type in the fragrance diffuser. Such conventional diffusers may include physical pin configurations connected between the perfume box and the control unit to determine the type of perfume in the fragrance diffuser. However, such conventional scent diffusers limit the placement of the cartridge in the diffuser due to the physical connection. Because fragrance diffusers have space limitations, it is difficult to implement such physical pin configurations in the diffuser to determine and control the type of fragrance present in the fragrance diffuser.
