Referring to fig. 1A and 1B, fig. 1A is a front view illustrating an adjustable garment 100A according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 1B is a rear view illustrating the adjustable garment 100A of fig. 1A. Adjustable garment 100A includes a garment body 110, an adjustable structure 120, a first stitch 130, a second stitch 132, sensing electrodes 140A and 140B, and conductive buttons 142A and 142B.
The clothing body 110 may be a jacket, for example, the clothing body 110 of this embodiment is illustrated as a vest. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, apparel body 110 may be other kinds of coats or pants.
The clothing body 110 includes a first fabric 112, a second fabric 114, a third fabric 116 and a fourth fabric 118. The material of each woven cloth may comprise polyester fiber (PET) or Nylon (NYLO)N). In some embodiments, the material of each woven fabric may be a blend of about 92% nylon with about 8% elastomeric yarn (spandex). In some embodiments, the elastic recovery of each fabric may be greater than 80% and less than 100%. In some embodiments, the code weight of each woven fabric may be within plus or minus 10 percentage points of 310g/y, or 222g/m2Within plus or minus 10 percentage points.
The first cloth 112 and the third cloth 116 may be cloth of the side area corresponding to the clothing body 110. Second fabric 114 may be a fabric of apparel body 110 corresponding to the back area. Fourth fabric 118 may be a fabric of apparel body 110 corresponding with a chest region. That is, the second cloth 114 is located between the first cloth 112 and the third cloth 116, and the fourth cloth 118 is located between the first cloth 112 and the third cloth 116. Apparel body 110 may have a collar and a cuff. For example, the upper edges of the first fabric 112 and the third fabric 116 can define at least a portion of the cuff, and the upper edges of the second fabric 114 and the fourth fabric 118 can define at least a portion of the neck opening.
The fabrics of apparel body 110 may overlap one another at an interface and form a seam. For example, the edges of the first fabric 112 and the second fabric 114 may form a first seam I1 by overlapping each other, and the edges of the second fabric 114 and the third fabric 116 may form a second seam I2 by overlapping each other, and the first seam I1 and the second seam I2 are separated from each other. These overlaps may be seams between corresponding fabrics.
Sensing electrodes 140A and 140B are disposed on the inner surface of apparel body 110. For example, may be disposed on an interior surface of fourth fabric 118 to facilitate contact with a user wearing adjustable article of apparel 100A. The conductive buttons 142A and 142B pass through the garment body 110 and are electrically connected to the sensing electrodes 140A and 140B. The conductive buttons 142A and 142B are disposed at positions corresponding to the sensing electrodes 140A and 140B. For example, the conductive buttons 142A and 142B can pass through the fourth fabric 118 and electrically connect the sensing electrodes 140A and 140B through conductive wires or conductive yarns.
When the user wears the adjustable garment 100A and contacts the sensing electrodes 140A and 140B, the sensing electrodes 140A and 140B can sense physiological signals of the user and transmit the physiological signals to the conductive buttons 142A and 142B. In some embodiments, a physiological detection device (not shown) may be disposed on the clothing body 110 and electrically connected to the conductive buttons 142A and 142B to process the received physiological signals.
Adjustable structure 120 is elongated and disposed on the back side of apparel body 110, for example, adjustable structure 120 may overlap second woven fabric 114. The adjustable structure 120 includes a first auxiliary plate 122, a second auxiliary plate 124, a first fixing buckle 125, a second fixing buckle 126, a fixing plate 127, and third fixing buckles 128A, 128B, 128C, and 128D.
The first auxiliary sheet 122 includes a first fixed end 122A and a first free end 122B, wherein the first fixed end 122A is located in the first seam I1, and the first free end 122B and the first fixed end 122A are opposite to each other. Specifically, the first fixed end 122A is located between the first fabric 112 and the second fabric 114, and thus located within the first seam I1. In the present invention, the "free end" may refer to that one end of the first auxiliary piece 122 can perform relative movement on the clothing body 110, for example, is far away from or close to the clothing body 110.
First stitching 130 is disposed on apparel body 110 and secures first fixed end 122A of first auxiliary panel 122 within first seam I1. Specifically, the first stitches 130 may fix the first woven cloth 112, the second woven cloth 114 and the first fixed end 122A of the first auxiliary sheet 122 together. In some embodiments, the first stitching 130 may be used to bind the first woven fabric 112 and the second woven fabric 114 together by sewing, and the first fixed end 122A may be fixed between the first woven fabric 112 and the second woven fabric 114 together during the sewing process.
The second auxiliary sheet 124 has a second fixed end 124A and a second free end 124B, wherein the second fixed end 124A is located in the second seam I2, and the second free end 124B and the second fixed end 124A are opposite to each other. Specifically, the first fixed end 122A is located between the second fabric 114 and the third fabric 116, and thus located within the second seam I2.
Second stitching 132 is disposed on apparel body 110 and secures second fixed end 124A of second auxiliary panel 124 within second seam I2. Specifically, the second stitches 132 may be used to fix the second woven cloth 114, the third woven cloth 116 and the second fixed end 124A of the second auxiliary sheet 124 together. In some embodiments, the second stitching 132 may be used to bind the second fabric 114 and the third fabric 116 together by sewing, and the second fixed end 124A may also be fixed between the second fabric 114 and the third fabric 116 together during the sewing process. In addition, the first fixed end 122A of the first auxiliary plate 122 and the second fixed end 124A of the second auxiliary plate 124 can be regarded as two opposite ends of the adjustable structure 120.
The fixing piece 127 is disposed on the second fabric 114 and between the first fixing end 122A and the second fixing end 124A. In some embodiments, the fixing sheet 127 may be fixed on the second fabric 114 by a seam (not shown).
A first retaining buckle 125 is disposed on the first free end 122B and a second retaining buckle 126 is disposed on the second free end 124B. The third fixing buckles 128A-128D are disposed on the fixing sheet 127, and the number of the third fixing buckles 128A-128D is more than the sum of the number of the first fixing buckles 125 and the number of the second fixing buckles 126. The first retaining buckle 125, the second retaining buckle 126 and the third retaining buckles 128A-128D may have corresponding engagement relationships. For example, the first and second fasteners 125, 126 are identical fasteners, and the identical fasteners can be embedded into the third fasteners 128A-128D, such as a nail fastener assembly. That is, the third fixing buckles 128A to 128D may be detachably coupled with the first fixing buckle 125 or the second fixing buckle 126. For example, the first fixing buckle 125 disposed on the first free end 122B is detached from the third fixing buckles 128A to 128D, so that the first free end 122B of the first auxiliary plate 122 is not connected to the fixing plate 127. The second fixing buckle 126 disposed on the second free end 124B is connected to the third fixing buckle 128D, so that the second free end 124B of the second auxiliary plate 124 is connected to the fixing plate 127.
Since the number of the third fixing buckles 128A to 128D is greater than the total number of the first fixing buckles 125 and the second fixing buckles 126, the first fixing buckles 125 and the second fixing buckles 126 may be connected to the third fixing buckles 128A to 128D in more than one way. For example, the first and second fastening tabs 125 and 126 may be connected to the outermost two third fastening tabs 128A and 128D, or the first and second fastening tabs 125 and 126 may be connected to the innermost two third fastening tabs 128B and 128C.
When the connection manner is different, the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first fixed end 122A is different from that between the adjustable structure 120 and the second fixed end 124A. For example, when the first and second fasteners 125, 126 are connected to the outermost two third fasteners 128A, 128D, the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first and second fixed ends 122A, 124A may be a first length. When the first and second fasteners 125, 126 are connected to the two middle third fasteners 128B, 128C, the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first and second fixing ends 122A, 124A may be a second length, and the second length is smaller than the first length.
With this arrangement, the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first fixed end 122A and the second fixed end 124A is adjustable. When the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first fixed end 122A is adjusted, the distance between the first cloth 112 and the third cloth 116 can be adjusted. If the distance between the first woven cloth 112 and the third woven cloth 116 is adjusted to be reduced, the size of the clothing body 110 can be reduced, so that the clothing body 110 can be more closely attached to the skin of the user, thereby improving the accuracy of the sensing electrodes 140A and 140B in sensing the physiological signals and preventing sensing distortion.
On the other hand, since the first fixed end 122A of the first auxiliary piece 122 is fixed between the first woven cloth 112 and the second woven cloth 114 by the first stitches 130, and the second fixed end 124A of the second auxiliary piece 124 is fixed between the second woven cloth 114 and the third woven cloth 116 by the second stitches 132, the connection strength of the first auxiliary piece 122 and the second auxiliary piece 124 to the clothing body 110 can be enhanced, so that the first auxiliary piece 122 and the second auxiliary piece 124 are prevented from falling off from the clothing body 110. In addition, in some embodiments, the first auxiliary piece 122 and the second auxiliary piece 124 may each include an elastic yarn, so that the elasticity of the first auxiliary piece 122 and the second auxiliary piece 124 is greater than the elasticity of the first woven cloth 112, the second woven cloth 114, the third woven cloth 116, and the fourth woven cloth 118, which is beneficial for a user to perform dynamic motion, thereby improving a good wearing experience of the user.
Referring to fig. 2 again, fig. 2 is a rear view schematically illustrating an adjustable garment 100B according to a second embodiment of the present invention. At least one difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the adjustable structure 120 applied to the adjustable garment 100B of the present embodiment is realized by different structures.
Specifically, the adjustable structure 120 of the present embodiment includes a length adjustment device 150 and an elastic member 152. The elastic member 152 may include an elastic yarn, and may be formed in a rope shape. The elasticity of the elastic member 152 may be greater than the elasticity of the first cloth 112, the second cloth 114, the third cloth 116 and the fourth cloth (not shown, which is the fourth cloth 118 in fig. 1A). The elastic member 152 is elongated and has a first fixed end 152A, a second fixed end 152B, a first section 154A and a second section 154B. The first fixed end 152A of the elastic member 152 is fixed in the first seam I1, i.e. between the first cloth 112 and the second cloth 114, by the first stitching 130, and the second fixed end 152B of the elastic member 152 is fixed in the second seam I2, i.e. between the second cloth 114 and the third cloth 116, by the second stitching 132. The first fixed end 152A and the second fixed end 152B of the elastic element 152 can be regarded as two opposite ends of the adjustable structure 120.
The first section 154A and the second section 154B of the elastic member 152 can respectively pass through the length adjustment device 150 and form a loop at one side of the length adjustment device 150. The length-adjusting device 150 can sandwich at least the first section 154A of the elastic member 152, and the degree of clamping of the length-adjusting device 150 to the first section 154A is adjustable. Further, the length-adjusting means 150 includes a pressing piece 156, and when the pressing piece 156 is pressed, the clamping force of the length-adjusting means 150 to the first section 154A can be reduced.
With the above configuration, when the pressing element 156 is pressed, the loop formed by the elastic element 152 can be pulled out along the arrow direction to shorten the distance between the first fixing end 152A and the second fixing end 152B, so as to adjust the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first fixing end 152A to the second fixing end 152B. As mentioned above, since the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first fixed end 152A and the second fixed end 152B is adjustable, the size of the clothing body 110 can be adjusted, so that the clothing body 110 can more closely fit the skin of the user, thereby improving the accuracy of sensing the physiological signals.
In some embodiments, the adjustable garment 100B may further include a protective sheet (not shown), which may be fixed on the second woven fabric 114 by a glue (not shown) and form a channel with the second woven fabric 114. The channel can be used to pass the elastic member 152, thereby preventing the elastic member 152 from falling off due to being pulled by an external force.
Referring to fig. 3 again, fig. 3 is a rear view schematically illustrating an adjustable garment 100C according to a second embodiment of the present invention. At least one difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the adjustable structure 120 applied to the adjustable garment 100C of the present embodiment is realized by different structures. Specifically, the adjustable structure 120 of the present embodiment includes a first auxiliary belt 160, a second auxiliary belt 162, a retaining ring 164, a first protection sleeve 166 and a second protection sleeve 168.
The first auxiliary belt 160 has a first fixed end 160A and a first free end 160B, wherein the first fixed end 160A is fixed in the first seam I1, i.e. between the first woven cloth 112 and the second woven cloth 114, by the first stitching 130, and the first free end 160B and the first fixed end 160A are opposite to each other. The first auxiliary belt 160 may be a double-layer structure, may include an elastic yarn and has elasticity, and the elasticity of the first auxiliary belt 160 may be greater than the elasticity of the first woven cloth 112, the second woven cloth 114, the third woven cloth 116 and the fourth woven cloth (not shown, which is the fourth woven cloth 118 of fig. 1A). First protective sheath 166 may be secured to apparel body 110 and partially encase first auxiliary strap 160, with first free end 160B of first auxiliary strap 160 being located outside first protective sheath 166.
The second auxiliary tape 162 has a second fixed end 162A, and the second fixed end 162A is fixed in the second seam I2 by the second stitching 132, i.e. fixed between the second woven cloth 114 and the third woven cloth 116. The second auxiliary belt 162 includes a plurality of receiving spaces 163, and the receiving spaces 163 are formed along the extending direction of the second auxiliary belt 162 and are spaced apart from each other. The receiving space 163 of the second auxiliary band 162 may be formed by a sewing line. Specifically, the second auxiliary strap 162 may be a double-layer structure, and the sewing thread sews portions of the double-layer structure together to form the receiving space 163 between the sewed portions. In addition, the second auxiliary belt 162 may include an elastic yarn and have elasticity, and the elasticity of the second auxiliary belt 162 may be greater than the elasticity of the first woven cloth 112, the second woven cloth 114, the third woven cloth 116 and the fourth woven cloth (not shown, which is the fourth woven cloth 118 of fig. 1A). In addition, the first fixed end 160A of the first auxiliary belt 160 and the second fixed end 162A of the second auxiliary belt 162 can be regarded as two opposite ends of the adjustable structure 120.
A clasp 164 is secured to the first free end 160B of the first auxiliary strap 160. For example, clasp 164 may be secured to first free end 160B of first auxiliary strap 160 by passing first auxiliary strap 160 through an opening of clasp 164. In addition, the buckle 164 includes a bracket 165, and the bracket 165 can pass through the accommodating space 163, so that the first auxiliary belt 160 is detachably connected to the second auxiliary belt 162. When the bracket 165 is taken out of the accommodating space 163 of the second auxiliary belt 162, the connection relationship between the first auxiliary belt 160 and the second auxiliary belt 162 can be released.
Since the number of the accommodating spaces 163 of the second auxiliary belt 162 is more than one, and the accommodating spaces 163 are formed along the extending direction of the second auxiliary belt 162, when the bracket 165 changes the accommodating space 163, the distance from the first fixing end 160A to the second fixing end 162A can be changed. For example, when the bracket 165 is changed from being placed in the accommodating space 163A to being placed in the accommodating space 163B, the distance from the first fixing end 160A to the second fixing end 162A can be shortened. With the above configuration, the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first fixed end 160A and the second fixed end 162A can be adjusted.
On the other hand, when the first auxiliary belt 160 is detachably coupled to the second auxiliary belt 162 by the grommet 164, the grommet 164 may be located near the middle of the second fabric 114. Since the middle of the second woven fabric 114 corresponds to the user's vertebra, when the user wears the adjustable garment 100C, the fastening ring 164 may be located at an interosseous position along the user's vertebra, thereby reducing the user's foreign body sensation.
The number of woven fabrics of the clothes body in the above embodiments is only an example, and is not intended to limit the present invention. In other embodiments, the number of weaves of the body of apparel may be less than four or more than four. For example, the fourth cloth can be omitted, and the first cloth and the third cloth extend toward each other and are connected together.
Referring to fig. 4A again, fig. 4A is a schematic side view illustrating an adjustable garment 100D according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. At least one difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the adjustable structure 120 applied to the adjustable garment 100D of the present embodiment is implemented by different structures, and the configuration positions of the adjustable structure 120 are also different. In this embodiment, the adjustable structure 120 is disposed on the side of the clothing body 110.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the first seam I1 is formed by the edges of the first woven cloth 112 and the second woven cloth 114 overlapping each other, and the second seam I2 is formed by the edges of the first woven cloth 112 and the fourth woven cloth 118 overlapping each other. The adjustable structure 120 includes a first auxiliary plate 170 and a second auxiliary plate 172. The first auxiliary sheet 170 has a first fixed end 170A and a first free end 170B, wherein the first fixed end 170A is located in the first seam I1, i.e. between the first woven cloth 112 and the second woven cloth 114, and the first free end 170B and the first fixed end 170A are opposite to each other. The second auxiliary piece 172 has a second fixed end 172A, wherein the second fixed end 172A is located in the second seam I2, i.e. between the fourth woven fabric 118 and the first woven fabric 112. First fixed end 170A and second fixed end 172A may each be secured within seams (i.e., between woven fabrics) of apparel body 110 by stitches 174.
Second auxiliary piece 172 may be completely fixed to apparel body 110, which may be fixed to first fabric 112 by stitches (not shown). The first auxiliary piece 170 and the second auxiliary piece 172 may be a set of velcro structures. For example, the surface of first auxiliary sheet 170 facing toward apparel body 110 may be a textured surface, and the surface of second auxiliary sheet 172 facing away from apparel body 110 may be a hook surface. In addition, the first fixed end 170A of the first auxiliary piece 170 and the second fixed end 172A of the second auxiliary piece 172 can be regarded as two opposite ends of the adjustable structure 120.
Fig. 4A illustrates the first auxiliary piece 170 and the second auxiliary piece 172 in a state of not being connected to each other. Referring to fig. 4A and 4B, fig. 4B is a schematic side view of the adjustable garment 100D of fig. 4A, wherein the first auxiliary piece 170 and the second auxiliary piece 172 are connected to each other. When the first auxiliary sheet 170 and the second auxiliary sheet 172 are overlapped with each other and form an overlapped area, they can be connected together by their hair and hook surfaces. With this arrangement, the first auxiliary piece 170 can be detachably connected to the second auxiliary piece 172. And the distance between the first fixed end 170A and the second fixed end 172A can be adjusted according to the overlapping degree of the first auxiliary plate 170 and the second auxiliary plate 172 (i.e. the area of the overlapping region), so that the distance from the first fixed end 170A to the second fixed end 172A of the adjustable structure 120 can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 5A again, fig. 5A is a schematic front view illustrating an adjustable garment 100E according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. At least one difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that apparel body 110 of this embodiment is expandable. In addition, the adjustable structures applied to adjustable apparel 100E are implemented by different structures, and the configuration positions of the adjustable structures are also different.
Specifically, adjustable apparel 100E may further include zipper 180. The zipper 180 includes a first stringer 182, a second stringer 184, and a zipper head 186. The first chain 182 is disposed at an edge of the first fabric 112, the second chain 184 is disposed at an edge of the fourth fabric 118, and the zipper head 186 is slidably disposed on the first chain 182. With this configuration, the first cloth 112 and the fourth cloth 118 can be detachably connected together by the zipper 180, and after the zipper 180 is released, the clothing body 110 can be unfolded.
Please see fig. 5A and fig. 5B simultaneously, wherein fig. 5B is a front view of the clothing body 110 of fig. 5A after being unfolded. In order to make the drawings easily understandable, fig. 5B omits to show a part of the wrinkles. For example, after apparel body 110 is unfolded, there may actually be wrinkles at the upper edges of the side cuffs, but such wrinkles are omitted from illustration so that the drawing is not overly complicated and the drawing is easy to understand.
The adjustable structure 120 of this embodiment may be disposed inside the clothing body 110, and the structure configuration of the adjustable structure 120 may be similar to the adjustable structure of the third embodiment (i.e., the adjustable structure 120 of fig. 3). Specifically, the adjustable structure 120 includes a first auxiliary strap 190, a second auxiliary strap 192, a buckle 194, a first protective sheath 196, and a second protective sheath 198. The first auxiliary belt 190 has a first fixed end 190A. First stitching 200 may be disposed on apparel body 110 and secure second textile 114, third textile 116, and first secured end 190A together such that first secured end 190A may be secured at a seam formed by second textile 114 and third textile 116. First protective cover 196 may be secured to apparel body 110 and partially encases first auxiliary band 190 therein. The second auxiliary belt 192 has a second fixed end 192A and a free end 192B, wherein the second fixed end 192A is located at the edge of the first fabric 112. Second stitching 202 may be disposed on apparel body 110 and secure first fabric 112 with second secured end 192A. In some embodiments, the second stitches 202 may also be used to secure the first chain 182 to the first fabric 112. The second protective sleeve 198 may be secured to the apparel body 110 and partially encases the second auxiliary strap 192 therein. In addition, the first fixed end 190A of the first auxiliary strap 190 and the second fixed end 192A of the second auxiliary strap 192 can be regarded as two opposite ends of the adjustable structure 120.
The retaining ring 194 is fixed on the free end 192B of the second auxiliary strap 192, and the first auxiliary strap 190 and the second auxiliary strap 192 can be detachably connected through the retaining ring 194, which can be the same as the connection mechanism of the third embodiment and is not described herein again.
With the above configuration, adjustable article of apparel 100E of the present embodiment may be suitable for use on users with special needs. Specifically, apparel body 110 of adjustable apparel 100E may be convenient to wear by a user in bed-ridden demand after being deployed. On the other hand, by means of the adjustable structure 120, the size of the clothing body 110 can be adjusted, so that the clothing body 110 can be more closely attached to the skin of the user, thereby improving the accuracy of sensing the physiological signals.
Referring to fig. 6 again, fig. 6 is a rear view schematically illustrating an adjustable garment 100F according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. At least one difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the adjustable structure 120 applied to the adjustable garment 100F of the present embodiment is realized by different structures.
The adjustable structure 120 of the present embodiment is fixed on the second woven fabric 114 of the clothing body 110. Specifically, the adjustable structure 120 includes a pair of first fixing members 210A and 210B, an elastic band 212, and a plurality of second fixing members 214. The first fasteners 210A and 210B may be fixed on the second fabric 114, which may be fixed by sewing. The first fixing members 210A and 210B can be regarded as two opposite ends of the adjustable structure 120.
The clothing body 110 may further include a cover cloth 111, and the cover cloth 111 is disposed on the second fabric 114 and forms a channel with the second fabric 114 therebetween. The drape 111 may be secured to the second fabric 114 by stitching or glue. The elastic band 212 may pass through the channel with opposite ends of the elastic band 212 positioned outside the channel. In addition, the elastic band 212 may include an elastic yarn and have elasticity, and the elasticity of the elastic band 212 may be greater than that of the second woven fabric 114.
The second fixing member 214 is disposed on the elastic band. The first fixing elements 210A and 210B and the second fixing element 214 can have a fitting relationship, for example, the first fixing elements 210A and 210B and the second fixing element 214 can be a fastener set. The number of the second fixing members 214 may be more than two. When the first fixing members 210A and 210B are engaged with the second fixing member 214, the elastic band 212 can be detachably connected to the first fixing members 210A and 210B through the second fixing member 214.
Since the number of the second fixing members 214 is more than two, the elastic band 212 may be connected to the first fixing members 210A and 210B in more than one manner. Like the first embodiment, when the connection manner is different, the distance between the first fixing elements 210A and 210B of the adjustable structure 120 is also different. Therefore, the distance between the adjustable structure 120 and the first fixing element 210A and the first fixing element 210B is adjustable. By means of the adjustable structure 120, the size of the clothing body 110 can be adjusted, so that the clothing body 110 can be more closely attached to the skin of the user, thereby improving the accuracy of sensing the physiological signals.
Referring to fig. 7A and 7B, fig. 7A is a front view illustrating an adjustable garment 100G according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7B is a rear view illustrating the adjustable garment 100G of fig. 7A. At least one difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the number of woven fabrics of the clothing body 110 of the present embodiment is changed to two, for example, the clothing body 110 includes a first woven fabric 112 and a second woven fabric 114, wherein the first woven fabric 112 corresponds to the chest region of the clothing body 110, and the second woven fabric 114 corresponds to the back region of the clothing body 110. Specifically, the first fabric 112 has a first edge E1 and a second edge E2, and the second fabric 114 has a third edge E3 and a fourth edge E4. The first edge E1 of the first fabric 112 and the third edge E3 of the second fabric 114 may form a first seam I1 by overlapping each other, and the second edge E2 of the first fabric 112 and the fourth edge E4 of the second fabric 114 may form a second seam I2 by overlapping each other.
The adjustable structure 120 of the present embodiment is the same as the adjustable structure 120 of the first embodiment. That is, the adjustable structure 120 includes a first auxiliary plate 122, a second auxiliary plate 124, a first fixing buckle 125, a second fixing buckle 126, a fixing plate 127 and a third fixing buckle 128. Similarly, the first fixed end 122A is located within the first seam I1, i.e., between the first fabric 112 and the second fabric 114, and is fixed by the first stitch 130. The second fixed end 124A is located within the second seam I2, i.e., between the second fabric 114 and the third fabric 116, and is fixed by the second stitch 132.
Although the adjustable structure 120 of the present embodiment is similar to the adjustable structure 120 of the first embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in the case where apparel body 110 is formed of two pieces of woven fabric, adjustable structure 120 may be the adjustable structure 120 of the second, third, or other embodiments, in addition to the embodiments depicted in fig. 7A and 7B.
Referring to fig. 8A again, fig. 8A is a schematic front view illustrating an adjustable garment 100H according to an eighth embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8B is a schematic side view illustrating the adjustable garment 100H of fig. 8A. At least one difference between the present embodiment and the first embodiment is that the garment body 110 of the present embodiment is a pair of trousers, and the corresponding garment body 110 is a pair of trousers, and the sensing electrodes 140A, 140B, 140C and 140D disposed on the inner surface of the garment body 110 can correspond to different muscle groups, such as a quadriceps femoris region, a biceps femoris region, an anterior tibialis region and a gastrocnemius region, and are electrically connected to the corresponding conductive buttons 142.
In this embodiment, the clothing body 110 may be formed of two pieces of woven fabric. Specifically, the clothing body 110 includes a first woven cloth 112 and a second woven cloth 114, wherein the first woven cloth 112 and the second woven cloth 114 may overlap each other through respective edges to form a seam, such as a first seam I1.
Similarly, the fixed ends of the first auxiliary sheet 122 and the second auxiliary sheet 124 may be located in the seam, for example, the second fixed end 124A of the second auxiliary sheet 124 is located in the first seam I1, that is, between the first woven cloth 112 and the second woven cloth 114, and fixed by a seam, for example, by the second seam 132.
In addition, adjustable article of apparel 100H may further include zipper 180, zipper 180 including first stringer 182, second stringer 184, and zipper head 186. The first chain 182 is disposed at the edge of the first fabric 112, the second chain 184 is disposed at the edge of the second fabric 114, and the zipper head 186 is slidably disposed on the first chain 182 or the second chain 184. With this arrangement, some blocks of the first cloth 112 and the second cloth 114 can be detachably connected together by the zipper 180, and after the zipper 180 is released, some blocks of the first cloth 112 and the second cloth 114 can be unfolded for the user to wear.
Although the adjustable structure 120 of the present embodiment is similar to the adjustable structure 120 of the first embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments, in addition to the embodiments illustrated in fig. 8A and 8B, other types of adjustable structures 120 may be used in the case where apparel body 110 is a pair of pants. In addition, although the adjustable structure 120 of the present embodiment is disposed near the waist region, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the adjustable structure 120 may be disposed in the thigh region or the calf region, or in a position corresponding to the sensing electrode 140A, so as to overlap with the sensing electrode 140A.
Although the adjustable structure 120 is disposed outside the clothing body 110 in the first to fourth embodiments and the sixth to eighth embodiments, the present invention is not limited thereto. The adjustable structure 120 of each embodiment may be changed to be disposed inside the clothing body 110, and the corresponding fixed ends are still fixed in the seams, between the fabrics or on the fabrics by the stitches. Similarly, adjustable structure 120 of the fifth embodiment may be changed to be disposed outside apparel body 110.
To sum up, the utility model discloses a dress with adjustable contains dress body, adjustable structure, first suture, second suture, sensing electrode and electrically conductive knot.
