when the power supply is disconnected, the communication maintaining device (5) stops working, the locking deflector rod (27) is released, and the lock catch (33) and the hasp (36) are tripped, so that the elastic sheet (4) is disconnected with the wiring terminal, and further the circuit is disconnected.
