The water curtain wall of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2.

As shown in fig. 2, the stone installation unit 1 includes a dry-hang steel shelving unit 11 and a stone subunit 12. The dry-hang steel frame subunit 11 comprises a first longitudinal beam 111, a second longitudinal beam 112 and a connecting beam 113. One end of the connecting beam 113 is vertically connected to the lower part of the first longitudinal beam 111, the other end of the connecting beam 113 is vertically connected to the upper part of the second longitudinal beam 112, and the connecting beam 113 is fixed on a wall surface or a base steel frame. Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the first longitudinal beam 111 is generally located above the connecting beam 113 and the second longitudinal beam 112 is generally located below the connecting beam 113.
The dry hanging steel frame subunit 11 further comprises a first cross beam 114, a second cross beam 115 and a connecting cross beam 116, wherein the first cross beam 114 is fixedly connected between two adjacent first longitudinal beams 111, the second cross beam 115 is fixedly connected between two adjacent second longitudinal beams 112, and the connecting cross beam 116 is fixedly connected between two adjacent connecting beams 113. The distance between the adjacent steel structures can be adjusted according to actual needs, for example, the transverse distance between the two first longitudinal beams 111, the two second longitudinal beams 112 or the two connecting beams 113 may be 1000-1500 mm, and may preferably be 1200 mm. The distance between the adjacent first and second beams 114 and 115 may be 500 to 1000mm, and may preferably be 750 mm. In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of the dry-hanging steel frame subunit 11, a waterproof layer, such as an acrylic waterproof coating, a silicone rubber waterproof coating, an SBS modified emulsified asphalt waterproof coating, or a neoprene modified asphalt waterproof coating, or other suitable waterproof coatings, may be coated on the steel structures, such as the first longitudinal beam 111, the second longitudinal beam 112, the connecting beam 113, the first cross beam 114, the second cross beam 115, or the connecting cross beam 116. The waterproof coating material is preferably coated on the steel structure to which the stone is fixed.
The stone subunits 12 comprise a first stone 121, a second stone 122 and a connecting stone 123. The first stone material 121 is fixed to the first longitudinal beam 111 or the first cross beam 114, preferably to the first cross beam 114. The second stone 122 is fixed to the second longitudinal beam 112 or the second transverse beam 115, preferably to the second transverse beam 115. The connecting stones 123 are vertically connected at one end to the lower back surface of the first stone 121 and at the other end to the upper front surface of the second stone 122, and the connecting stones 123 are fixed to the connecting beams 113 or 116, preferably to the connecting beams 116. The first stone 121, the second stone 122, the connection stone 123, etc. may be fixed on the corresponding steel structures by a dry-hang method. Fig. 2 shows a dry-hang installation method, i.e. a first stone 121 is fixed on a first beam 114 by an embedded corner brace, a second stone 122 is fixed on a second beam 115 by an embedded corner brace, and a connecting stone 123 is fixed on a connecting beam 116 by an embedded corner brace. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that this is merely an exemplary installation and that other suitable installations may be used.
The front surfaces of the first stone 121 and the second stone 122 are provided with a plurality of transverse grooves. The width, the depth, the groove spacing and other parameters of the transverse groove can be optimally designed and combined to create different water curtain ornamental effects. For example, the transverse grooves may include a plurality of main grooves 124 and auxiliary grooves 125 which are arranged at intervals, the width of the main grooves 124 may be 10-20 mm, the width of the auxiliary grooves 125 may be 2-8 mm, the depth of the main grooves 124 and the auxiliary grooves 125 may be 2-10 mm, and the distance between the main grooves 124 and the auxiliary grooves 125 may be 2-10 mm. In one embodiment, the width of the primary groove 124 may be 15mm, the width of the secondary groove 125 may be 5mm, the depth of the primary groove 124 and the secondary groove 125 may be 5mm, and the distance between the primary groove 124 and the secondary groove 125 may be 5 mm.
The back surfaces of the first stone 121, the second stone 122 and the connecting stone 123 may be coated with a waterproof layer, which may be a silicate waterproof agent, an organic silicon oligomer waterproof agent, an acrylic waterproof agent, an organic fluorine silicon waterproof agent or an organic fluorine carbon waterproof agent, or other suitable waterproof materials, so as to enhance the waterproof performance of the stone and prevent water from penetrating the stone to corrode the dry-hanging steel shelving unit 11 on the back surface thereof.
When the connecting beam 113 is fixed on a wall surface or a base steel frame, the connecting beam and the horizontal plane form an included angle of 10-15 degrees. Since the bottom plate 211 is disposed parallel to the connecting beam 113, the bottom plate 211 forms the aforementioned angle with the horizontal plane, so that the outer sidewall 213 of the buffer tray 21 is higher than the inner sidewall 212. The angle may preferably be 11 °. The position of the outer side wall 213 higher than the inner side wall 212 is favorable for water flow to concentrate at the connection between the inner side wall 212 and the bottom plate 211, then flow out of the buffer tray 21 along the water guide hole 215, and then flow down along the second stone 122 below.
Fig. 1 and 2 show the structure of the buffer guide unit 2. The buffering guide unit 2 includes a buffering tray 21 and a fixing subunit 22. The buffer tray 21 includes a bottom plate 211, an inner sidewall 212, an outer sidewall 213, and a baffle 214 at both ends of the bottom plate 211. The height of the inner and outer side walls 212, 213 may be the same or different and may each be greater than the height of the baffle 214. Both the inner side wall 212 and the outer side wall 213 may have a folded edge that is folded toward the inside of the buffer tray 21. An inward flap may be further provided on the flap as desired. In one embodiment, the height of the inner sidewall 212 and the outer sidewall 213 is 40 to 60mm, the width of the hem is 5 to 15mm, and the height of the flap 214 is 30 to 50 mm. In the preferred embodiment, the height of the inner and outer side walls 212, 213 are each 50mm, the width of the flap is 10mm and the height of the flap 214 is 40 mm.
The buffer tray 21 may be composed of a bottom plate 211, an inner sidewall 212, an outer sidewall 213 and a baffle 214, and has a substantially container-like appearance. The angles between the outer side wall 213 and the bottom plate 211, and between the baffle 214 and the bottom plate 211 may be 90 °. The included angle between the inner side wall 212 and the bottom plate 211 can be 95-100 degrees, and can be preferably 96 degrees.
A plurality of water guide holes 215 are formed in the connecting position between the inner side wall 212 and the base plate 211, the diameter of each water guide hole 215 is 1-5 mm, and the distance between every two water guide holes 215 is 15-25 mm. In one embodiment, the diameter of the water guide holes 215 is 2mm, and the interval between the water guide holes 215 is 20 mm.
The stator sub-unit 22 includes a U-shaped fixing member 221 and an L-shaped dry hanger 222. The U-shaped fixing member 221 is welded to the bottom plate 211. In one embodiment, the two legs of the U-shaped fastener 221 are welded to the bottom plate 211, thereby presenting the appearance that the U-shaped fastener 221 is inverted over the bottom plate 211. The L-shaped dry-hang piece 222 may be fixed to the lower back surface of the first stone 121, preferably to the back surface near the lower end of the first stone 121, so that an appropriate distance may be maintained between the lower end of the first stone 121 and the bottom plate 211. The first stone 121 can be fixed by bolts, chemical anchors, or pre-embedded manner by gluing, or by other suitable methods in the field. The U-shaped fixing member 221 is connected to the L-shaped dry hanging member 222 by bolts, thereby fixing the buffering and guiding unit 2 on the stone installation unit 1, and the buffering and guiding unit 2 is located at a position below the first stone 121 and the connecting stone 123.
Fig. 2 shows the structure of the water feed unit 3. The water supply unit 3 includes a reservoir 31, a water supply pipe 32, a water pump 33, and a sump 34. The reservoir 31 is located at the top of the water curtain wall and the sump 34 is located at the bottom of the water curtain wall. The stone installation unit 1 and the buffering and guiding unit 2 are positioned between the water storage tank 31 and the water collecting tank 34. That is, the water flows out of the water storage tank 31, flows through the stone surfaces of the plurality of stages of stone installation units 1, is adjusted in flow rate by the corresponding plurality of stages of buffer flow guide units 2, and finally flows into the water collecting tank 34. The water pump 33 is arranged in the water collecting tank 34, the lower end of the water supply pipe 32 is connected with the water pump 33, and the upper end of the water supply pipe extends into the water storage tank 31 and is used for pumping water in the water collecting tank 34 back to the water storage tank 31, so that the water can flow circularly. The upper outlet of the feed pipe 32 may be located near the bottom of the reservoir 31 to reduce splashing.
The longitudinal sections of the water storage tank 31 and the water collecting tank 34 are in an inverted L-shaped step shape, and the cross sectional area of the upper step part is larger than that of the lower step part. Wherein, the bottom edge that the upper ladder portion of catch basin 31 is close to the outside is provided with a plurality of apopore 35, and the diameter of apopore 35 can be 1mm ~ 5mm, and the interval between the apopore 35 can be 15 ~ 25 mm. In one embodiment the diameter of the outlet openings 35 is 2mm and the distance between the outlet openings 35 is 20 mm.
The size of the upper step portion of the reservoir 31 may be adjusted according to the position of the first stone 121 of the stone installation unit 1 so that the water drops on the first stone 121 after flowing out of the water outlet hole 35 and continues to flow along the surface of the first stone 121 to form a water curtain. The width of the lower step part of the water storage tank 31 can be 200-300 mm, the height can be 200-300 mm, and the length can be 5000-7000 mm. The width of the upper-layer step part of the water storage tank 31 can be 400-600 mm, the height can be 30-70 mm, and the length can be 5000-7000 mm. The capacity of the water storage tank 31 can be 0.3-0.6 m3. In one embodiment, the lower step portion of reservoir 31 may have a width of 250mm, a height of 250mm and a length of 6000 mm. The upper stepped portion of reservoir 31 may have a width of 550mm, a height of 50mm and a length of 6000 mm. The reservoir 31 may have a capacity of 0.39m3
The width of the lower step part of the water collecting tank 34 can be 300-500 mm, the height can be 200-400 mm, and the length can be 300-500 mm. Water collecting tank34 the upper step part can be 1000 ~ 1500mm in width, 200 ~ 400mm in height, and 5000 ~ 7000mm in length. The capacity of the water collecting tank 34 can be 2-3 m3. In order to prevent water in the water collecting tank 34 from permeating into the ground, a waterproof layer may be coated on the inner wall of the water collecting tank 34, and the waterproof layer may be a polymer cement waterproof coating, an acrylic waterproof coating, a silicone rubber waterproof coating, an SBS modified emulsified asphalt waterproof coating or a chloroprene rubber modified asphalt waterproof coating.
The water pump 33, which may be a submersible pump, is located within the lower stepped portion of the sump 34. In one embodiment, the pump 33 may have a head of 35 meters and a flow rate of 2.5 meters3H is used as the reference value. The water supply pipe 32 can be a 6-minute pipe, such as a 6-minute PPR water pipe.
In order to replenish the evaporated water in time so as not to affect the effect of the water curtain, the water supply unit 3 may further include a water replenishing subunit. The water replenishing sub-unit includes a ball float valve in the sump 34 and a water replenishing pipe connected to the sump 34, and the ball float valve is provided at an outlet portion of the water replenishing pipe for automatically controlling the water supply of the water replenishing pipe.
Fig. 2 also shows the structure of the fragrancing and humidifying unit 4. Which comprises a fragrancing subunit 41 and a humidifying subunit 42. The flavoring subunit 41 includes a plurality of oil tanks 411 filled with different essential oils, a linear driver 412 for driving the piston in the oil tank 411 to move axially, and an oil delivery conduit 413 with one end communicating with the outlet of the oil tank 411. The aforementioned structure is used to release the essential oil in the oil storage tank 411 through the oil delivery pipe 413 in a timely and quantitative manner. In one embodiment, the oil tank 411 is provided with volumetric graduations to facilitate viewing of the remaining amount of essential oil for addition as needed. The linear actuator 412 may be a motorized push rod. The electric push rod can be connected with a proper controller, such as a PLC control system, so that the automatic remote control of the essential oil delivery is realized.
