When the cover plate 112 needs to be detached, the connecting rod 117 only needs to be rotated reversely to detach the cover plate.
The filter unit 120 is connected to the separator 114 from above the separator 114, and specifically the filter unit 120 is disposed on a portion between an outer edge of the separator 114 and an outer arc of the air collecting hole 122. A portion of the upper portion of the sidewall 111 corresponding to the filter unit 120 is provided with a plurality of air intake holes 123.
In order to improve the structural strength of the separator 114 and prevent the filter unit 120 or the connecting rod 117 from damaging the separator 114, a reinforcing rib 115 is provided at a portion between two adjacent gas collecting holes 122 of the separator 114. An end of the reinforcing rib 115 near the center of the partition 114 is connected to the fastening member 116, and an end of the reinforcing rib 115 away from the center of the partition 114 extends to the filter unit 120, thereby also locating the installation position of the filter unit 120. In the illustrated embodiment, four ribs are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, and 4, the sound-deadening unit 130 includes a sound-absorbing core 131 and a sound-absorbing layer 132. Wherein the sound absorbing core 131 is connected to the middle of the partition 114 from below the partition 114, and a substantially annular sound absorbing layer 132 is provided around the sound absorbing core 131. In other words, the acoustic layer 132 is disposed in the circumferential direction of the acoustic core 131.
The sound-absorbing layer 132 is spaced apart from the sound-absorbing core 131, and the top of the sound-absorbing layer 132 is connected to the partition 114 and the bottom thereof is connected to the end plate 113, and the side of the sound-absorbing layer 132 remote from the sound-absorbing core 131 is connected to the side wall 111 of the housing 110. The sound-absorbing layer 132 thus surrounds the sound-absorbing core 131, the space enclosed by the two constituting the sound-damping channel 133. And the sound-deadening channel 133 and the gas-collecting chamber 121 communicate via the gas-collecting hole 122. The sound absorption core body 131 is arranged in the sound absorption layer 132, so that the high-frequency failure frequency of the noise elimination unit 130 can be effectively improved, and the noise elimination effect of the air inlet filtering silencer 100 on high-frequency air inlet noise is improved.
Both the acoustic core 131 and the acoustic layer 132 are made of an acoustic absorbing material, preferably melamine foam, in order to reduce the weight of the product. Of course, the sound absorbing material may be a porous material such as polyurethane foam. The exterior of the sound absorbing material is preferably wrapped with a waterproof vapor permeable membrane.
Furthermore, the outer part of the sound-absorbing core 131 and the side of the sound-absorbing layer 132 facing the sound-damping channel 133 are provided with a cover 134, the cover 134 thereby being configured as a wall surface of the sound-damping channel 133. The shield 134 is provided with a plurality of perforations to facilitate the diffraction of sound waves into the sound absorbing material.
Referring now to fig. 2, 3 and 6, the bottom of the acoustic core 131 is configured to be tapered with its apex facing the air outlet 135, whereby the acoustic core 131 as a whole is substantially cylindrical with a conical bottom. The bottom of the sound absorbing layer 132 is configured to have a tapered surface facing the tapered surface of the sound absorbing core 131. The cone angle alpha of the bottom of the acoustic core 131 is between 80 deg. and 100 deg., preferably 90 deg.. The conical surface of the bottom of the acoustic layer 132 is configured to be substantially parallel to the conical surface of the bottom of the acoustic core 131. Thus, the bottom of the muffler channel 133 is configured as a tapered flow guide structure, which can effectively reduce the pressure loss generated when the air passes through.
In addition, the conical structure at the bottom of the sound absorption core body 131 can further improve the noise elimination effect. When the sound waves are transmitted to the bottom of the sound absorbing core body 131, the sound waves are reflected under the action of the conical structure, so that the reflection times of the sound waves in the sound attenuation channel 133 are increased, and the sound attenuation effect is improved.
When the internal combustion engine runs, negative pressure is generated in the air inlet pipeline, air enters the filtering unit 120 through the air inlet hole 123 on the side wall 111 under the action of the negative pressure, is collected in the air collecting cavity 121 after being filtered, enters the noise elimination channel 133 through the air collecting hole 122, and then enters the air inlet pipeline through the air outlet 135.
Noise generated when the internal combustion engine or the turbocharger operates is transmitted from the intake port, and when the sound wave passes through the sound attenuation passage 133, the sound wave rubs and collides with the sacrificial material, and the energy of the sound wave is absorbed, thereby reducing intake noise.
