The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
The utility model discloses a washing machine includes the box and sets up washing section of thick bamboo (box and washing section of thick bamboo not shown) and detergent box subassembly in the box. The inner cavity of the washing drum is a washing cavity capable of containing washing water and clothes (the washing cavity in the claims is an inner cavity of a component of any washing equipment for containing the washing water and the clothes), and detergent in the detergent box assembly can enter the washing cavity to perform auxiliary washing on the clothes. Specifically, the detergent box assembly comprises a containing box for containing detergent, wherein a liquid inlet structure 21 and a liquid outlet structure 11 (the liquid inlet structure 21 and the liquid outlet structure 11 will be described in detail later) are arranged on the containing box, an inner cavity of the containing box is communicated with the outside through the liquid inlet structure 21, and a user can replenish detergent into the containing box through the liquid inlet structure 21. The inner cavity of the containing box is communicated with the washing cavity of the washing drum through the liquid outlet structure 11, so that detergent can enter the washing cavity and act on the surface of clothes.
The preferred technical solution of the detergent box assembly of the present invention is described below with reference to the above washing machine.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a side sectional view of a first embodiment of a detergent box assembly according to the present invention. As shown in figure 1, an overflow pipe 3 is also arranged in the containing box, and the overflow pipe 3 is arranged to guide the detergent which exceeds the inner cavity capacity of the containing box into the washing cavity of the washing drum. Through the overflow pipe 3, after the containing box is filled with the detergent, the redundant detergent can flow into the washing cavity of the washing drum through the overflow pipe 3, and the redundant detergent is prevented from overflowing to the outside of the washing machine or the outside of the washing drum.
In the above embodiment, the overflow pipe 3 communicated between the inner cavity of the container and the washing space of the washing drum is arranged in the container for containing the detergent, so that the detergent exceeding the inner cavity capacity of the container can flow into the washing drum along the overflow pipe 3, and the problems of detergent waste, increased cleaning work for a user due to the fact that the detergent spreads along the outer surface of the container and the like are avoided.
Further, hold the box and include open stock solution box body 1 and cover top cap 2 to 1 top of stock solution box body, stock solution box body 1 and top cap 2 constitute the box that holds that has the inner chamber jointly. The liquid inlet structure 21 is arranged on the top cover 2 (the top plate in the claims means the top side box wall of the containing box, and is uniformly equal to the top cover 2 in the following), and the liquid outlet structure 11 is arranged on the liquid storage box body 1. Specifically, according to the orientation of fig. 1, the liquid inlet structure 21 includes a liquid inlet 211 formed on the top cover 2 and a liquid guide structure 212 extending from the liquid inlet 211 to the inner side (i.e., downward) of the inner cavity of the accommodation box. As an example, the liquid inlet 211 is a through rectangular opening formed in the top cover 2. The liquid guiding structure 212 is a ring-shaped structure extending to the middle part of the inner cavity of the containing box along the lower side edge of the rectangular opening, so that when the washing liquid is poured, the washing liquid can enter the washing cavity through the liquid guiding structure 212 and the liquid level of the washing liquid in the containing box when the washing liquid is about to be poured is clearly displayed through the inner side wall of the liquid guiding structure 212. The liquid outlet structure 11 is a structure which is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage box body 1 and is provided with a liquid outlet. In the case of a vertically arranged washing drum, the liquid outlet structure 11 is located above the feeding opening of the washing drum, so that the detergent in the containing box can flow into the washing drum through the liquid outlet structure 11.
Further, in order to avoid that the ring-shaped structure occupies a larger space in the inner cavity of the accommodating box, the length dimension and the width dimension of the rectangular cross section of the ring-shaped structure are gradually reduced, so that the ring-shaped structure extends downwards in a gradually converging manner.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accommodating case of the present embodiment.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the first embodiment of the present invention, the overflow pipe 3 is a straight pipe with a circular cross section, which is vertically disposed. The top end pipe orifice of the overflow pipe 3 is formed on the top cover 2, and the bottom end is communicated with the washing cavity. At least a portion of the top cover 2 is arranged to be able to guide the detergent overflowing from the liquid outlet structure 11 into the overflow pipe 3.
Furthermore, a gap 5 is arranged on the liquid inlet 211, so that the position of the gap 5 forms the lowest liquid outlet position of the liquid inlet 211. When the detergent exceeds the capacity of the inner cavity of the containing box and overflows from the liquid outlet structure 11, the redundant detergent flows out through the notch 5 and flows into the top end nozzle of the overflow pipe 3 along the top cover 2, so that the detergent flows into the washing cavity of the washing barrel through the overflow pipe 3. As an example, according to the orientation of FIG. 1, the upper edge of the liquid inlet 211 is obliquely arranged, and the height of the liquid inlet 211 gradually decreases in the direction from right to left (i.e., the direction close to the overflow pipe 3), so that the height of the side of the liquid inlet 211 close to the overflow pipe 3 is the lowest, and the notch 5 is formed. Of course, the arrangement of the notches 5 is not limited. For example, the formation of the notches 5 can also be: one side of the liquid inlet 211 close to the overflow pipe 3 is provided with a through hole along the direction close to the overflow pipe 3, and the heights of the other three sides of the liquid inlet 211 are all consistent and higher than the height of the side, so that the detergent can flow to the overflow pipe 3 through the through hole when overflowing.
Further, the detergent in the containing box can flow into the washing drum through the liquid outlet structure 11 in a siphon manner. The overflow pipe 3 is arranged at the inner side of the liquid outlet structure 11 and the lower end of the overflow pipe is communicated with the washing cavity of the washing drum through the liquid outlet structure 11. Specifically, the liquid outlet structure 11 is a liquid outlet pipe disposed in the inner cavity of the accommodating box. The liquid outlet pipe is a straight pipe structure vertically arranged. The top end pipe orifice of the liquid outlet pipe is positioned in the inner cavity of the containing box, and the bottom end pipe orifice is formed at the bottom of the liquid storage box body 1 and is communicated with the washing cavity of the washing drum. The inside of the top cover 2 extends downwards with a hollow cannula 22, the end of the cannula 22 communicating with the inner cavity of the containing box. Under the state that top cap 2 and stock solution box body 1 assembled, sleeve 22 cover is located the outside of drain pipe and is formed with the clearance between the lateral wall of drain pipe to form siphon structure jointly with the drain pipe. When the detergent is stored in the inner cavity of the accommodating box, the detergent can enter the space between the sleeve 22 and the liquid outlet pipe from the bottom of the liquid outlet pipe and the lower end pipe orifice of the sleeve 22, flows through the space between the sleeve 22 and the liquid outlet pipe under the siphon action and enters the liquid outlet pipe through the top end pipe orifice of the liquid outlet pipe, and then flows into the washing barrel along the liquid outlet pipe. In this case, the overflow pipe 3 is disposed inside the sleeve 22 and extends into the outlet pipe, so that the bottom nozzle of the overflow pipe 3 can be located inside the outlet pipe, thereby allowing the detergent flowing out from the bottom nozzle of the overflow pipe 3 to flow into the washing drum through the communication path between the outlet pipe and the washing drum.
More specifically, the outer side of the liquid outlet pipe is further provided with a protruding structure 111, and under the condition that the sleeve 22 is sleeved on the liquid outlet pipe, the protruding structure 111 abuts against the inner wall of the sleeve 22, so as to position the assembling position between the sleeve 22 and the liquid outlet pipe, and avoid that the gap between the sleeve 22 and the liquid outlet pipe is uneven when the sleeve 22 and the liquid outlet pipe are assembled askew, thereby affecting the flowing-out effect of the detergent.
Preferably, the top cover 2 is arranged in a sinking structure at a position close to the top end of the overflow pipe 3, so that the height of the top end pipe opening of the overflow pipe 3 is the lowest point of the top cover 2, thereby facilitating better guiding the detergent to enter the overflow pipe 3 and avoiding spreading along the surface of the top cover 2 when the detergent flow is too large due to untimely entering the overflow pipe 3.
Referring next to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a side sectional view of a second embodiment of a detergent box assembly according to the present invention. In the most preferred second embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the structure of the first embodiment, the top cover 2 is further provided with an inclined drainage surface 4. The high side of the flow guide surface 4 is communicated with the notch 5, and the low side is communicated with the top end nozzle of the overflow pipe 3, so that the detergent flowing out from the notch 5 is guided to rapidly flow into the overflow pipe 3, and the flowing path of the detergent on the top cover 2 is limited.
Further, the above-mentioned flow guide surface 4 is an inverted conical surface provided on the top cover 2. The inverted conical surface is arranged along the circumference of the overflow pipe 3. Specifically, the top end mouth of pipe of overflow pipe 3 sets up in the bottom of back taper, and the top of this back taper is located the lower of breach 5, extends to breach 5 positions through the structure that sinks to form the funnel structure at the top of overflow pipe 3. When the detergent overflows through the gap 5, a large quantity of detergent can be guided into the funnel structure and flow along the overflow pipe 3 to the outside of the outlet pipe, so that the overflowing detergent can flow into the washing tub.
Alternatively, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the communication between the bottom end nozzle of the overflow pipe 3 and the washing cavity of the washing drum may be: the overflow pipe 3 and the liquid outlet structure 11 are separately arranged at intervals. In the case that the top end orifice of the overflow pipe 3 is formed on the top cover 2, the bottom end orifice thereof is formed on the bottom of the liquid storage box body 1 and above the feeding opening of the washing drum. At this time, the overflow path and the outlet path of the detergent are independent from each other and do not interfere with each other. The liquid outlet structure 11 may be the liquid outlet pipe for discharging the detergent in a siphon manner, or may be other structures capable of meeting the liquid outlet requirement of the detergent, such as a liquid outlet with an automatic switch.
Referring next to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a side sectional view of a fourth embodiment of the detergent box assembly of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the top end orifice of the overflow pipe 3 is located in the inner cavity of the containing box and is lower than the liquid inlet 211 of the liquid inlet structure 21. The bottom end pipe orifice of the overflow pipe 3 is formed at the bottom of the liquid storage box body 1, is positioned above the feeding port of the washing drum and is communicated with the washing cavity of the washing drum. In this case, the detergent does not flow over the surface of the top cover 2 when overflowing, and the liquid inlet structure 21 does not need to be provided with the notch 5. The height of the pipe-jacking pipe opening of the overflow pipe 3 determines the detergent capacity of the inner cavity of the containing box. When the liquid level of the detergent in the containing box exceeds the top end of the overflow pipe 3, the excessive detergent can enter the overflow pipe 3 along the top section pipe opening of the overflow pipe 3, and then flows into the washing barrel through the overflow pipe 3. By way of example, the overflow tube 3 is shown in fig. 3 below the liquid outlet. At this time, the top of the overflow pipe 3 is lower than the upper edge of the liquid outlet (i.e. the outer surface of the top cover 2). In fact, the overflow pipe 3 may be located under the body of the top cover 2 and covered by the top cover 2. In this case, the height of the overflow pipe 3 needs to be lower than the height of the inner side surface of the top cover 2.
As a specific embodiment, in the case that the accommodating box is any one of the above embodiments, the detergent box assembly of the present invention further comprises a mounting member 6, and the accommodating box is clamped in the mounting member 6 through the liquid storage box body 1. The inside of the cabinet of the washing machine is provided with a mounting groove 7 capable of accommodating the mounting member 6. The mounting member 6 is slidably fitted to the mounting groove 7 so that the mounting member 6 can bring the housing box to slide in/out of the mounting groove 7, so that the user pulls out the housing box to add the detergent. Specifically, the mounting member 6 is configured to hide the accommodating box in the mounting groove 7 in a manner of not shielding the bottom end nozzle of the liquid outlet structure 11 and the overflow pipe 3, so that the overflowing accommodating box or the overflowing detergent in the mounting groove 7 can flow into the washing drum. Illustratively, the mounting member 6 is a drawer snap-fitted to the housing box, and the mounting groove 7 is a sliding groove adapted to the shape of the drawer.
It should be noted that the above structural combination of the detergent box assembly is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not limit the present invention. Modifications to the disclosed embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the underlying principles of the invention to adapt it to particular applications. For example, the liquid inlet structure 21 may not include the liquid guide structure 212; under the condition that the peripheral edge of the top cover 2 is provided with an upward extending diffusion-preventing structure, the gap 5 and the drainage surface 4 are not arranged. In addition, the specific shape of any structure may be modified by those skilled in the art while satisfying the basic function of each structure. For example, the overflow pipe 3 may be a hard pipe integrally formed with the accommodation box, or a hose connected to the top cover 2 or the liquid storage box body 1. The overflow pipe 3 can be a straight pipe with an inclined arrangement, a square pipe with a rectangular cross section, a pipe body which is an arc-shaped bent pipe and the like, and can meet the requirement of guiding out the overflow detergent. The technical solution adjusted in the above manner does not deviate from the basic principle of the present invention, and therefore, the present invention will fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
To sum up, the utility model discloses a detergent box subassembly hold and be provided with overflow pipe 3 in the box. When a user pours the detergent into the accommodating box through the liquid inlet structure 21, if the poured detergent fills the accommodating box and exceeds the capacity of the accommodating box, the redundant detergent flows into the washing cavity of the washing barrel through the overflow pipe 3, so that the detergent is prevented from flowing to the outside of the detergent box assembly/washing machine to cause waste or the detergent flows along the outer surface of the accommodating box in a spreading manner to cause difficulty for the cleaning work of the user.
So far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principle of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or substitutions to the related technical features, and the technical solutions after these changes or substitutions will fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
