2. The washing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water retaining structure is a water retaining ring disposed along a circumferential direction of the inner tub, the water retaining ring being disposed above the water passing structure.

The washing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein a first mounting portion is provided on the self-balancing ring, and a second mounting portion is provided on the water retaining ring, and the first mounting portion is threadedly engaged with the second mounting portion such that the self-balancing ring and the water retaining ring are disposed on the inner tub.
4. The washing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the self-balancing ring is provided with a first reinforcing portion connected to the first mounting portion, and the water guard ring is provided with a second reinforcing portion connected to the second mounting portion.
