Referring to fig. 1, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, and fig. 12, the paper collecting and packaging device of the matching carton production line of the present invention has the working process of the arranging and stacking device 4 as follows: a plurality of groups of stacked cartons 7 are conveyed to the working area of the arranging and stacking device 4 and sequentially fall onto feeding rollers 4-11; when the stacking number of the cartons 7 reaches a set value, starting the adjusting motor 4-1, and driving the paper aligning mechanism 4-8 to move to a proper position through a lead screw nut transmission unit consisting of a lead screw and a nut moving block 4-14; then the left and right paper aligning components and the front and rear paper aligning components in the paper aligning mechanism 4-8 act to arrange and align the four sides of the carton; then a pressing cylinder 4-6 in the pressing mechanism is driven by a driving motor 4-9, a driving chain wheel and chain transmission unit 4-10 and a driven chain wheel and chain transmission unit 4-5 to move to the position above the carton; starting the pressing cylinder 4-6, extending a telescopic arm of the pressing cylinder 4-6, and pushing the pressing plate 4-7 to compact the carton 7; then the pressing mechanism, the paper aligning mechanism 4-8 and the paper box 7 on the feeding roller 4-11 synchronously move forwards to the rear end of the arranging and stacking device 4; the paper box 7 is loosened by the pressing mechanism and the paper aligning mechanism 4-8, the feeding rollers 4-11 continue to operate under the driving of the feeding motors 4-12, and the paper box 7 on the feeding rollers 4-11 enters the working area of the packing device 5; the cartons 7 are packed in the working area of the packing device 5 and then fed into the warehouse by the output device 6.

1. A paper collecting and packaging device matched with a carton production line is characterized by comprising a grouping device (1), a rotary reversing device (2), a receiving and conveying device (3), a sorting and stacking device (4), a packaging device (5) and an output device (6) which are sequentially arranged along the advancing direction of a carton; the grouping device (1) is provided with a rack (1-1), a feeding conveyer belt (1-2), a grouping and stacking mechanism and a roller feeding mechanism (1-9); the rack (1-1) is fixed on the horizontal ground; the feeding conveyer belt (1-2) is arranged at the upper part of the rack (1-1), one end of the feeding conveyer belt is butted with the discharge end of a handle machine of a carton production line, and the other end of the feeding conveyer belt is connected with a grouping and stacking mechanism; the grouping and stacking mechanism is provided with side baffles (1-4), front baffles (1-5), rear baffles (1-3), auxiliary paper delivery cylinders (1-8) and main paper delivery cylinders (1-10); the side baffle plates (1-4), the front baffle plates (1-5) and the rear baffle plates (1-3) are assembled with the rack (1-1); the auxiliary paper delivery cylinders (1-8) and the main paper delivery cylinders (1-10) are arranged in a plurality of groups, are respectively fixed on the front baffle (1-5) and the rear baffle (1-3), and are arranged in a staggered manner along the height direction, and the auxiliary paper delivery cylinders (1-8) are positioned above the main paper delivery cylinders (1-10); the roller feeding mechanisms (1-9) are arranged below the grouping and stacking mechanism, and the discharge ends of the roller feeding mechanisms are butted with the rotary reversing device (2); height drop is formed among the auxiliary paper delivery cylinders (1-8), the main paper delivery cylinders (1-10) and the feeding ends of the roller feeding mechanisms (1-9).
