After the upper cover is clamped with the box body, the belt wheel limiting flange of the box body and the belt wheel limiting flange of the upper cover can be respectively arranged in the belt releasing driving wheel limiting groove and the belt releasing auxiliary wheel limiting groove, and the radial swing range of the belt releasing wheel is limited; the belt-placing driving wheel limiting flange and the belt-placing auxiliary wheel limiting flange can be respectively arranged in the box body belt wheel limiting groove and the upper cover belt wheel limiting groove, and the radial swing range of the belt wheel can be limited.
The tape unwinding driving wheel may further comprise a tape unwinding shaft hole for the tape unwinding shaft of the printing apparatus to pass through. The bottom end of the shaft hole of the belt wheel is fixedly provided with a paramagnetic iron sheet which is magnetically attracted with the permanent magnetic steel on the shaft of the belt wheel, so that the belt wheel continues to move for a certain distance to the mounting position of the belt wheel under the attraction of magnetic force.
The tape releasing wheel can also comprise a tape releasing driving clamping groove capable of inputting the tape releasing driving force of the printing equipment, and the tape releasing driving clamping groove is connected with a driving pin of a tape releasing wheel shaft of the printing equipment so as to transmit power. In a further scheme, the tape-releasing driving clamping grooves are a plurality of clamping groove groups which are circularly and symmetrically arranged on a central shaft of the tape-releasing wheel shaft hole, each clamping groove can be clamped into a driving pin of the tape-releasing wheel shaft of the printing equipment, and the peripheries of the clamping grooves are rounded off so that the driving pin can enter the clamping grooves.
Take-up pulley
The belt-retracting wheel comprises a belt-retracting driving wheel, a belt-retracting auxiliary wheel and an optional paramagnetic iron sheet.
The tape collecting driving wheel is used for being connected with a tape collecting assembly of the printing equipment and inputting driving force. The belt-collecting driving wheel and the belt-collecting auxiliary wheel are clamped to form a belt wheel with an I-shaped shaft section, and the printed ribbon is collected and wound on the middle part of the belt-collecting wheel. The take-up drive pulley and the take-up idler may each include a pulley cuff for preventing the ink ribbon from shifting in the axial direction of the pulley.
The belt-collecting driving wheel and the belt-collecting auxiliary wheel comprise a belt-collecting driving wheel limiting groove or flange and a belt-collecting auxiliary wheel limiting groove or flange which are used for limiting the belt-collecting wheel respectively. When the take-up drive wheel includes a take-up drive wheel retaining groove, the cassette body typically includes a cassette body pulley retaining flange and the take-up idler may include a take-up idler retaining groove or flange. When the take-up drive wheel includes a take-up drive wheel limit flange, the cassette body typically includes a cassette body pulley limit groove and the take-up idler may include a take-up idler limit groove or flange. When the auxiliary take-up wheel includes a secondary take-up wheel retaining groove, the cover typically includes a cover wheel retaining flange. When the auxiliary take-up wheel includes a flange for limiting the auxiliary take-up wheel, the cover typically includes a cover wheel limiting recess. After the upper cover is clamped with the box body, the box body belt wheel limiting flange and the upper cover belt wheel limiting flange can be respectively arranged in the belt collecting driving wheel limiting groove and the belt collecting auxiliary wheel limiting groove, and the radial swing range of the belt collecting wheel is limited; the belt-collecting driving wheel limiting flange and the belt-collecting auxiliary wheel limiting flange can be respectively arranged in the box body belt wheel limiting groove and the upper cover belt wheel limiting groove, and the radial swing range of the belt-collecting wheel is limited.
The take-up drive wheel may further comprise a take-up wheel axle bore through which a take-up wheel axle of the printing apparatus passes. The bottom end of the belt-collecting wheel shaft hole is fixedly provided with a paramagnetic iron sheet which is magnetically attracted with the permanent magnet steel on the belt-collecting wheel shaft, so that the belt-collecting wheel continues to move for a certain distance to the mounting position of the belt-collecting wheel under the attraction of magnetic force.
The take-up pulley can also comprise a take-up driving clamping groove which can input the take-up driving force of the printing equipment and is connected with the driving pin of the take-up pulley shaft of the printing equipment so as to transmit power. In a further scheme, the tape take-up driving clamping grooves are a plurality of clamping groove groups which are circularly and symmetrically arranged on a central shaft of a tape take-up wheel shaft hole, each clamping groove can be clamped into a driving pin of a tape take-up wheel shaft of the printing equipment, and round corners are arranged around the clamping grooves so that the driving pin can enter the clamping grooves conveniently.
Color band
A new ribbon in the ribbon is wound on the middle part of the ribbon releasing wheel, and the new ribbon is wound to the printing head by the ribbon releasing guide rod to perform printing work; the printed ribbon is wound around the ribbon take-up guide rod and finally wound on the middle part of the ribbon take-up wheel in a long way.
Fig. 1 shows an example of a ribbon cartridge used in a ribbon type printing apparatus according to the present invention. As shown, the slide glass printing apparatus 8 has a ribbon unit that can control the take-up and take-up of the ribbon and a ribbon print head 83. The ink ribbon unit includes a payout assembly 81 and a take-up assembly 82. The structural components of the tape releasing assembly 81 and the tape collecting assembly 82 are the same. The belt releasing assembly 81 comprises a belt releasing wheel shaft 810, a positioning table 811, a limiting shaft 812, a magnetic steel 813, a magnetic steel 814 and a driving pin 815. The belt take-up assembly 82 comprises a belt take-up hub 820, a positioning table 821, a limit shaft 822, magnetic steel 823, magnetic steel 824 and a drive pin 825. The arrangement of the components of the tape feeding unit 81 is the same as the arrangement of the components of the corresponding tape rewinding unit 82, and the arrangement of the components of the tape feeding unit 81 will be described as an example. The driving force of the belt releasing component 81 is transmitted to the belt releasing shaft 810 through a gear; the belt placing wheel shaft 810 is fixed on a positioning table 811 through a bearing, and the positioning table 811 is installed on a support plate 80 of the slide printing device; the limiting shaft 812 is also fixed on the bracket plate 80; the magnetic steel 813 is used for attracting a paramagnetic iron sheet of a belt placing wheel in the ribbon cartridge to fix the mounting position of the belt placing wheel, and the magnetic steel 813 is fixed on the shaft end face of the belt placing wheel shaft 810 through a screw; magnetic steel 814 is used for attracting the paramagnetic iron sheet of the ribbon cassette to fix the mounting position of the ribbon cassette, and magnetic steel 814 is fixed on the end face of positioning table 811 by screws. The driving pin 815 is fixed on the belt releasing wheel shaft 810 by screws or glue and is used for being clamped with a belt releasing driving clamping groove of the belt releasing wheel.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the ribbon cartridge includes an upper cover 2, a cartridge body 1, an ink ribbon 5, a tape releasing roller 3, a tape collecting roller 4, a tape releasing guide 6 and a tape collecting guide 7. The box body 1 and the upper cover 2 are clamped and fixed with the tape releasing wheel 3, the tape collecting wheel 4, the tape releasing guide rod 6 and the tape collecting guide rod 7, and a new color tape arranged on the tape releasing wheel 3 is connected to the tape collecting wheel 4 by winding the tape releasing guide rod 6 and the tape collecting guide rod 7. The color tape 5 may be a commercially available carbon tape, including a wax-based carbon tape, a mixed-based carbon tape, a resin-based carbon tape, and the like, and is preferably a resin-based carbon tape having high solvent resistance.
As shown in fig. 5, the cartridge 1 includes a catching flange 100, cartridge guide recesses 101 and 102, cartridge pulley limit flanges 103 and 104, cartridge limit recesses 107 and 108, cartridge positioning recesses 105 and 106, and paramagnetic iron pieces 109 and 110. The box body guiding concave holes 101 and 102 and the box body belt wheel limiting flanges 103 and 104 are arranged in the clamping inner cavity; the box positioning concave holes 105 and 106 and the paramagnetic iron sheets 109 and 110 are arranged on the outer surface of the box 1.
The box body limiting concave holes 107 and 108 are hollow concave holes, and can be inserted into the limiting shafts 812 and 822 of the printing device respectively for installing and limiting the ribbon cartridge. The cartridge positioning concave holes 105 and 106 are hollow concave holes coaxially opposed to the positioning tables 811 and 821 of the printing apparatus for insertion positioning of the ribbon cartridge mounted on the positioning tables 811 and 821. Paramagnetic iron sheets 109 and 110 are used to magnetically attract the permanent magnet 814 and 824 of the printing device, respectively, to maintain the mounting position of the ribbon cartridge.
As shown in fig. 6, the upper cover 2 includes a snap groove 200, upper cover guide recessed holes 201 and 202, and upper cover pulley limit flanges 203 and 204. The upper cover guiding concave holes 201 and 202 and the upper cover wheel limiting flanges 203 and 204 are arranged in the clamping inner cavity.
The clamping flange 100 of the box body 1 is used for clamping with the clamping groove 200 of the cover body 2 to form an inner cavity capable of accommodating the belt releasing wheel 3, the belt receiving wheel 4, the belt releasing guide rod 6 and the belt receiving guide rod 7. The box body guiding concave holes 101 and 102 and the upper cover guiding concave holes 201 and 202 are hollow concave holes, and the box body guiding concave hole 101 and the upper cover guiding concave hole 201 are coaxially opposite and are used for inserting and fixing two shaft ends of the tape placing guide rod 6; the case body guide concave hole 102 and the upper cover guide concave hole 202 are coaxially opposite to each other for inserting and fixing both shaft ends of the tape take-up guide rod 7. The box body belt wheel limiting flanges 103 and 104 and the upper cover belt wheel limiting flanges 203 and 204 are annular flanges, the box body belt wheel limiting flange 103 and the upper cover belt wheel limiting flange 203 are coaxially opposite, the annular flange of the box body belt wheel limiting flange 103 is arranged in the belt placing driving wheel limiting groove 302, and the annular flange of the upper cover belt wheel limiting flange 203 is arranged in the belt placing auxiliary wheel limiting groove 312 so as to limit the radial positioning of the belt placing wheel 3; the box body belt wheel limiting flange 104 and the upper cover belt wheel limiting flange 204 are coaxially opposite, the annular flange of the box body belt wheel limiting flange 104 is arranged in the belt winding driving wheel limiting groove, and the annular flange of the upper cover belt wheel limiting flange 204 is arranged in the belt winding auxiliary wheel limiting groove so as to limit the radial positioning of the belt winding wheel 4.
The cassette comprises an unwind reel 3 and a take-up reel 4. The components and the arrangement of the take-up pulley 4 are the same as those of the unwind pulley 3, and the unwind pulley 3 will be described as an example. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the unreeling wheel 3 includes a unreeling driving wheel 30, a unreeling auxiliary wheel 31 and a paramagnetic iron piece 315. The belt-releasing driving wheel 30 comprises a belt wheel flanging 300, a driving belt roller 301, a belt-releasing driving wheel limiting groove 302, a connecting flange 303, a belt-releasing wheel shaft hole 304 and a belt-releasing driving clamping groove 305. The belt-releasing auxiliary wheel 31 comprises a belt wheel flanging 310, an auxiliary wheel belt roller 311, a belt-releasing auxiliary wheel limiting groove 312, a connecting concave hole 313 and an iron sheet fixing concave hole 314.
The unwind driving wheel 30 is used to connect with an unwind shaft 810 of the printing apparatus and inputs a driving force. The driving belt roller 301 of the tape feeding driving wheel 30 has a coupling flange 303, and the sub-wheel belt roller 311 of the tape feeding sub-wheel 31 has a coupling concave hole 313. The drive belt roller 301 has the same outer diameter as the sub-wheel belt roller 311. The connecting flange 303 and the connecting concave hole 313 are clamped to form a tape releasing wheel 3 with an I-shaped axial section, and a new ink ribbon is wound on the middle part of the tape releasing wheel 3. The pulley flange 300 of the payout driving wheel 30 and the pulley flange 310 of the payout auxiliary wheel 31 are provided to prevent the ink ribbon 5 from being displaced in the axial direction of the payout roller 3. The belt releasing driving wheel 30 and the belt releasing auxiliary wheel 31 comprise a belt releasing driving wheel limiting groove 302 and a belt releasing auxiliary wheel limiting groove 312 which are used for limiting the belt releasing wheel respectively. After the upper cover 2 is clamped with the box body 1, the box body belt wheel limiting flange 103 and the upper cover belt wheel limiting flange 203 can be respectively arranged in the belt-releasing driving wheel limiting groove 302 and the belt-releasing auxiliary wheel limiting groove 312, and the radial swing range of the belt-releasing wheel 3 is limited. The paramagnetic iron sheet 315 can be fixed by placing or adding glue into the iron sheet fixing concave hole 314 of the tape placing auxiliary wheel 31, and after the tape placing driving wheel 30 and the tape placing auxiliary wheel 31 are clamped, the flange end face of the connecting flange 303 presses the outer edge of the paramagnetic iron sheet 315. The unwind drive wheel 30 also includes an unwind axle aperture 304 for the unwinding axle 810 of the printing apparatus to pass through. The bottom end of the belt wheel releasing shaft hole 304 is fixedly provided with a paramagnetic iron sheet 315, and the paramagnetic iron sheet 315 and the permanent magnet steel 813 on the belt wheel releasing shaft 810 are magnetically attracted, so that the belt wheel releasing 3 continuously moves for a certain distance to the mounting position of the belt wheel releasing 3 under the attraction of the magnetic force after the box body is mounted. The tape discharge driving card slot 305 is connected to a driving pin 815 of a tape discharge shaft 810 of the printing apparatus to transmit power. The tape-releasing drive card slot 305 is a plurality of card slot groups arranged in a circular symmetry arrangement with the central axis of the tape-releasing wheel shaft hole 304, each card slot 306 can be clamped into the drive pin 815 of the tape-releasing wheel shaft of the printing device, and the periphery of the card slot 306 is rounded to facilitate the drive pin 815 to enter the card slot.
Examples
When the ribbon cartridge is installed, the tape releasing shaft hole 304 and the tape collecting shaft hole of the ribbon cartridge are approximately opposite to the tape releasing shaft 810 and the tape collecting shaft 820 of the printing device, a user slightly pushes the ribbon cartridge by hand, the ribbon cartridge releasing shaft 810 penetrates the tape releasing shaft hole 304, and the tape collecting shaft 820 penetrates the tape collecting shaft hole. After the ribbon cartridge is pushed into a certain distance, the box body limiting concave holes 107 and 108 are respectively opposite to the limiting shafts 812 and 822 on the printing equipment, the limiting shafts 812 are inserted into the box body limiting concave holes 107, and the limiting shafts 822 are inserted into the box body limiting concave holes 108, so that the mounting position of the ribbon cartridge is further limited. After the ribbon cartridge is pushed into the printing apparatus for a certain distance, the cartridge positioning concave holes 105 and 106 are coaxially opposite to the positioning tables 811 and 821 of the printing apparatus, respectively, and the positioning table 811 is inserted into the cartridge positioning concave hole 105 and the positioning table 821 is inserted into the cartridge positioning concave hole 106, so that the ribbon cartridge is limited to be pushed into the printing apparatus continuously only in the axial direction of the tape placing shaft 810. The ribbon cartridge is pushed into the box body to the end, the hole bottom surfaces of the box body positioning concave holes 105 and 106 are contacted with the end surfaces of the positioning platforms 811 and 821, and the paramagnetic iron sheets 109 and 110 on the box body 1 are respectively attracted with the permanent magnetic steels 814 and 824 of the printing equipment in a magnetic way, so that the mounting position of the ribbon cartridge at the moment is maintained; and paramagnetic iron sheets on the releasing wheel 3 and the collecting wheel 4 are also magnetically attracted with the permanent magnet steel 813 and 823 of the printing equipment, and under the attraction of the magnetic force, the releasing wheel 3 and the collecting wheel 4 continue to axially move for a certain distance to the mounting position of the wheels. At this time, the releasing wheel 3 and the retracting wheel 4 are not in contact with the box body 1 and the upper cover 2.

Claims (12)

1. A ribbon cartridge for a ribbon printing apparatus, said ribbon cartridge comprising an ink ribbon, a payout roller for releasing an ink ribbon to be used, a take-up roller for taking up a used ink ribbon, a payout guide lever for controlling a transmission path of the ink ribbon when the ink ribbon is paid out, and a take-up guide lever for controlling the transmission path of the ink ribbon when the ink ribbon is taken up, characterized in that:
the ribbon box comprises a box body and an upper cover, wherein the ribbon, the ribbon releasing wheel, the ribbon winding wheel, the ribbon releasing guide rod and the ribbon winding guide rod are accommodated in an internal cavity formed after the box body and the upper cover are assembled;
the box body is provided with a box body positioning concave hole which allows a positioning table of the printing equipment to be inserted and is used for installing and positioning the box body;
the cartridge body includes: the device comprises an upper cover, a clamping flange or a groove for clamping with the upper cover, a first box body belt wheel limiting flange or groove for limiting a belt releasing wheel, a second box body belt wheel limiting flange or groove for limiting a belt collecting wheel, a first box body guiding concave hole for fixing a belt releasing guide rod and a second box body guiding concave hole for fixing a belt collecting guide rod;
the upper cover includes: the clamping groove or the flange is used for being clamped with the box body, the first upper cover belt wheel limiting flange or groove is used for placing a belt wheel in a limiting mode, the second upper cover belt wheel limiting flange or groove is used for taking up a belt wheel in a limiting mode, the first upper cover guiding concave hole is used for fixing a belt placing guide rod, and the second upper cover guiding concave hole is used for fixing a belt taking up guide rod.
2. The ribbon cartridge of claim 1, wherein the cartridge body further comprises a cartridge body limiting recess hole for allowing a limiting shaft of the printing apparatus to be inserted therein for cartridge body installation limiting.
3. The ribbon cartridge of claim 1, wherein the cartridge body further comprises a paramagnetic iron plate for magnetically attracting the permanent magnetic steel on the printing device and maintaining the mounting position of the cartridge body.
4. The ribbon cartridge of claim 1, wherein the cartridge body further comprises a chip slot for mounting a cryptographic chip.
5. The ribbon cartridge of claim 1,
the first box belt wheel limiting flange or groove is coaxially opposite to the first upper cover belt wheel limiting flange or groove and is used for radial limiting of a belt wheel, and the second box belt wheel limiting flange or groove is coaxially opposite to the second upper cover belt wheel limiting flange or groove and is used for radial limiting of a belt take-up wheel;
the first box body guide concave hole is coaxially opposite to the first upper cover guide concave hole and is used for fixing the tape placing guide rod;
the second box body guiding concave hole is coaxially opposite to the second upper cover guiding concave hole and used for fixing the tape collecting guiding rod.
6. The ribbon cartridge of claim 1,
the tape releasing wheel comprises a tape releasing driving wheel and a tape releasing auxiliary wheel clamped on the tape releasing driving wheel, the tape releasing driving wheel is used for connecting a tape releasing component of the printing equipment and inputting driving force, the tape releasing driving wheel and the tape releasing auxiliary wheel both comprise belt wheel flanges used for preventing a color tape from deviating on a belt wheel axis, the tape releasing driving wheel and the tape releasing auxiliary wheel are clamped to form a belt wheel with an I-shaped shaft section, the color tape to be used is wound at the middle part of the tape releasing wheel, and the tape releasing driving wheel and the tape releasing auxiliary wheel respectively comprise a tape releasing driving wheel limiting groove or flange and a tape releasing auxiliary wheel limiting groove or flange used for limiting the tape releasing wheel; and
the ribbon winding device is characterized in that the ribbon winding wheel comprises a ribbon winding driving wheel and a ribbon winding auxiliary wheel clamped on the ribbon winding driving wheel, the ribbon winding driving wheel is used for being connected with a ribbon winding assembly and an input driving force of printing equipment, the ribbon winding driving wheel and the ribbon winding auxiliary wheel comprise belt wheel flanges used for preventing ribbons from deviating in the axial direction of a belt wheel, the ribbon winding driving wheel and the ribbon winding auxiliary wheel are clamped to form a belt wheel with an I-shaped axial cross section, the ribbons are wound on the middle portion of the ribbon winding wheel, and the ribbon winding driving wheel and the ribbon winding auxiliary wheel respectively comprise a ribbon winding driving wheel limiting groove or flange used for limiting the ribbon winding wheel and a ribbon winding auxiliary wheel limiting groove or flange.
7. The ribbon cartridge of claim 6, wherein the first cartridge pulley-retaining flange or groove and the first cover pulley-retaining flange or groove are configured to fit into the unwind drive wheel-retaining groove or flange and the unwind idler wheel-retaining groove or flange, respectively, and limit the radial range of motion of the unwind wheel after the cover is engaged with the cartridge body, and wherein the second cartridge pulley-retaining flange or groove and the second cover pulley-retaining flange or groove are configured to fit into the wind-up drive wheel-retaining groove or flange and the wind-up idler wheel-retaining groove or flange, respectively, and limit the radial range of motion of the wind-up wheel.
8. The ribbon cartridge of claim 6,
the belt-releasing driving wheel also comprises a belt-releasing wheel shaft hole for a belt-releasing wheel shaft of the printing equipment to pass through, the bottom end of the belt-releasing wheel shaft hole is fixedly provided with a paramagnetic iron sheet, and the paramagnetic iron sheet is magnetically attracted with permanent magnetic steel on the belt-releasing wheel shaft of the printing equipment, so that the belt-releasing wheel continues to move for a certain distance to the belt-releasing wheel mounting position under the attraction of magnetic force; and/or
The belt-collecting driving wheel also comprises a belt-collecting wheel shaft hole for a belt-collecting wheel shaft of the printing equipment to pass through, a paramagnetic iron sheet is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the belt-collecting wheel shaft hole and is used for magnetically absorbing with permanent magnet steel on the belt-collecting wheel shaft of the printing equipment, so that the belt-collecting wheel continues to move for a certain distance to the mounting position of the belt-collecting wheel under the attraction of magnetic force.
9. The ribbon cartridge of claim 8,
the tape releasing wheel also comprises a tape releasing driving clamping groove used for inputting the tape releasing driving force of the printing equipment, and the tape releasing driving clamping groove is connected with a driving pin of a tape releasing wheel shaft of the printing equipment so as to transmit power; and/or
The take-up pulley also comprises a take-up driving clamping groove used for inputting the take-up driving force of the printing equipment, and the take-up driving clamping groove is connected with a driving pin of a take-up pulley shaft of the printing equipment so as to transmit power.
10. The ribbon cartridge of claim 9,

The tape take-up driving clamping grooves are a plurality of clamping groove groups which are arranged in a circular symmetry mode through a central shaft of a tape take-up wheel shaft hole, each clamping groove can be used for clamping a driving pin of a tape take-up wheel shaft of the printing equipment, and the peripheries of the clamping grooves are rounded corners so that the driving pin can enter the clamping grooves.
11. The ribbon cartridge as in claim 1, wherein the standby ribbon of the ribbon is wound around a middle portion of a payout roller, the standby ribbon being routed around the payout guide to the printhead; the used ribbon of the ribbon is wound around the ribbon take-up guide rod and is finally wound in the middle of the ribbon take-up wheel.

A ribbon cartridge for a ribbon printing device, the ribbon cartridge comprises a ribbon, a releasing wheel for releasing a standby ribbon, a receiving wheel for receiving a used ribbon, a releasing guide rod for controlling a ribbon transmission path during releasing and a receiving guide rod for controlling the ribbon transmission path during receiving, and the ribbon cartridge is characterized by comprising a cartridge body and an upper cover, wherein the ribbon, the releasing wheel, the receiving wheel, the releasing guide rod and the receiving guide rod are accommodated in an internal cavity formed after the cartridge body and the upper cover are clamped;
