Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an adsorption jig 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used for fixing a glass plate or a plate-shaped workpiece made of other materials. The adsorption jig 100 includes a base plate 20, an adsorption panel 30 disposed on an upper side of the base plate 20, and a joint assembly 40 connected to the base plate 20; the bottom plate 20 is provided with a first air duct 21; the adsorption panel 30 comprises a main plate body 31 attached to the upper side of the bottom plate 20, a first U-shaped boss 32 arranged on the upper side of the main plate body 31, and a second U-shaped boss 33 arranged on the upper side of the main plate body 31; the openings of the first U-shaped boss 32 and the second U-shaped boss 33 are opposite; the adsorption jig 100 is provided with a first vent groove 311 between the bottom plate 20 and the main plate body 31; the joint assembly 40 comprises a first pneumatic joint 41, and the first pneumatic joint 41 is communicated to a first ventilation groove 311 through a first air channel 21; the first U-shaped boss 32 is provided with a plurality of first adsorption holes 321 communicated with the first vent grooves 311; the first adsorption holes 321 are distributed along the surface of the first U-shaped boss 32; the second U-shaped boss 33 is provided with a plurality of second adsorption holes 331 communicated with the first vent grooves 311; the second suction holes 331 are distributed along the surface of the second U-shaped boss 33.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in one embodiment, the adsorption jig 100 further has a second air channel 312 between the bottom plate 20 and the main plate 31; the adsorption panel 30 further includes a boss 34 provided in the middle of the main plate body 31; the convex cylinder 34 is provided with a plurality of third adsorption holes 341 communicated with the second vent grooves 312; specifically, the bottom plate 20 is further provided with a second air passage 22, the joint assembly 40 further comprises a second pneumatic joint 42, and the second pneumatic joint 42 is communicated to the second air passage groove 312 through the second air passage 22; thereby providing adsorption and support for the middle part of the glass plate and avoiding the glass plate from being damaged due to the middle part being pressed; in other embodiments, the first air passage 21 may be communicated to the second air passage groove 312 without considering the requirement of balancing the adsorption force.
In one embodiment, the absorption clamp 100 further includes a first stopper 50 detachably mounted on the first U-shaped boss 32 or the second U-shaped boss 33; a convex pin 52 extends from the lower side of the first limiting block 50; the first U-shaped boss 32 or the second U-shaped boss 33 is provided with a pin hole, and the first limiting block 50 is detachably mounted on the first U-shaped boss 32 or the second U-shaped boss 33 through the matching between the convex pin 52 and the pin hole; thereby facilitating accurate positioning of the glass sheet.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, in one embodiment, a guiding inclined surface 51 is disposed on one side of the first stopper 50 near the middle of the main plate 31; the guiding inclined surface 51 is obliquely arranged relative to the surface of the first U-shaped boss 32 or the second U-shaped boss 33; when the glass plate is placed in the adsorption jig 100, if the glass plate has a small angle or position deviation, the guiding inclined surface 51 can generate a fine adjustment effect on the glass plate, so that the glass plate accurately falls into the bottom side of the first limiting block 50 and abuts against the surface of the first U-shaped boss 32 or the second U-shaped boss 33 at an accurate angle.
