A hand warmer, comprising: the temperature control device comprises a finger ring buckle, a metal surface cover, a metal bottom cover, an inner supporting surface cover, a middle frame, an inner supporting bottom cover, an annular first temperature-raising film, an annular second temperature-raising film, a first heat-insulating layer, a second heat-insulating layer, a first temperature-control switch, a second temperature-control switch and a rechargeable battery; wherein the ring buckle is connected to the metal surface cover; the metal surface cover, the middle frame and the metal bottom cover are connected to form an inner accommodating space; the inner supporting surface cover, the inner supporting bottom cover, the first heating film, the second heating film, the first heat insulation layer and the second heat insulation layer are accommodated in the accommodating space; the first heat insulation layer and the second heating film are sequentially and respectively arranged between the inner supporting surface cover and the metal surface cover; the second heat insulation layer and the second heating film are sequentially and respectively arranged between the inner support bottom cover and the metal bottom cover; the first warming film is tightly attached to the inner wall of the metal surface cover; the second temperature-raising film is tightly attached to the inner wall of the metal bottom cover; the first temperature-raising film is electrically connected with the battery through the first temperature control switch; the second temperature-raising film is electrically connected with the battery through the second temperature control switch; the inner supporting surface cover is sequentially connected with the middle frame and the inner supporting bottom cover to form a containing cavity, and the battery is arranged in the containing cavity.
2. The hand warmer of claim 1, wherein the first and second insulating layers are both insulating cotton layers.

The hand warmer of claim 1 or 2, wherein the area of the first thermal insulation layer is larger than that of the first warming film, and when the first thermal insulation layer and the first warming film are both installed, the first thermal insulation layer covers the first warming film completely;
the area of the second heat insulation layer is larger than that of the second warming film, and when the second heat insulation layer and the second warming film are installed completely, the second heat insulation layer covers the second warming film completely.
4. The hand warmer of claim 1, wherein the finger ring buckle is a silicone buckle.
5. The hand warmer of claim 1 or 4, wherein the finger ring buckle comprises a fixing portion fixedly connected with the metal cover, and a buckle ring connected with the fixing portion;
the fixing part is in a block shape, and the metal surface cover is provided with a fixing connecting hole; the area of the fixing connecting hole is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the fixing part, and the finger ring buckle penetrates through the fixing connecting hole from the inner side of the metal surface cover through the retaining ring until the fixing part is tightly attached to the inner wall of the metal surface cover, so that the finger ring buckle is connected with the metal surface cover.
6. The hand warmer of claim 5, wherein said retainer is integrally formed with said buckle.

The hand warmer of claim 1, wherein the inner bottom cover is provided with a plurality of support posts and a plurality of fasteners; the inner supporting surface cover is provided with a plurality of supporting points and clamping hooks; the supporting point is matched with the supporting column, the buckle is matched with the clamping hook, so that the supporting column penetrates through the middle frame until clinging to the supporting point, and the inner support bottom cover is fixedly connected with the middle frame and the inner support surface cover in a mode that the buckle and the clamping hook are fixed.
8. The hand warmer of claim 1, wherein a control panel is further disposed in the accommodating chamber; the control panel is connected with the first temperature control switch, the second temperature control switch and the battery.
9. The hand warmer of claim 8, wherein the control panel is secured to the center frame, the control panel having a charging port disposed thereon.
10. The hand warmer of claim 9, further comprising: a silica gel plug; the silica gel plug is matched with the charging port and used for shielding and sealing the charging port.
