1. A sterilizing shelf for toilet articles comprises a base; more than one hanging part for placing the washing cup and the toothbrush is arranged on the base; the method is characterized in that:
ultraviolet lamps are arranged on the hanging parts or the positions, corresponding to the hanging parts, on the base;
when the washing cup and the toothbrush are placed on the hanging part, the brush head of the toothbrush and the ultraviolet lamp are positioned in the washing cup;
the ultraviolet lamp also comprises a trigger used for controlling the ultraviolet lamp to be switched on and off.
2. The bactericidal toiletry rack according to claim 1, wherein: when the washing cup is placed on the hanging part, the trigger receives a signal, and the ultraviolet lamp at the corresponding position works.

the choke valve comprises a valve plate, a driving plate and a pressing part, wherein the valve plate is connected in a sliding groove of the valve plate in a sliding mode, the driving plate is positioned in the mounting cavity and drives the valve plate to slide, and the pressing part is fixedly connected with the driving plate and is connected to the extending part in a longitudinal sliding mode; the upper part of the pressing part is positioned above the extending part;
when the pressing part is positioned at the upper limit position, the valve plate is positioned in the air inlet channel, and airflow generated by the fan cannot enter the air outlet channel;
when the pressing part is positioned at the lower limit position, the valve plate and the air inlet channel are mutually staggered, and air flow generated by the fan is blown into the washing cup through the air outlet channel;
