4. An improved lid assembly for a cooking utensil as claimed in claim 3 wherein said button housing has a push portion that mates with a second push surface.

An improved lid assembly for a cooking utensil as claimed in claim 4 wherein said movement space is defined between a first pushing surface and a second pushing surface of said slide latch, said button housing normally passing through said body and said pushing portion abutting an inner wall of said movement space.
6. An improved head cover assembly for a cooking utensil as claimed in claim 1 wherein the body has an assembly cavity for locking the bracket assembly, and when the sliding lock slides the locking bracket assembly, an escape gap is provided between the bracket assembly and the assembly cavity.
7. An improved head cover assembly for a cooking utensil as claimed in claim 6 wherein the bracket assembly includes a base and mounting and pushing sides disposed on either side of the base, the pushing side forming a receiving channel with the base at a location adjacent the base for partial receipt of the top of the slide latch after the head cover is assembled.

An improved head cover assembly for a cooking appliance as claimed in claim 7 further comprising an auxiliary portion disposed on the mounting side, wherein a side of the auxiliary portion remote from the mounting side forms an auxiliary surface for assisting the pushing side to push the slide latch to realize the slide latch slide lock bracket assembly.
9. An improved head cover assembly for a cooking utensil as claimed in claim 8 wherein the outer surface of said secondary portion is a circular arc.

A cooking appliance comprising the head cover assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 and an outer shell cover having an inner shell for placing an inner pan and an upper end surface on the outside of the inner shell, the upper end surface being provided with a protruding part for fitting with the head cover assembly;
when the cover plate is assembled on the body through the assembly component, the head cover component and the shell cover are assembled through the resisting part, when the cover plate is disassembled, the sliding lock catch is resisted with the body and the resisting part, and a gap is reserved between the body and the shell cover.
