Abstract

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a hair care apparatus. The hair care device (1) comprises a body (10), a panoramic lens (14) and a care element. The panoramic lens (14) is disposed on the body (10) and is configured to capture images of hair of a user holding the hair care device. The treatment element is disposed within the body (10) and is configured to perform an operation on the hair at least by means of a power controlled based on a state of the hair, the state being detected from the image captured by the panoramic lens (14). According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a hair care device may adjust its operating parameters according to the hair state to dynamically implement smart care operations.

Technical Field
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate generally to the field of personal care, and more particularly to a hair care device.
Background
People often use hair care devices such as hair curlers, hair dryers, and the like to manage hair. With the aid of these hair care appliances, one can perform operations such as curling, blow drying or styling of hair.
In some known hair care devices, a part of the body of the user, e.g. hair, face, may be detected, so that the hair care device is dynamically controlled in accordance with the condition of these body parts of the user, in order to enable a real-time or personalized hair care operation. Such detection is typically achieved by means of acquiring images of the body of the user.
There have been various schemes for acquiring image information of a body part of a user. For example, US 6021542B1 discloses a multimedia system for incorporation with a consumer product, wherein the system comprises a digital camera configured to encode digital images and digital video on the upper half of the body of the consumer product. However, the field of view of such cameras is limited. Further, since the position where it is disposed is easily blocked by the hair, the amount of information of the acquired image is greatly limited.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a hair care device intended to be able to capture at least panoramic information of a body part of a user and to utilize such information to control the operation of the hair care device accordingly.
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a hair care apparatus. The hair care device comprises a body; a panoramic lens disposed on the body and configured to capture an image of hair of a user holding the hair care device; and a care element disposed within the body and configured to perform an operation on the hair by means of at least a power controlled based on a state of the hair, the state being detected from the image captured by the panoramic lens.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a panoramic image of the user's hair may be acquired, thereby acquiring a care status of the user's hair by means of the panoramic image. In this way, the hair care device can adjust its operating parameters according to the state to dynamically implement the smart care operation.
In some embodiments, the treatment element comprises a heating device configured to heat air flowing through the body to generate heated air; and the body comprising an air inlet and an air outlet disposed on the body, wherein the air enters the body through the air inlet and the heated air exits the body through the air outlet; and wherein the panoramic lens is disposed adjacent to the air outlet. In this way, in case the hair care device is a hair dryer, the power of the hair dryer can be adjusted according to the hair state acquired by means of the panoramic lens to improve the drying condition of the user's hair in real time.
In some embodiments, the body comprises a first jaw and a second jaw connected to each other via a hinge; and the care element comprises: a first heater disposed within the first jaw and configured to heat at least a portion of a surface of the first jaw; and a second heater disposed within the second jaw and configured to heat at least a portion of a surface of the second jaw.
In some embodiments, the first jaw is rod-shaped and includes first and second ends opposite to each other; the second jaw is rod-shaped and comprises a first end and a second end opposite to each other; and wherein the first end of the first jaw and the first end of the second jaw are connected to each other via the hinge, and wherein the panoramic lens is disposed on at least one of the second end of the first jaw and the second end of the second jaw. In this way, in case the hair care device is a straightener, the power of the straightener can be adjusted depending on the hair state acquired by means of the panoramic lens to improve the straightening condition of the user's hair in real time.
In some embodiments, the hair care device comprises a curl attachment, a first end of the curl attachment being attached to the body; and wherein the treatment element comprises a heating component disposed within the curl attachment to generate heat for a surface of the curl attachment; and wherein the panoramic lens is attached to a second end of the curl attachment opposite the first end. In this way, in case the hair care device is a hair styler, the power of the hair styler may be adjusted in accordance with the hair state acquired by means of the panoramic lens to improve the styling status of the user's hair in real time.
In some embodiments, the body includes a brush head disposed therein; the treatment element comprises an ionizer adapted to generate ions onto the hair of the user; and the panoramic lens is disposed on the brush head. In this way, in case the hair care apparatus is an ion comb, the power of the ion comb may be adjusted according to the hair state acquired by means of the panoramic lens to improve the smoothness of the user's hair in real time.
In some embodiments, the hair care device further comprises a processor disposed within the body, the processor adapted to detect the state of the hair based on the image captured by the panoramic lens. In this way, a dynamic adjustment of the device according to the state of the hair can be achieved by a processor built into the hair care device.
In some embodiments, the hair care device further comprises a cover for the panoramic lens, the cover being dome-shaped. In this way, the panoramic lens can be protected from external objects.
In some embodiments, the cover is made of a waterproof material. In this way, the cover can prevent moisture on the hair from making the panoramic lens blurred, thereby ensuring the accuracy of image acquisition.
In some embodiments, the hair care device further comprises a handle coupled to the body. In this way, the hair care device may be held more firmly by the user.

Detailed Description
The principles of the present disclosure will now be described with reference to various exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It should be understood that these examples are described merely to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and further implement the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure in any way. It should be noted that where feasible, similar or identical reference numerals may be used in the figures and that similar or identical reference numerals may indicate similar or identical functions. One skilled in the art will readily recognize from the following description that alternative embodiments of the structures and methods illustrated herein may be employed without departing from the principles of the disclosure described herein.
First exemplary embodiment
Fig. 1 to 3 show a first exemplary embodiment of a hair care device 1. As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the hair care apparatus 1 is a hair dryer 1'.
The hair dryer 1' generally comprises a main body 10, a panoramic lens 14 and a nursing member. As shown, a panoramic lens 14 is provided on the main body 10 and is configured to capture an image of the hair of a user holding the hair dryer 1'. Further, the treatment element is provided within the main body 10 and is configured to perform an operation on the hair by means of at least power controlled based on a state of the hair, which is detected from an image captured by the panoramic lens 14.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a panoramic view of a user's hair may be obtained. In this way, the hair dryer 1 'can detect the condition of the hair via the information obtained from the panoramic view, and in turn control the operation of the hair dryer 1' in order to achieve a good care effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the treatment element may include a heating device 13. The heating device 13 is configured to heat air flowing through the main body 10 to generate heated air. The main body 10 further includes an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 provided on the main body 10. Air enters the main body 10 through the air inlet 11, and heated air exits the main body 10 through the air outlet 12. As shown, the panoramic lens 14 is disposed adjacent to the air outlet 12.
In this way, the power of the blower 1 'can be controlled to effect the regulation of the temperature of the heated air leaving the body 10, according to the state of the user's hair captured by the panoramic lens 14. For example, if it is detected that the user has too many hairs with water droplets, i.e. the hairs are too damp, drying of the hairs may be accelerated by increasing the power of the blower 1' to increase the speed or temperature at which the heated air leaves the air outlet 12.
In some embodiments, the number of hairs may be determined by the proportion of the area of the detected hairs in the captured image. In some embodiments, the hair and the water drop on the hair can be distinguished according to the difference of the reflection degree of the water drop on the hair and the hair, and the dryness degree of the hair can be determined by the proportion of the water drop on the hair in the image.
It should be understood that some of the image recognition methods listed herein are merely illustrative and not restrictive. Any suitable method known or developed in the future may be employed to acquire information in the hair image.
As shown in FIG. 1, in some embodiments, panoramic lens 14 may be positioned proximate to air outlet 12. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the panoramic lens 14 may be disposed on a side adjacent to the air outlet 12. In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, the panoramic lens 14 may be disposed at a corner of a side where the air outlet 12 is located and an adjacent side. It should be understood that the position of the panoramic lens 14 shown in the figures is illustrative and not limiting. The panoramic lens 14 may be positioned elsewhere on the hair dryer 1 'as long as the specific location allows the panoramic lens 14 to view the hair of the user without interfering with the normal operation of the hair dryer 1'.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the blower 1' may further include a handle 15 coupled to the body 10. The handle 15 may allow the user to more firmly grip the hair dryer 1'.
In some embodiments, in addition to the operation of the hair dryer 1', the user himself may take appropriate action on the hair to achieve better care based on the captured image. For example, if the captured image reflects that the hair is still too moist, i.e. the proportion of water droplets on the hair in the whole image is large, the user may flick the hair to increase the gap between the hairs. In this way, the contact area between the hot air of the hair dryer 1' and the hair can be increased, thereby accelerating the drying of the hair.
Second exemplary embodiment
Fig. 4 to 5 show a second exemplary embodiment of a hair care device 1. As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the hair care device 1 is a straightener 1 ".
As shown, in some embodiments, the straightener 1 "may comprise a first jaw 31 and a second jaw 32. The first jaw 31 and the second jaw 32 are connected to each other via a hinge 30. As shown, the treatment element of the straightener 1 "comprises a first heater 33 and a second heater 34, wherein the first heater 33 is arranged within the first jaw 31 and is configured to heat at least a part of the surface of the first jaw 31 and the second heater 34 is arranged within the second jaw 32 and is configured to heat at least a part of the surface of the second jaw 32.
In some embodiments, the first jaw 31 may be rod-shaped and include a first end 35 and a second end 36 opposite to each other. The second jaw 32 may be rod-shaped and include a first end 37 and a second end 38 opposite each other. As shown, the first end 35 of the first jaw 31 and the first end 37 of the second jaw 32 are connected to each other via a hinge 30. The panoramic lens 14 is disposed on at least one of the second end 36 of the first jaw 31 and the second end 38 of the second jaw 32.
As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the panoramic lens 14 may be disposed in the middle of the first jaw 31, for example, adjacent to the first heater 33. It should be understood that the position of the panoramic lens 14 shown in the figures is illustrative and not limiting. The panoramic lens 14 may be positioned elsewhere on the straightener 1 ", for example in the middle of the second jaw 32, adjacent to the second heater 34, as long as the specific position is such that the panoramic lens 14 can view the hair of the user and does not affect the normal operation of the straightener 1".
By means of the image detected by the panoramic lens 14 of the straightener 1 ", the operating parameters of the straightener 1" can be adjusted depending on the state of the hairs in the image. For example, if the number of curly hairs is detected above a threshold value, the power of the straightener 1 "may be increased accordingly to change the power of the heater in the first jaw 31 or the second jaw 32. Third exemplary embodiment
Fig. 6 shows a third exemplary embodiment of a hair care device 1. As shown, in the present embodiment, the hair care device 1 is a hair styler 1 "'.
As shown, in some embodiments, the hair styler 1 "' may comprise a curl attachment 42. The crimp attachment 42 includes a first end 43 and a second end 44 opposite each other. The first end 43 is attached to the body 10. The hair styling element of hair styler 1 "' comprises a heating component 46 arranged within the curl attachment 42. Heating component 46 is adapted to generate heat for the surface of curl attachment 42. As shown, the panoramic lens 14 may be attached to the second end 44 of the curl attachment 42.
In this way, the placement of the panoramic lens 14 on the second end 44 of the curl attachment 42 can avoid occlusion of the panoramic lens 14 by hair becoming entangled on the curl attachment 42 to ensure proper operation of the panoramic lens 14.
It should be understood that the positions of the panoramic lens 14 shown in the figures are illustrative and not limiting of the embodiments of the present disclosure. The panoramic lens 14 may be positioned at other locations of the hair styler 1 "', such as in the middle of the curl attachment 42, adjacent to the heating member 46, as long as the specific location may enable the panoramic lens 14 to view the user's hair and not affect the normal operation of the hair styler 1" '.
In some embodiments, the power of the hair styler 1 "' may be adjusted to achieve a better treatment depending on the state of the hair detected by the panoramic lens 14. For example, if a denser hair is detected, the power of the hair styler 1 '"may be increased, thereby generating more heat, or the hair styler 1'" may be operated for a longer time, thereby giving the hair a longer treatment. In this way, a hair relaxing effect can be achieved.
Fourth exemplary embodiment
Fig. 7 to 8 show a fourth exemplary embodiment of a hair care device 1. As shown in the figure, in the present embodiment, the hair care device 1 is an ion comb 1'.
As shown, in some embodiments, an ionic hair comb 1 "" may include a brush head 22 disposed in the body 10. The treatment element may comprise an ionizer and the ionizer is adapted to generate ions onto the hair of the user.

It should be understood that the position of the panoramic lens 14 shown in the figures is illustrative and not limiting. The panoramic lens 14 can be placed at other locations on the ionic hair comb 1', such as on other sides of the brush head 22, as long as the particular location allows the panoramic lens 14 to view the user's hair without affecting the normal operation of the ionic hair comb 1 '.
In some embodiments, the ionizer can generate negative ions that can improve the degree of compliance of the hair. In some embodiments, the power of the ionizer may be adjusted based on the state of the hair detected by the panoramic lens 14 of the ion comb 1 "", for example, the number of hair knots in the image is above a certain threshold. The degree of compliance of the hair is improved, for example, by increasing the number of ions emitted to mitigate or even eliminate repulsion between hairs due to static electricity.

In some embodiments, the hair care device 1 may further comprise a processor 16. A processor 16 may be provided within the handle 15 and adapted to detect the state of the hair based on the images captured by the panoramic lens 14. In some embodiments, the cover may be made of a waterproof material. The water repellent material may be any of a variety of conventional materials containing a hydrophobic agent, such as glass containing PTFE material, and the like. The cover made of a waterproof material can prevent moisture from being condensed and remaining on the cover, thereby making the image photographed by the panoramic lens 14 clearer. The range of applicability of the hair care apparatus 1 is enlarged because the waterproof property of the cover can prevent the influence of moisture on the panoramic lens 14.
In some embodiments, the panoramic lens 14 may have a 360 degree field of view. In this way, an overall view of the user's face and hair may be obtained. The numerical values set forth herein are exemplary only and not limiting. This value can be modified according to different usage requirements.

a treatment element disposed within the body (10) and configured to perform an operation on the hair at least by means of a power controlled based on a state of the hair, the state being detected from the image captured by the panoramic lens (14).
2. A hair care device as set forth in claim 1,
the treatment element comprises a heating device (13), the heating device (13) being configured to heat air flowing through the body (10) to generate heated air; and
the main body (10) comprising an air inlet (11) and an air outlet (12) provided on the main body (10), wherein the air enters the main body (10) through the air inlet (11) and the heated air exits the main body (10) through the air outlet (12); and is

10. A hair care device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by further comprising a handle (15) coupled to the body (10).
