Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a motor field. Particularly, the utility model relates to a vehicle motor system.
Background
A conventional motor system is known, which comprises a motor and a motor gear box assembly, which are assembled together, wherein the respective motor housing and motor gear box housing are connected by means of a connecting screw. The motor system also includes a socket that is connected to a power source via a cable to provide power to the motor.
Other components of the motor (e.g., the armature, commutator, and motor shaft, etc.) are assembled in the motor housing. The motor and the motor gear box component form a motor system together.
The motor system of the above-described conventional configuration is used for a vehicle window regulator, for example. Due to the use of screws for positioning the motor housing and the motor gearbox housing with respect to each other, after connecting the motor housing and the motor gearbox housing by means of the connecting screws, the centers of the two components are always not well aligned, i.e. less concentric, which results in a degraded performance and/or poor acoustic performance of the motor system.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved vehicle motor system having stable performance and better acoustic performance. Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle motor system that can be easily assembled on a production line. It is yet another object of the present invention to provide a vehicle motor system that is inexpensive to manufacture.
The concept of the present invention is to replace the connecting screws with positioning posts to position the motor housing and the motor gearbox housing relative to each other and to connect the two components together. Therefore, the utility model provides a motor gear case subassembly, it includes the motor gear case casing, serves at the motor gear case casing and serves with motor casing and be provided with the location stand, and it is joined in corresponding locating hole on motor casing's the corresponding end. Of course, the positioning posts may also be provided on the end of the motor housing connected to the motor gear box housing that engage corresponding positioning holes on the corresponding end of the motor gear box housing.
According to the embodiment, the number of the positioning posts is 2, which are arranged in the diagonal direction.
Preferably, the positioning stud comprises a cylindrical body and a tapered end. With this arrangement, it is convenient for the motor gear case housing and the motor housing to be connected to each other.
According to an embodiment, a plurality of ribs are provided on the outer circumference side of the positioning stud, preferably on the cylindrical body. The ribs function as an interference fit with corresponding holes in the motor housing. With this arrangement, it is facilitated to concentrically locate the motor gearbox housing and the motor housing with respect to one another. Preferably, the ribs are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction. It is also preferred that the ribs are formed integrally with the locating studs.
According to an embodiment, the motor gearbox housing is provided with a groove around the positioning column at the end where the positioning column is provided. With this arrangement, it is possible to store debris falling from the ribs when the motor gear case housing and the motor housing are connected to each other, avoiding deterioration of the motor system performance and noise problems.
According to an embodiment, the positioning stud has an axial hole. With this arrangement, it is convenient to manufacture the positioning column.
According to the utility model discloses a second aspect provides a motor system, including motor and foretell motor gear case subassembly, the motor assembles together with the motor gear case subassembly, and wherein the motor includes motor casing, and the motor gear case subassembly includes the motor gear case casing. In the two shells of the motor shell and the motor gear box shell, one end of one shell connected with the other shell is provided with a positioning upright post which is in interference fit with the other shell.
According to an embodiment, the positioning studs engage into corresponding positioning holes on the corresponding end of the further housing.
According to the utility model discloses a motor system has following advantage: because the concentricity is high, the one-time qualification rate of products is improved, the assembly process period is reduced, and the motor system has stable performance and better acoustic performance. Moreover, because the positioning upright posts are adopted to replace screws, the connecting process is simplified (the positioning upright posts can be used for connecting once, and 2 connecting screws are used for connecting by screwing twice), and the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Other features and advantages of the present invention will be apparent from the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings.
Drawings
In the drawings, embodiments of the invention are shown in simplified form for the sake of clarity. Like reference numerals refer to like parts throughout the drawings.
The figures show:
fig. 1 is a schematic bottom view of a motor gearbox assembly of an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic front view of a motor gear box assembly of an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a partially enlarged view of the bottom in fig. 2.
Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1-3.
For ease of description, the following description refers to the orientations shown in the figures. It will be appreciated that the actual orientation may vary from that shown in the figures.
Fig. 1 and 2 show a motor-gearbox assembly 1 comprising a motor-gearbox housing 10, on the lower end of which motor-gearbox housing 10, i.e. the end connected to the motor housing, 2 positioning uprights 11 are provided, which are arranged diagonally.
Fig. 3 shows an enlarged detail of a portion of the lower end of the motor-gearbox housing 10. As shown in the figure, the positioning column 11 is provided on the outer peripheral side with a plurality of ribs 11a evenly distributed in the circumferential direction and has axial through holes 11 b. The rib 11a is arranged on the cylindrical body 11c of the positioning post 11. The positioning stud 11 also has a tapered end 11 d. The purpose of the ribs 11c is to facilitate an interference fit with the motor housing, such as engagement in corresponding apertures, so that the motor gearbox housing and the motor housing are concentrically positioned with respect to one another. In this example, the rib 11a is formed integrally with the positioning pillar 11, but may be provided separately.
Fig. 3 also shows that a groove 12 is provided around the positioning stud 11. The grooves 12 can contain debris that falls off the ribs 11c when the motor gear case housing and the motor housing are connected to each other, avoiding deterioration of the motor system and noise problems.
The motor housing may be interference fit with the motor gearbox housing 10 by locating studs 11.
In the above embodiments, the motor gearbox housing is provided with locating studs which, when assembled, engage into corresponding locating holes on the corresponding end of the motor housing. It is conceivable that positioning studs are also provided on the motor housing, which engage in corresponding positioning holes on the corresponding end of the motor gearbox housing during assembly.
The motor may also include components such as a brush plate assembly, an armature, a commutator, and a motor shaft, and the motor gearbox assembly may also include components such as a gear set, an output shaft, and the like. These components are not part of the present invention and their construction and assembly relationship with the remaining components of the motor gearbox assembly are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
In some cases, the features disclosed in the present invention may be used independently of other features. On the other hand, when necessary, the features disclosed in the present invention may be combined to provide various combinations.
The embodiments discussed in the detailed description and illustrated in the figures are merely illustrative exemplary embodiments.
