Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, an aspect of the embodiment of the present invention relates to a refrigerator 10, including: a first connecting member 12 including a first surface 14, a support portion 16 on the first surface 14, and a shaft portion 18 connected to the support portion 16; and a second coupling member 20 including a body portion 22 and a hook portion 24 extending from the body portion 22 toward the first surface 14, the body portion 22 including an end portion 26 opposite the first surface 14, the hook portion 24 including a curved portion 28 engageable with the shaft portion 18 and a tongue portion 30 extending toward the body portion 22.
The tongue 30 and the end 26 of the refrigerator 10 may help secure the connection between the first connecting member 12 and the second connecting member 20, prevent the shaft 18 and the hook 24 from being disengaged from each other during transportation and/or when external force is applied, prevent the refrigerator components coupled by the first connecting member 12 and the second connecting member 20 from being uncoupled, and reduce or eliminate the performance of the refrigerator that may be affected thereby.
When the bent portion 28 is engaged with the shaft portion 18, the second connection member 20 can suspend the first connection member 12, the hook portion 24 can be spaced apart from the first surface 14 and not contact with each other, and the second connection member 20 and the first connection member 12 can rotate relative to each other about the shaft portion 18.
The tongue 30 may extend vertically upward from the end of the bend 28. The shape, configuration, and size of the tongue 30 can be adjusted as desired. In some embodiments, the tongue 30 is smaller in size than the bend 28. The tongue 30, which is smaller relative to the bend 28, can be more resilient and deform more. In some embodiments, tongue 30 has a thickness less than that of bend 28. In some embodiments, referring also to FIG. 2, the tongue 30 has a width less than the width of the bend 28.
The body portion 22 may be square. Hook portion 24 may extend downwardly from a side 58 of body portion 22. End 26 may be the lower end of the other side 60 of body 22 opposite side 58 where hook 24 is located.
Referring also to fig. 3, the relative position of the first and second connection components 12, 20 may change, for example, when an external force is applied and/or the connection needs to be released, the shaft portion 18 may move away from the bend 28, approach the body portion 22, and enter between the two sides 58, 60 of the frame of the body portion 22, and the hook portion 24 may contact the first surface 14.
In some embodiments, the vertical distance D1 between the tongue 30 and the end 26 when the hook 24 is in abutment with the first surface 14 is less than the diameter D2 of the shaft portion 18. In this way, the coupling between the shaft portion 18 and the hook portion 24 is not easily released when not needed. When it is necessary to release the engagement between the first and second connection members 12 and 20, the distance between the tongue 30 and the end 26 can be increased by the outward and downward elastic deformation of the tongue 30 to release the shaft 18.
As shown in fig. 4-6, in some embodiments, the body portion 22 includes a spring 32 extending toward the hook 24, and a horizontal distance D3 between the tongue 30 and the spring 32 is less than a horizontal distance D4 between the tongue 30 and the end 26 when the hook 24 abuts the first surface 14. In this manner, the tongue 30 and the spring plate 32 can help prevent the shaft 18 from being disengaged from the hook 24 in the horizontal direction. The spring 32 may extend horizontally from the end 26 to the hook 24.
In some embodiments, the spring tab 32 includes a vertically extending stop 34. A stop 34 may be located at an end of spring 32 distal from end 26 and proximal to hook 24, and may extend in a direction away from tongue 30 to help prevent shaft 18 from disengaging hook 24 in a vertical direction.
The spring plate 32 is elastically deformed to release the shaft portion 18. In some embodiments, the spring plate 32 includes an operating portion 36 facing the first surface 14. When it is necessary to release the engagement between the shaft portion 18 and the hook portion 24, the elastic piece 32 is deformed and moved away from the first surface 14 by applying a force to the operation portion 36 with a tool (not shown), so that the shaft portion 18 is released from the engagement with the hook portion 24, and the engagement between the first connection member 12 and the second connection member 20 is released. The operating portion 36 may be a recess or the like that opens toward the first surface 14.
The first and second coupling members 12, 20 may be used to couple various components of the refrigerator 10, such as components that may be pivotable relative to each other in a drawer assembly 50 of the refrigerator 10 shown in fig. 7 and 8. In some embodiments, the refrigerator 10 includes a moisturizing cover 38 including the first connecting member 12 and a frame 40 including the second connecting member 20. The moisturizing cover 38 may be connected to the frame 40 by the first and second connection members 12 and 20. There may be two or more first connecting members 12 and corresponding second connecting members 20 to connect one end of the moisturizing cover 38 with the frame 40.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator 10 includes a partition 42, and a third coupling member 44 coupling the moisturizing cover 38 and the partition 42. The partition 42 may help keep the drawer assembly 50 warm.
The third connecting member 44 may connect the moisturizing cap 38 and the partition 42 by any suitable means. The third connecting member 44 is connected to the other end of the moisturizing cover 38 away from the frame 40. In some embodiments, the third connecting member 44 includes a motor 46, and the motor 46 drives the end of the moisturizing cover 38 away from the shaft portion 18 to rotate the shaft portion 18 relative to the hook portion 24. Rotation of the moisturizing cover 38 facilitates humidity adjustment of the drawer assembly 50.
In some embodiments, the refrigerator 10 includes a drawer 48 corresponding to the moisturizing cover 38. When the drawer 48 is accommodated in the storage chamber 54 of the box 52, the moisturizing cover 38 can close the opening 56 of the drawer 48 to reduce the moisture loss of the articles (not shown) in the drawer 48, and when the moisturizing cover 38 rotates relative to the drawer 48 under the driving of the motor 46, gaps and openings with different sizes can be formed in the drawer 48 to control the moisture loss of the articles (not shown) in the drawer 48, so as to adjust the humidity in the drawer 48.
The various embodiments described above and shown in the drawings are illustrative of the invention and are not intended to be all-inclusive. In the scope of the basic technical idea of the present invention, a person skilled in the relevant technical field can easily change the position of the object to be protected.
