Protection device for rocker bearing
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of flight control transmission, and particularly relates to a protection device for a rocker bearing, which is used for increasing the storage amount of bearing lubricating grease, protecting foreign matters from entering a bearing to damage the bearing, and then protecting the lubricating grease from loss and facilitating the maintenance of the bearing.
Background
At present, a mechanical transmission device is adopted by an airplane flight control transmission device, a rocker arm assembly is an important part of the mechanical transmission device, the rocker arm assembly is arranged at the horizontal tail section of an airplane, the assembly arranged at the position is influenced by environments such as rain, sand and dust, high and low temperature impact, vibration, acceleration, impact and the like, and has great influence on a bearing, the bearing for the rocker arm assembly at the present stage has two forms, namely an open bearing and a sealed bearing, both have use limitations, foreign matters are easy to appear in the use process of the open bearing, part of the foreign matters are metal particles peeled off by the abrasion of the bearing, and the other part of the foreign matters are small particles entering from the outside, so that the bearing is easy to be damaged, the bearing needs to be dismounted after being damaged, replaced, the cost is very high, and the maintenance frequency is; although the sealed bearing avoids foreign objects, the foreign objects in the sealed bearing cannot be removed, the sealed bearing has less grease storage amount and cannot meet the requirement of the service life of the product, the grease is easy to dry up when being contacted with air, the replacement of the grease requires the removal of the product for maintenance on the ground, and the service life of the bearing in the rocker arm and the maintenance work cost are huge. The rocker arm assembly bearing adopts non-sealed bearing, and its lubricating grease storage volume is few, easily runs off, easily advances the foreign matter, and adopts sealed bearing lubricating grease consumption to totally can not maintain, wherein has described "oiling method and oiling instrument of sealed bearing" in application number 201310062382.6 and has seen the figure below, because its structure is complicated, uses special installation requirement occasionally, need have screw thread and axial space, and the oil filler point position also need be in axis direction.

The further technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the clearance between the large-diameter end face of the disc-shaped gasket and the end face of the rocker arm mounting bearing is 0.1mm +/-0.05 mm.
The further technical scheme of the invention is as follows: and washers are arranged between the bottom surface of the bolt head and the bushing and between the nut and the bushing.
The further technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the radial through holes in the rocker arm are threaded holes and are plugged through screws.
The further technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the radial through hole on the rocker arm is positioned at the axial center of the step through hole of the rocker arm.
The further technical scheme of the invention is as follows: and the nut through hole cotter pin is locked.
Advantageous effects
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention discloses a protective device for prolonging the service life of a rocker arm bearing, wherein lubricating grease is coated on the inner cavity of a rocker arm according to requirements before a rocker arm assembly is assembled, disc-shaped gaskets are arranged at two ends of the bearing during assembly, the gaps between the disc-shaped gaskets and two end surfaces of the rocker arm are adjusted to be within 0.1mm +/-0.05 mm through adjusting the gaskets, the damage of friction to the bearing can be prevented, the gaps ensure that the bearing does not interfere with the disc-shaped gaskets in the working process of the rocker arm assembly, the inflow of foreign matters is prevented, a lubricating grease filling port is reserved in the middle of the rocker arm, and the filling port is blocked by a screw.
Finally, the method solves the use limitation of the oil injection method and the oil injection tool for the closed bearing, adapts to the maintenance of the bearing without axial maintenance requirements, reduces the maintenance procedures, prolongs the service life of the bearing, reduces the cost, improves the operation feeling of a driver and improves the operation precision.
