Background
The climbing frame is an attached lifting scaffold, is an outer climbing type protection frame on a construction site, converts high-altitude operation into low-altitude indoor operation, is safe, economic and attractive, is widely practical in middle and high-rise building construction, and for absolutely guaranteeing the lifting safety of the climbing frame, each machine position must be provided with at least three guide seats to ensure that the climbing frame is reliably connected with a main building, particularly prevents the climbing frame from accidentally falling, and plays roles of guiding and preventing overturning.
In recent years, the frame climbing is rapidly developed, the frame climbing accidents are increased, particularly the anti-falling distance of the guide seat is increased, the anti-falling distance of most guide seats far exceeds the standard requirement, the impact force is large in the falling process, the guide seat is easy to deform and lose efficacy, and the frame body is easy to deform, so that the anti-falling operation cannot be stably performed, and the life safety is seriously influenced. Meanwhile, in actual building construction, due to the fact that the main structure changes multiple ends, especially when lines are frequently encountered, the guide seat cannot be directly sleeved downwards along the guide rail, and the guide rail cannot be sleeved into the guide seat from the side face, so that the guide seat cannot be installed, the climbing frame is prone to outward inclination, the life safety is seriously affected, and therefore the separated guide seat is provided for solving the problems.

Preferably, the clamping piece is provided with an engaging part and a rotating shaft part; the clamping part is provided with two contact arms which are respectively matched with two ends of the diameter of the sawtooth wheel.
Preferably, the number of the star wheels is two, and the star wheels are respectively sleeved at two ends of a star wheel rotating shaft; a sawtooth wheel is arranged between the two star wheels.
Preferably, the top support is arranged above the guide seat support through a movable hinged seat.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a split guide for a saw-tooth star wheel comprises: the clamping device comprises a guide seat support 1, a star wheel 2, a sawtooth wheel 3, a star wheel rotating shaft 4, a clamping piece 5, a clamping piece rotating shaft 6, an arm 7 and a top support 8; the upper parts of two side surfaces of the guide seat support 1 are provided with support lugs 9, the two support lugs 9 are respectively provided with an embracing arm 7 through a pin 10, the embracing arms 7 are L-shaped, the longer ends of the two embracing arms 7 are fixed on the support lugs 9, the shorter ends are oppositely arranged, and the two embracing arms 7 are clamped on an external guide rail;
it is obvious that the above-mentioned lugs 9 and pins 10 are provided so as to be easily removable, so as to allow quick mounting and removal at any point of the rail, and that the above-mentioned pins 10 are mechanical connections used in the present device, but are not limited to the pins 10, and can be replaced by other removable mechanical connections easily implemented by those skilled in the art.
It should be noted that the arm 7 has a double-layer structure, and the two layers are welded by vertical steel plates, so that the arm 7 has a stronger anti-torsion and anti-stress effect.
Furthermore, a star wheel rotating shaft 4 and a clamping piece rotating shaft 6 are arranged on the front side inside the guide seat support 1, and a clamping piece 5 is arranged on the clamping piece rotating shaft 6. Furthermore, a star wheel 2 and a sawtooth wheel 3 are sleeved on the star wheel rotating shaft 4, and the sawtooth wheel 3 is matched with the clamping piece 5; the star wheels 2 are two in number and are respectively sleeved at two ends of the star wheel rotating shaft 4, the star wheels 2 are matched with the external guide rail, and when the guide seat moves upwards or downwards, the star wheels 2 can contact the cross beam of the external guide rail so as to rotate; a sawtooth wheel 3 is arranged between the two star wheels 2, and the sawtooth wheel 3 is coaxially fixed with the star wheels 2, namely the sawtooth wheel 3 and the star wheels 2 rotate coaxially.
It should be noted that, the clip 5 is overlapped with the serrated wheel 3, when the guide base moves up and down at normal speed, the serrated wheel 3 rotates slowly, the contact arm at the lower side of the clamping portion 502 of the clip 5 cannot contact the serrated wheel 3 due to the self-weight of the clip 5, when the guide base descends sharply, the serrated wheel 3 rotates at high speed, so that the contact arm at the upper side of the clamping portion 502 of the clip 5 is equivalent to a continuous serrated tip portion located on the serrated wheel 3, and because the distance between the two contact arms of the clamping portion 502 of the clip 5 must be smaller than the maximum diameter of the serrations of the serrated wheel 3, the contact arm at the lower side of the clamping portion 502 of the clip 5 abuts against the serrated wheel 3, thereby preventing rotation.
The principle utilizes unevenness and inertia to enable the upper contact arm of the clamping piece 5 to float up and down, and the gear can be clamped when running fast. The function of preventing falling accidentally is achieved.
Note that 10 saw teeth are provided in the saw wheel 3. The above can also be set to 5 saw teeth, and the dropping distance is doubled. At present, the design state far meets the national standard requirements, the falling distance of the falling protector in the market is generally two times or three times of that of the falling protector, and the impact force is very large.
Further, a top support 8 is arranged above the guide seat support 1. The top stay 8 comprises a pillar 801 and a support head 802; the supporting head 802 is connected with the supporting column 801 through a bolt, the supporting column 801 is connected with the movable hinged support 803, the top support 8 is installed at the top of the guide seat support 1 through the movable hinged support 803, the top support 8 can freely rotate by a certain angle, and when the guide seat is lifted to a certain height, the top support 8 supports against the guide rail.
The working principle of the device is as follows: according to the graph shown in fig. 2, when the sawtooth wheel 3 rotates clockwise to enable the guide seat to descend, and rotates anticlockwise to enable the guide seat to ascend, the guide seat slowly descends and ascends, the clamping piece 5 can swing up and down due to the self weight of the clamping piece 5, the sawtooth wheel 3 is difficult to clamp, and when the guide seat rapidly descends, the sawtooth wheel 3 rotates at a high speed, and the clamping piece 5 is difficult to swing due to inertia, so that the sawtooth wheel 3 is clamped.
