Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a stationery field especially relates to a cutting blade and sticky tape cutting device for sticky tape.
Background
The adhesive tape cutting device is a common stationery at present.
Fig. 1 shows a conventional tape cutting apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the adhesive tape cutting apparatus 1 has a hand-held cutting table 2 and a blade 3 fixedly disposed on the hand-held cutting table 2. As shown in fig. 1, the blade 3 generally has cutting teeth with a dense saw-tooth shape for cutting the adhesive tape.
It is convenient when using this sticky tape cutting device 1 to cut the sticky tape. However, when the adhesive tape is peeled off from the adherend surface, the adhesive tape is difficult to be detached from the adherend surface due to the dense serrated edge of the adhesive tape caused by the serrated engaging teeth.
With legislation of garbage classification, it is required to peel off an adhesive tape from an adherend surface when discarding garbage with the adhesive tape adhered thereto. However, as explained above, the conventional adhesive tape cutting device has difficulty in detaching the adhesive tape from the surface of the adherend due to the structure of the dense serrated cutting teeth, and causes a great trouble in sorting waste.
Therefore, a new tape cutting device is needed to meet the requirement of garbage classification.

As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a cutting blade 100 for adhesive tape is provided, which has a blade body 110, and a plurality of cutting teeth 120 are formed on one side D of the blade body 110.
As shown in fig. 2, each cutting tooth 120 protrudes from a side edge D of the blade body 110. The protrusion distance of the cutting tooth 120 protruding from the side edge D of the blade body 110 is defined as H, and H is 0.5mm to 1.5 mm.
As shown in fig. 2, each of the cutting teeth 120 has a cutting portion 121 for cutting the adhesive tape. The cutting part 121 has a length of 1mm to 2mm and is parallel to the side edge D of the blade. And, a spacing between two adjacent cutting teeth 120 is defined as S, which is a distance between adjacent end points of the cutting portions 121 of two adjacent cutting teeth 120, as shown in fig. 2. The range of the spacing S is 1.5 mm-3.5 mm.
As shown in fig. 2, a transition section 130 is provided between two adjacent cutting teeth 120, and the transition section 130 is an arc. Unlike the serrated cutting teeth of the conventional blade 3 shown in fig. 1, the adjacent two cutting teeth 120 of the cutting blade 100 are connected by the arc-shaped transition section 130, so that the cut adhesive tape has a corresponding arc structure rather than a conventional serrated structure, and the adhesive tape is easier to be torn off from the surface of an adherend.
As shown in fig. 2, the cutting teeth 120 are coplanar and integral with the blade body 110, so that the included angle between the plane where the cutting teeth 120 are located and the plane where the blade body 110 is located is 0.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a cutting blade for an adhesive tape according to another embodiment of the present invention. The tape cutting blade 200 shown in fig. 3 has a blade body 210 and a plurality of cutting teeth 220 are formed on one side of the blade body 210.
