A group of broken head holes are arranged on the box surface above the waste drawer, and can be respectively inserted into the heads of the ampoules with different thicknesses to break off the heads of the ampoules. The top surface of the ampoule box is provided with a top plate for placing ampoules and the like; the upper parts of the two side surfaces are respectively provided with a waste port for throwing waste. The syringe barrel, the cotton stick barrel and the iodophor barrel are connected in parallel and connected with the back of the ampoule box to form an instrument box. Two top corners at two sides of the appliance box are respectively provided with a pin shaft, and every two coaxial lines are respectively hinged with a U-shaped lifting beam for carrying and moving. The injection articles are intensively stored, so that the use is convenient, and the treatment efficiency is facilitated; breaking off the ampoule head will not hurt the hand. Is used for injection medical treatment.
Description
Technical Field
Injection instrument case relates to medical instrument, concretely relates to accomodate combination case of injection instrument and abandonment comprehensively.
Background
Injection is a commonly used medical procedure. The injection is administered by using syringe, ampoule (small sealed glass container filled with medicinal liquid), cotton stick, and iodophor. The injector is a single-piece plastic-sealed disposable article. The cotton swab is a multi-piece bagged product. The iodophor is bottled. These medical products are placed in a scattered manner at ordinary times, and are taken away when used, and the head of the ampule is broken by the top of the ampule, so that there is a fear of hand injury and infection. After the injection, there are discarded objects such as a syringe packaging bag, an broken ampoule head, and a used cotton swab, which are easily scattered and interfere with the tidiness.
Disclosure of Invention
The injection instrument box aims to solve the technical problems that: placing injection articles intensively; collecting and storing the waste; the far break breaks off the ampule head.
The technical scheme is as follows: an ampoule broken end header box connected with the three storage barrels.
The injection instrument box (figure 1) is composed of an ampoule box 1, a syringe barrel 2, a cotton stick barrel 3, an iodophor barrel 4, a waste drawer 5, a broken end hole 6, a top disc 7, a waste opening 8, a drawer opening 9 and a lifting beam 10. The ampoule box 1 is a hexahedral box, the front of which is provided with a waste drawer 5, the broken ampoule heads are collected in the waste drawer, and the broken ampoule heads are drawn out and poured out after being filled. The waste drawer 5 has an oval drawer opening 9 for drawing the waste drawer 5 and monitoring its fullness. A group of broken head holes 6 are arranged on the box surface above the waste drawer 5 and can be respectively inserted into the heads of ampoules with different thicknesses for breaking off the ampoule heads. The top surface of the ampoule box 1 is provided with a top disk 7 for placing ampoules and the like; a discard opening 8 is provided above each of the two side faces for inserting a packing bag or the like removed from the syringe.
The syringe barrel 2, the cotton swab barrel 3 and the iodophor barrel 4 are connected in parallel and are connected with the back of the ampoule box 1 to form an instrument box with a hexahedral enveloping surface. Two top angles on two sides of the appliance box are respectively provided with a convex shaft, every two coaxial lines are respectively hinged with a U-shaped lifting beam 10, the lower part is respectively arranged on the front and the back of the box body, and the upper part is mutually rotated and can be lifted and moved.
When in use, the syringe barrel 2, the cotton stick barrel 3 and the iodophor barrel 4 are respectively filled with corresponding articles. The top tray 7 is filled with ampoules and the like. The handle 10 is held by hand to carry the injection instrument box, and the injection instrument box is inserted into a sickroom target sickbed to inject a patient. The disassembled syringe packaging bag or the like can be put into the waste drawer 5 through the waste opening 8. When the ampoule is broken, the appliance box is pressed by one hand, the ampoule body is held by the other hand, the ampoule head is inserted into the corresponding broken head hole 6, and the ampoule head is broken into the waste drawer 5 by downward force. When the user expects to fill the container with enough materials through the drawer opening 9, the user manually opens the drawer opening 9 to pull out the waste drawer 5, and the collected waste is discarded.
The injection instrument box has the beneficial effects that: the injection articles are intensively placed, so that the use is convenient; breaking off the ampule head without hurting hands; the injection waste is collected in a concentrated way, so that the environment is clean; is favorable for the treatment efficiency.

Detailed Description
The ampoule box 1, the syringe barrel 2, the cotton stick barrel 3, the iodophor barrel 4 and the four convex shafts at two vertex angles of two side surfaces of the appliance box are integrally formed by hard plastic through injection molding. The diameter of the fracture hole 6 (fig. 2) is equal to the maximum diameter K of the ampoule head, so that after the ampoule head is inserted, the ampoule neck becomes stuck in the fracture hole 6. When breaking off the ampoule head, the ampoule body is pressed by a hand, the diameter reducing point is pressed by the support reaction N of the broken head hole 6, the ampoule head tip is propped against the bottom of the top disc 7 by a restraining force Q, and the clockwise moment of the pressing force P pressed by the hand on the ampoule head necking point and the counterclockwise moment of couple generated by the box body reaction Q, N on the ampoule head form a breaking-off state on the ampoule head; the moment due to hand force P is the action force, the moment of couple due to Q, N is the reaction force generated therewith, and the vial head will break off as long as hand force P reaches the rated value. The vertical position of the fracture hole 6 is set such that the liquid level in the ampoule body is not higher than the neck drop point when the ampoule head is inserted into the fracture hole 6, and thus the liquid medicine is not spilled when the ampoule head is broken.
The cross sections of the syringe barrel 2, the cotton swab barrel 3 and the iodophor barrel 4 can be placed into a corresponding bottle or bag; the height can expose the mouth of the iodophor cylinder 4 for dipping.
The top disk 7 is deep enough to hold 3/5 the diameter of the widest ampoule and to hold all kinds of ampoules from escaping.
The broken end holes 6 are a group of 5 holes, and the diameters of the broken end holes can be respectively inserted into ampoules of 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20 ml. The net spacing between the five holes is 20 mm.
The length of the waste drawer 5 is the occupying length of a group of broken end holes 6, the height is the sum of the height of the common iodophor bottle body minus the depth of the top disc 7 and the diameter of the thickest broken end hole 6, and the height is deeper to the back of the ampoule box 1.
The waste opening 8 is high and wide and can be inserted into the plastic film package of the syringe.
The drawer opening 9 can be inserted into three fingers, namely index finger, middle finger and ring finger.
The handle 10 is injection molded from high quality hard plastic into a flat bottom U-shape. The ends of the two U-shaped arms are provided with holes, and the two arms are arranged on the convex shafts at the two sides of the box body by elastic expansion. The two arms can contact with the bottom of the box when long and drooping.
