A barrier device according to claim 11, wherein the carton walls comprise a first carton wall (121), a second carton wall (122), a third carton wall (123) and a fourth carton wall (124), the first carton wall (121) is formed as a rectangle, the second carton wall (122) and the fourth carton wall (124) are connected on opposite sides of the rectangle by first folds (125), respectively, the third carton wall (123) is connected on one side of the rectangle by a second fold (126), and the second fold (126) is located between two of the first folds (125), wherein the third carton wall (123) is further formed with two third folds (127), the second fold (126) is located between the two third folds (127), and one insert ear (128) is connected to the third carton wall (123) by the two third folds (127), the second paperboard wall (122) and the fourth paperboard wall (124) are respectively provided with an inserting slit (129), in the unfolded state, the second paperboard wall (122), the third paperboard wall (123) and the fourth paperboard wall (124) respectively rotate around corresponding creases and at least partially enclose a square structure, and the two inserting lugs (128) are correspondingly attached to the second paperboard wall (122) and the fourth paperboard wall (124) and inserted into the corresponding inserting slits (129).
