The connecting rod as in claim 1, wherein the central frame includes a central post and a plurality of connecting struts fixedly connected to the central post, the plurality of connecting struts being distributed around the central post, each connecting strut including a plurality of branch heads for fixedly connecting to the side panels and the central post.
3. The connecting rod of claim 2, wherein said plurality of prongs are three, respectively a main prong fixedly connected to said central post, a first prong fixedly connected to said central post, and a second prong fixedly connected to two adjacent ones of said side plates.

The connecting stick of claim 1, wherein there are three of said side panels, namely a first side panel, a second side panel and a third side panel, wherein said first side panel, said second side panel and said third side panel are uniformly distributed around said central skeleton, and the enclosed structural cross-section is an isosceles triangle.
5. The connecting rod of claim 1, wherein there are two of said side panels, a first side panel and a second side panel, said first side panel and said second side panel are symmetrical and fixedly connected to said central frame, respectively, and said first side panel and said second side panel define a rectangular cross-section.

The connector rail of claim 1, wherein said four side panels are a first side panel, a second side panel, a third side panel and a fourth side panel, said first side panel, said second side panel, said third side panel and said fourth side panel are disposed around said central frame, and said enclosed structural cross-section is "square", said first side panel and said third side panel are disposed opposite to each other, and said second side panel and said fourth side panel are disposed opposite to each other.
7. The connecting rod of claim 1, wherein the sliding slot is an open slot with sliding rails, and the sliding rails are located at two sides of the opening of the sliding slot and respectively comprise a first sliding rail and a second sliding rail.
8. The connecting rod as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fixing groove is provided with a mounting hole.
9. The connecting rod of claim 8, wherein said securing slot is "V" shaped in cross-section.
10. A piece of furniture, characterized in that it comprises a connecting rod according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
