Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of electrochemistry, and more particularly, to a battery and an electric device having the same.
Background
In the existing lithium battery cell, two tabs are generally provided to extract the polarity in the lithium battery cell. In addition, due to the high energy density of the lithium battery cell, a protective plate is generally required to be additionally arranged to protect the lithium battery cell; and because the battery core end is provided with two lugs, the protection plate needs to reserve two corresponding positions to be provided with conducting strips to connect the corresponding lugs. However, with the trend of miniaturization of mobile electronic devices, the space left for the protection board is also smaller and smaller, and then, electronic components on the protection board can only be highly integrated, so that the manufacturing cost of the lithium battery cell is greatly increased.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Accordingly, there is a need for a battery that solves the above problems.
The application provides a battery, which comprises a battery cell, wherein the battery cell comprises an electrode assembly and a shell for accommodating the electrode assembly;
the electrode assembly comprises a first pole piece and a second pole piece with different polarity from the first pole piece, and the first pole piece and the second pole piece are laminated or wound to form the electrode assembly; the shell is made of a conductive material, the shell is electrically connected with the first pole piece, the battery cell further comprises a pole lug, and the pole lug is electrically connected with the second pole piece and exposed to the shell;
the battery also includes a circuit board assembly electrically connected to the tabs, the circuit board assembly being located outside the housing.
