The municipal sewage treatment equipment according to claim 1, further comprising a flow distribution plate (33), wherein the flow distribution plate (33) is fixed inside the adsorption tank (10), the flow distribution plate (33) is located above the adsorption tank (11), multi-component flow holes are uniformly formed in the flow distribution plate (33), a plurality of groups of flow distribution pipes (34) are arranged at the bottoms of the multi-component flow holes in a communicated manner, and the bottom ends of the plurality of groups of flow distribution pipes (34) are respectively communicated with the top ends of the plurality of groups of adsorption holes.
