The oil delivery pipe fixing frame is made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
The bracket 21 includes a support sleeve 211, a guide plate 212, a fixing plate 213, and a guide tube 214. The bracket 21 is a main body of the spray head fixing device, one end of the bracket is fixedly connected to a shaft box body of a locomotive wheel through a conical fixing disc, a short bolt fixing combination and a long bolt fixing combination, and the other end of the bracket is fixedly connected to a horizontal moving pipe through a bolt and nut combination.

The apparatus for lubricating and coating a curved rail for a locomotive according to claim 1, wherein said lubricant supply unit comprises a direct melting device for storing and heating the solid lubricant to melt the solid lubricant into a liquid, the direct melting device comprises an outer heat-insulating barrel, an inner storage barrel, a heater located therein, and a heat-insulating layer between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and the direct melting device is mounted and fixed on a floor of a locomotive compartment inside the locomotive compartment; the heater takes an aluminum plate as a carrier and a heating rod as a heating plate of a heating element; the inner storage barrel is a box body with an inner cavity with an L-shaped section, and the heater is arranged at the lower part of the inner cavity; the external heat-preserving barrel is a box body with an L-shaped cross section, and a heat-preserving layer filled with heat-preserving materials is arranged between the external heat-preserving barrel and the internal storage barrel.

The apparatus for lubricating and coating curved steel rail for locomotive according to claim 1, the lubricant conveying unit comprises a conveyor for conveying lubricant to the inner side surface of the steel rail, the conveyor comprises an upper heating plate, a motor, a gear pump, an oil conveying pipe and a spray head, the upper heating plate is a gear pump, a motor, a stirring blade in the lubricant stirring unit III and a mounting plate of the stirring motor, the upper heating plate is horizontally mounted and fixed on a slotted opening on the inner storage barrel, the gear pump is fixed at the lower part of the upper heating plate and is immersed in the lubricant in the inner storage barrel, a power output motor of the gear pump is fixed on the upper part of an upper heating plate and stands outside the whole direct melting device, a lubricant discharge port of the whole direct melting device is reserved on the upper heating plate, the discharge port is directly connected with an oil conveying pipe, an aluminum plate is used as a carrier in an upper heating plate groove, and a heating rod is used as a heating element; the oil delivery pipe is divided into a left oil delivery pipe and a right oil delivery pipe, the left oil delivery pipe and the right oil delivery pipe are respectively responsible for all curves of the steel rail in the same side direction, one end of the oil delivery pipe is connected to the upper heating plate, the other end of the oil delivery pipe is connected with a heat-preserving spray head, and the oil delivery pipe has a heating and heat-preserving function;
and (3) forming a hole on the bottom plate of the locomotive carriage near the direct melting device, enabling one end of the left oil delivery pipe and the right oil delivery pipe connected with the spray head to penetrate through the hole and extend to the wheel outside the locomotive carriage, enabling the spray head to be close to the steel rail, and aligning the spray nozzle to the position of the steel rail needing to be coated with the lubricant.

The apparatus for lubricating and coating a curved steel rail for a locomotive according to claim 1, wherein said stirring unit comprises a stirring blade and a stirring motor for stirring the liquid lubricant in the storage tub inside the straight melting device; the stirring motor is fixed in the middle of the upper part of the heating plate on the material conveying unit, and power output motors of a left gear pump and a right gear pump are respectively arranged on two sides of the stirring motor; one end of the stirring blade is connected and fixed on a stirring motor shaft through a coupler, and the other end of the stirring blade is suspended and inserted into the lubricant liquid.

the spray head comprises a spray nozzle, a heating body, an inner heat-insulating layer and an outer heat-insulating layer, wherein the upper part of the spray nozzle is connected with a thread on the lower part of the heating body through a thread, and an included angle is formed between the spray nozzle and the heating body in the vertical direction; the upper part of the heating body is fixedly connected with the oil delivery pipe through threads; the inner heat-insulating layer and the outer heat-insulating layer are fixedly connected with the heating body through screws, the spray head has a heating and heat-insulating function, and the heating element adopts a PTC sheet heating technology;
the spray head fixing device comprises a bracket, a conical fixing disc, a horizontal moving pipe, a spray head fixing box and an oil conveying pipe fixing clamping ring; the bracket is a bent steel frame assembly welding mechanism, one end of the bracket is connected with the locomotive wheel axle box body through a conical fixed disc, a short bolt fixing combination and a long bolt fixing combination, the other end of the bracket is connected with a horizontal moving pipe through a bolt and a nut, and the horizontal moving pipe is connected with the spray head fixing box; the oil delivery pipe and the nozzle fixing box are connected into a whole by the oil delivery pipe fixing clamp ring, and the horizontal moving pipe can adjust and position the nozzle in the horizontal direction; or
The spray head comprises a spray nozzle, a heating body and a heat insulation layer, the upper part of the spray nozzle is connected with the threads on the lower part of the heating body through a nut, and the lower part of the spray nozzle is provided with an oil outlet forming an included angle of 15 degrees with the vertical direction; the heat preservation layer is fixedly connected with the heating body through threads, the upper part of the heating body is fixedly connected with the oil delivery pipe through threads, the oil delivery pipe is connected with an oil delivery pipe fixing frame, and the oil delivery pipe fixing frame is made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials;
the spray head fixing device comprises a bracket, a conical fixing disc, a horizontal moving pipe fixing bolt combination and an oil conveying pipe fixing frame; one end of the bracket is fixedly connected with a locomotive wheel axle box body through a conical fixing disc, a short bolt fixing combination and a long bolt fixing combination, the other end of the bracket is connected with a horizontal moving pipe, the horizontal moving pipe is connected with an oil conveying pipe fixing frame, the oil conveying pipe is connected with the oil conveying pipe fixing frame, and the oil conveying pipe can move in the vertical direction of the oil pipe fixing frame;
the oil delivery pipe fixing frame comprises a left fixing disc and a right fixing disc, and the left fixing disc is connected with the flat plate of the movable horizontal pipe in a bolt-nut combined mode; the left fixed disk and the right fixed disk are made of polytetrafluoroethylene, each fixed disk is provided with a semicircular groove, and the left fixed disk and the right fixed disk are matched with the tail end of the cylindrical oil conveying pipe.
