The YIG tuned oscillator is adopted as the tuned oscillator, has the advantages of wide frequency tuning range, good tuning linearity, low phase noise, good temperature characteristic, high detuning isolation and high tuning speed, and is widely applied. The YIG tuned oscillator has been widely used in microwave instruments because of its better performance than the VCO tuned oscillator. The YIG tuned oscillator is internally provided with a main coil and an auxiliary coil, a main coil driving circuit and an auxiliary coil driving circuit are correspondingly required outside, the main coil causes large-range change of frequency, and the auxiliary coil drives small change of frequency, so that better performance is obtained.
The high-frequency voltage transformation circuit generates high voltage required by a magnetron, and the output power of the magnetron is stabilized through the feedback control of the MC9S12XS128MAA singlechip on the power amplifier; the linear power supply provides a stable direct current voltage to supply power to the filament. The magnetron adopts a magnetron special for medical treatment, a waveguide tube is used for transmitting microwave, and a microwave physical therapy head 3 is placed on the skin of the affected part of the patient for physical therapy. The magnetron is an emitting source of microwave, and is composed of an anode, resonant cavities, a cathode and a magnetic field, when 3.3V direct current filament voltage is applied to a filament of the magnetron, the cathode is heated, meanwhile, about 2000V direct current high voltage is applied between the anode and the cathode, electrons emitted by the cathode fly to the anode under the action of a strong magnetic field, the anode is provided with a plurality of small resonant cavities, and the electrons oscillate in the resonant cavities before striking the anode, and the resonant frequency is about 2450 MHz.
The alarm circuit consists of a light-emitting diode and a buzzer; when the physiotherapy is finished or the physiotherapy fails, the alarm circuit acts to inform the operator of the current state in an acousto-optic mode. In the alarm circuit, a PB5I0 port is connected with a base electrode of a triode 8050 through a resistor, and when a PB5 outputs a high level, the 8050 triode is conducted to drive a DZ1 buzzer. When the PB5 outputs low level, the triode is cut off, and the DZ1 buzzer does not work. When the skin temperature of the affected part of the patient is too high or no microwave exists, a high level is output at PB5 to drive the buzzer to alarm.
The communication circuit completes information exchange between the MC9S12XS128MAA single chip microcomputer and the client, and after physiotherapy is finished, relevant information of the physiotherapy is uploaded to the client; the client comprises a mobile phone client, a PC client or a cloud server.
The communication circuit comprises a U2 wiring board and a P2 wiring board; the No. 1 pin of the U2 wiring board is connected to an RXD end, the No. 2 pin and the No. 3 pin are both connected to an RE end, the No. 4 pin is connected to a TXD end, the No. 5 pin is grounded GND, the No. 6 pin is connected to 5V power supply voltage through a resistor R4, the No. 6 pin is connected to the No. 7 pin through a resistor R3, and the No. 6 pin is also directly connected to the No. 2 pin of a P2 wiring board; pin 7 is directly connected to pin 3 of the P2 wiring board; pin 8 is connected to the 5V supply voltage.
The No. 1 pin of the P2 wiring board is grounded GND, and the No. 2 pin and the No. 3 pin are respectively connected with the No. 6 pin and the No. 7 pin of the P2 wiring board; pin No. 4 is connected to the 12V supply voltage.
The clock display program of the STM32F103VCT6 clock module displays the clock in real time on the time display panel 108.
The operation indicator lamp 106 and the gear indicator lamp 107 respectively comprise power indicator lamp circuits; the power indicator lamp circuit comprises an LED light-emitting diode D2, wherein one end of the LED D2 is connected to a 5V power supply voltage through a resistor R2, and the other end of the LED is grounded GND. The operation indicator light 106 can display the working state of the microwave physiotherapy instrument, such as turning on the power-on light and turning off the power-off light; the gear indicator 107 can display the output power of the monitoring magnetron of the microwave physiotherapy instrument, for example, the temperature sensor monitors the output power of the magnetron by detecting the skin temperature of the affected part of the patient, and the higher the skin temperature is, the larger the output power of the magnetron is, and the more the gear indicator 107 displays.
A waveguide tube is arranged inside the microwave physiotherapy wire 2; the microwave physical therapy head 3 is horn-shaped, and the shape of the microwave physical therapy head is designed according to the surface curvature of a human body; the probe of the temperature sensor is arranged on the surface of the microwave physiotherapy head 3, and the temperature sensor monitors the output power of the magnetron by detecting the skin temperature of the affected part of the patient.
The use flow of the microwave physiotherapy instrument for relaxing channels and activating blood circulation is described as follows:
step 1, connecting an external power supply through a power supply interface 112, turning on a main switch 113, and turning on an operation indicator lamp 106;
step 2, placing the microwave physical therapy head 3 on a physical therapy part of the skin of the affected part of the patient;
step 3, adjusting the output power of the magnetron through a gear adjusting key 103, and displaying the output power of the monitoring magnetron of the microwave physiotherapy instrument by a gear indicator lamp 107; changing the output state of the magnetron, such as a sustain output and a pulse output, through the mode selection button 104;
step 4, setting the output time of the magnetron through the time adjusting key 105, displaying the working remaining time of the microwave physiotherapy instrument by the time display panel 108, and starting microwave radiation by the microwave physiotherapy head 3;
step 5, when the physical therapy is finished, the buzzer of the alarm circuit sounds, and the microwave stops radiating;
and 6, after the physical therapy is finished, closing the main switch 113, and turning off the running indicator lamp 106.
The contraindication of the microwave physiotherapy instrument for relaxing the channels and activating the blood circulation is as follows: 1 the microwave physical therapy head can not be used for directly irradiating the eyes; 2 patients wearing cardiac pacemakers are prohibited from using; 3 the tissue implanted with the metal component can not be directly irradiated; 4 testis can not be directly irradiated; 5 the abdomen of the pregnant woman can not be directly irradiated; 6 patients with heat-blindness should be cautious to avoid scald; 7 the microwave physical therapy head can not be used for irradiating electrical appliances such as televisions, mobile phones and the like; the treatment time is preferably 30 minutes for 8 times of single treatment.
The microwave physiotherapy instrument of the utility model adopts microwave with electromagnetic wave wavelength of 12.24cm and frequency of 2450MHz, can easily convey energy to the deep part of the focus where the human body needs to promote blood circulation through the physiotherapy head, can quickly eliminate the stimulation of internal and external substances causing cell inflammation edema through improving the state of blood circulation, and realize the clinical effects of quickly diminishing inflammation, reducing swelling and relieving pain; meanwhile, the microcirculation of the focus part is really improved, so that blood supply and immune protection to tissues and histiocytes are ensured.

the microwave physiotherapy instrument host (1) comprises a host shell made of hard sterile plastics, and the host shell comprises an upper half shell (101) and a lower half shell (102);
the front part of the upper half shell (101) is provided with a key group, and the key group comprises a gear adjusting key (103), a mode selecting key (104) and a time adjusting key (105); the front part of the upper half shell (101) is also provided with an operation indicator lamp (106), a gear indicator lamp (107) and a time display panel (108); the rear part of the upper half shell (101) is provided with a plurality of heat dissipation strips (109) with vertical strip-shaped openings;
the front part of the lower half shell (102) is provided with a microwave output hole group, and the microwave output hole group comprises a left microwave output hole (110) and a right microwave output hole (111); the rear part of the lower half shell (102) is provided with a power interface (112) and a main switch (113);
the interior of the main machine shell is of a cavity type structure; an electric leakage breaker, a microwave source generator and an MC9S12XS128MAA single chip microcomputer are arranged in the main machine shell; wherein, the leakage breaker is externally connected with a three-phase power supply which provides power for the microwave physiotherapy instrument; the leakage breaker is connected with the microwave source generator, the microwave source generator is connected with the MC9S12XS128MAA single chip microcomputer, and the MC9S12XS128MAA single chip microcomputer is further connected with the alarm circuit, the communication circuit, the STM32F103VCT6 clock module, the cooling fan and the temperature sensor.

The microwave physiotherapy instrument for relaxing the menstrual flow and activating blood circulation according to claim 1, wherein: the microwave source generator comprises a filter circuit, a rectifying circuit, a high-frequency voltage transformation circuit, a power amplifier, a tuned oscillator and a magnetron; the front side and the rear side of the rectification circuit are respectively provided with a filter circuit, the filter circuit on the front side is connected with the leakage breaker, the filter circuit on the rear side is connected with a high-frequency voltage transformation circuit, and the high-frequency voltage transformation circuit is connected with a magnetron through a tuned oscillator; the MC9S12XS128MAA single chip microcomputer is also connected with the high-frequency voltage transformation circuit through a power amplifier; wherein, the output ends of the microwave source generators are connected with the microwave output hole group through wave guide tubes; the left microwave output hole (110) and the right microwave output hole (111) of the microwave output hole group are connected to the microwave physiotherapy head (3) through the microwave physiotherapy line (2), and the 2 microwave physiotherapy heads (3) can be combined in pairs for placement.

The microwave physiotherapy instrument for relaxing the menstrual flow and activating blood circulation according to claim 2, wherein: the rectification circuit is a circuit for converting alternating current electric energy into direct current electric energy, and the rectification circuit adopts a multiphase rectification circuit.
