1. A bird repellent device, its characterized in that, bird repellent device includes:
the mounting column (1) is used for being mounted on a cross arm of a tower;
the rotating frame (10) comprises a connecting piece and a plurality of rotating rods (12), the connecting piece is positioned on the mounting column (1), the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the plurality of rotating rods (12), one end of each rotating rod (12) is rotatably connected with the mounting column (1), and the plurality of rotating rods (12) are circumferentially distributed around the mounting column (1) at intervals;
a plurality of fan blades (13) corresponding to the plurality of rotating rods (12) one by one, wherein each fan blade (13) is connected to the other end of the corresponding rotating rod (12);
a locking member for operatively locking the turret (10) and the mounting post (1).
2. A bird repellent device according to claim 1, wherein the locking member is a locking rod (2), the locking rod (2) is connected between the turret (10) and the mounting post (1), and at least one of the turret (10) and the mounting post (1) is detachably connected with the locking rod (2).
3. A bird repellent device according to claim 2, characterized in that one end of the locking lever (2) is hinged to the mounting post (1), and the end face of the other end of the locking lever (2) has a groove (21) which cooperates with the turning lever (12).
4. A bird repellent device according to claim 2, wherein the locking member is a locking rod (2), one end of the locking rod (2) is hinged to the mounting post (1), and the other end of the locking rod (2) is provided with a hook (22) for hanging on the rotating rod (12).

A bird repellent device according to claim 9, wherein the mounting base further has a stop side plate (35) in parallel opposition to the connecting side plate (33), the stop side plate (35) being connected to the first side plate (31), the second side plate (32) being located between the connecting side plate (33) and the stop side plate (35), the length of the first side plate (31) being greater than the length of the second side plate (32) in the direction from the connecting side plate (33) to the stop side plate (35).

A bird repellent device according to claim 9, wherein the jackscrew (4) comprises a screw (41) and a mounting tube (42) coaxially connected with the screw (41), the mounting tube (42) has opposite closed and open ends, the closed end of the mounting tube (42) is connected with the screw (41), the open end of the mounting tube (42) has a strip-shaped groove (43) extending towards the closed end, and the strip-shaped groove (43) penetrates through the wall of the mounting tube (42).
12. A bird repelling device according to claim 11, wherein the strip-shaped groove (43) has a locking groove (44) on the side, and the locking groove (44) penetrates through the wall of the mounting cylinder (42).
