Fig. 3 is a process flow chart of the water pollution treatment method in the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the water pollution treatment system comprises the following steps:
s1, separating particles in the water body in a cyclone sand setting device; the inflow enters the cyclone sand setting device 10 through the cyclone sand setting device water inlet 11, the water enters the cyclone separation device 14 in the cyclone sand setting device 10 along the tangential direction, under the pushing action of the water flow, the rotary motion is generated, because the density of the particles including suspended matters and water is different, under the combined action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid drag force, the water with low density rises, the particles with high density are deposited on the silt settling area 15 at the bottom of the device, the cleaning is regularly carried out through the cleaning opening 13, and the water body for removing the particles is discharged from the water outlet 12 of the cyclone sand setting device through the flow guide pipe.
S2, the water body enters a storage and adjustment pool for storage and adjustment: the outlet water of the rotational flow grit chamber 10 is introduced into the regulation and storage tank 20 from the regulation and storage tank water inlet 21, the water is regulated and stored in the regulation and storage tank 20, and when the water level in the regulation and storage tank 20 reaches the designed water level, the first valve 24 on the water inlet pipeline of the regulation and storage tank 20 is closed, and the water inlet is stopped. The regulated water in the regulation pool 20 is lifted by a lift pump 23 and then discharged from a regulation pool water outlet 22.
S3, the step of flocculating and settling the water body in a high-speed sedimentation tank: the high-speed sedimentation tank 30 is introduced from the high-speed sedimentation tank water inlet 31 to the regulation pond 20 play water, through throwing coagulant and flocculating agent to aquatic, makes the granule that is difficult to deposit in the aquatic polymerize each other and form the flocculating constituent, and the flocculating constituent has powerful adsorption affinity, can not only adsorb the suspended solid, can also adsorb partial bacterium and soluble material, and the flocculating constituent combines with the impurity in the water and forms bigger flocculating constituent. The flocculating constituent is subjected to adsorption, the volume of the flocculating constituent is increased and the flocculating constituent sinks, so that pollutants in water are removed preliminarily. The magnetic powder can strengthen the reaction inside the flocculation, and the pollutant sedimentation rate is greatly improved. Pollutants in water are fully mixed with a flocculating agent in the mixing zone 33 and then enter the flocculation reaction zone 34, contact and collide to form flocculating constituents under the action of the added flocculating agent, the flocculating constituents enter the settling zone 35, are settled and separated through the inclined plate settling zone 351 under the action of gravity, sludge is settled in the sludge settling zone 352, and treated water is discharged from a water outlet 32 of the high-speed settling pond through a water outlet pipe.
S4, removing pollutants by water entering a high-efficiency coupling biomembrane pond: the water from the high-speed sedimentation tank 30 is introduced into the high-efficiency coupling biological membrane tank 40 from a water inlet 41 of the high-efficiency coupling biological membrane tank, a hollow fiber aeration membrane 43 is used as a microbial membrane attachment carrier and performs biological membrane aeration, when sewage flows around the aeration membrane attached with the biological membrane, pollutants in the water body enter the biological membrane under the actions of concentration driving, microbial adsorption and the like, and are utilized by the microorganisms through biological metabolism and proliferation, so that the pollutants in the water body are assimilated into microbial cells which are fixed on the biological membrane or decomposed into inorganic metabolites, and the purification process of the water body is achieved. The treated rainwater body is discharged into the regional water body 70 from the water outlet 42 of the high-efficiency coupling biomembrane pond through the water outlet pipe.
Wherein, the regulation pond 20 should still dispose inside washing unit, including washing the pipeline, arrange mud pipeline and automatic control equipment, through regularly washing the regulation pond, make the sedimentary mud in the regulation pond, arrange the mud pipeline and discharge into municipal administration sewage pipeline nearby.
The high-speed sedimentation tank 30 should also be provided with a medicament supply device, which comprises an automatic dosing device, and the addition amount of the flocculating agent is automatically controlled according to the flow of water. In addition, considering the influence of the water flow speed on the flocculation sedimentation action time, the adding proportion of the flocculating agent is automatically adjusted according to the water flow, so that intelligent agent adding is realized, the operation steps are greatly simplified, and the labor cost and the operation cost are saved.
The high-efficiency coupling biological membrane tank 40 is also provided with an aeration device which comprises an air blower, an aeration pipeline and an automatic control device; the aeration rate is automatically controlled according to the flow of water. The aeration system adopts an intelligent aeration system, can automatically adjust the aeration rate according to the oxygen demand of sewage treatment, and has the effects of saving energy and reducing consumption while ensuring the treatment effect.
In addition, as described above, the method can be switched between the two working modes of initial rainwater treatment and water body circulating water quality maintenance at will, and the switching is mainly realized by controlling the opening and closing of the second valve 51 on the water body inlet pipeline 50 to be treated and the third valve 61 on the water body circulating pipeline 60.
It is obvious that the above embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not limitations to the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. Not all embodiments are exhaustive. All obvious changes or variations led out by the technical scheme of the utility model are still in the protection scope of the utility model.
