Vans, particularly vans with compartments, are commonly used to transport waterproof and sun-proof cargo. Referring to fig. 1-5, a car lock assembly 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below, wherein the car lock assembly 100 can be used to lock a car door to a car on a vehicle.
The car lock assembly 100 includes a main lock 10. The primary lock 10 includes a primary lock body 11 and a primary lock body 12.
The main lock body 11 has a bottom 111 and a pair of sides 112, wherein the sides 112 extend upward from two sides of the bottom 111. The primary lock 10 further includes a primary restraint shaft 13. The main limiting shaft 13 is mounted on the side portion 112 of the main lock body 11, and the main limiting shaft 13 is mounted on the side portion 112 at a predetermined height from the bottom portion 111. A receiving slot 1101 is formed between a pair of the side portions 112 and the main lock body 11.
The primary locking body 12 has a primary locking body head 121. The top and bottom of the main locking body head 121 have a first top arc surface 12101 and a first bottom arc surface 12102, respectively. The main lock body head 121 is rotatably inserted between the main stopper shaft 13 and the bottom 111 of the main lock body 11. When the main locking body head 121 rotates around the main limiting shaft 13, the first top arc surface 12101 at the top of the main locking body head 121 abuts against the main limiting shaft 13. The first bottom arc surface 12102 is configured as an arc surface so that the main locking body head 121 can rotate around the main limiting shaft 13 without being blocked by the bottom 111 of the main locking body 11.
The side portion 112 of the main lock body 11 forms a first groove 11201. The main locking body 12 has a connecting portion 122, wherein the connecting portion 122 forms a through hole 12201. After the main locking body head 121 of the main locking body 12 is inserted between the main limiting shaft 13 and the bottom 111 of the main locking body 11, the connecting portion 122 is received in the first groove 11201.
The primary lock 10 further includes a primary locking element 14. The main locking member 14 includes a locking body 141, a connecting shaft 142 and a torsion spring 143. The primary locking body 12 has a mounting portion 123 and a force arm 124, wherein the force arm 124 extends laterally integrally from the mounting portion 123. The bottom of the mounting portion 123 forms a through window 12301. Both ends of the connecting shaft 142 are respectively mounted to both side walls of the mounting portion 123. The latch body 141 is mounted to the connecting shaft 142 by the torsion spring 143.
The locking body 141 has a hook 1411, wherein the hook 1411 forms a connection hole 141101. After the connecting shaft 142 passes through the connecting hole 141101 of the hook 1411, both ends thereof are fixed to both side walls of the mounting part 123. The bottom of the hook 1411 forms a hook 1412. The hook 1412 is retained in the through window 12301.
The locking body 141 has a pressing portion 1413. The pressing portion 1413 integrally extends in a lateral direction from a top of the hook portion 1411. When the pressing portion 1413 is pressed, the torsion force of the torsion spring 143 is overcome, so that the hook portion 1411 can rotate around the connecting shaft 142.
In the present invention, the main lock body 11 has a locking hook 113, wherein the locking hook 113 is disposed in the accommodating groove 1101 of the main lock body 11 on the top surface of the bottom 111. When the pressing portion 1413 is pressed and the main locking body 12 is rotated into the receiving groove 1101, and the pressing portion 1413 is released, the hook body 1412 is fastened to the locking hook 113, so that the main locking body 12 remains locked with respect to the main locking body 11. When the main lock body 12 needs to be rotated, the hook body 1412 is separated from the locking hook 113 only by pressing the pressing portion 1413. Subsequently, the force arm 124 is lifted, so that the main lock body 12 can be rotated with respect to the main lock body 11.
The locking hook 113 is implemented as a bridge integrally extended from the top surface of the bottom 111 of the main lock body 11.
Further, the car lock assembly 100 further includes a secondary lock 20. Normally, the secondary lock 20 is disposed on the top of the vehicle compartment. The main lock 10 is arranged at the bottom of the compartment. Specifically, the secondary lock 20 includes a secondary lock body 21 and a secondary lock body 22.
The secondary lock body 21 has a bottom wall 211 and a pair of side walls 212. The secondary lock 20 further includes a secondary limit shaft 23. The secondary stopper shaft 23 is mounted to the side wall 212 of the secondary lock body 21, and the secondary stopper shaft 23 is mounted to the side wall 212 at a predetermined height from the bottom wall 211. A receiving slot 2101 is formed between the pair of sidewalls 212 and the auxiliary lock body 21.
The secondary locking body 22 has a secondary locking body head 221. The top and bottom of the head 221 of the secondary locking body have a second top arc 22101 and a second bottom arc 22102, respectively. The sub-lock body head 221 is rotatably inserted between the sub-stopper shaft 23 and the bottom wall 211 of the sub-lock body 21. When the secondary locking body head 221 rotates around the secondary limiting shaft 23, the second top arc surface 22101 on the top of the secondary locking body head 221 abuts against the secondary limiting shaft 23. The second bottom arc 22102 is configured as an arc surface so that the secondary lock body head 221 is not blocked by the bottom wall 211 of the secondary lock body 21 when rotating around the secondary limit shaft 23. The sub-lock body 22 is accommodated in the accommodating groove 2101.
The side wall 212 of the secondary lock body 21 forms a second slot 21201. The secondary lock body 22 has a through portion 222, wherein the through portion 222 forms a through hole 22201. After the sub-locking body head 221 of the sub-locking body 22 is inserted between the main and sub-stopper shafts 23 and the bottom wall 211 of the sub-locking body 21, the penetration portion 222 is received in the second groove body 21201.
It is worth mentioning that when the car lock assembly 100 is used to connect the car body and the car body door of the vehicle, a shaft is disposed through the through hole 12201 formed by the connecting portion 122 of the main lock body 12 of the main lock 10 and the through hole 22201 formed by the auxiliary lock body 22 of the auxiliary lock 20, so that the auxiliary lock body 22 is drivably connected to the main lock body 12.
When the compartment door of the vehicle needs to be opened, the user only needs to press the pressing portion 1413 of the locking body 141, so that the hook 1412 is disengaged from the locking hook 113 of the main lock body 11. The force arm 124 of the primary lock body 12 is then lifted. The main lock body 12 rotates about the shaft body of the through hole 12201 formed through the connecting portion 122 of the main lock body 12 of the main lock 10 and the through hole 22201 formed through the auxiliary lock body 22 of the auxiliary lock 20.
It is worth mentioning that the first bottom arc surface 12102 provided as arc surfaces and the second bottom arc surface 22102 provided as arc surfaces are such that the main lock body 12 and the auxiliary lock body 22 are not blocked by the bottom 111 of the main lock body 11 and the bottom wall 211 of the auxiliary lock body 21 when they are rotated.
When the compartment door of the vehicle needs to be closed, the user only needs to press the main lock body 12. When the main lock body 12 is pressed, the hook 1412 automatically hooks on the locking hook 113.
It should be noted that when the main locking body 12 and the auxiliary locking body 22 rotate respectively, the main locking body head 121 and the auxiliary locking body head 221 rotate around the main limiting shaft 13 and the auxiliary limiting shaft 23 respectively, and are restricted by the main limiting shaft 13 and the auxiliary limiting shaft 23 so as not to be separated from the main locking body 11 and the auxiliary locking body 21.
Preferably, the side portion 112 of the main lock body 11 forms a first keyhole 11202. A second bolt hole 12302 is formed at both sides of the mounting portion 123 of the main locking body 12. When the main lock body 12 is locked with respect to the main lock body 11, the first bolt hole 11202 and the second bolt hole 12302 are aligned for insertion of a bolt, so that the main lock body 12 and the main lock body 11 are locked more firmly.

1. A car lock assembly, wherein said car lock assembly comprises a main lock, wherein said main lock comprises:
a main lock body, wherein the main lock body has a bottom and a pair of side portions, wherein the side portions extend upward from two side edges of the bottom, respectively, wherein the main lock body has a locking hook portion, wherein the locking hook portion is disposed on a top surface of the bottom, wherein the two side portions form a first groove respectively;
a main limiting shaft, wherein two ends of the main limiting shaft are respectively fixed on a pair of side parts of the main lock body;
a main lock body, wherein the main lock body has a main locking body head, a connecting portion and a mounting portion, wherein the main locking body head is rotatably inserted between the main limiting shaft and the bottom of the main lock body, wherein the connecting portion forms a through hole for a shaft to pass through, wherein the connecting portion is rotatably held in the first groove, wherein the mounting portion integrally extends from the connecting portion, and a through window is formed at the bottom of the mounting portion; and
a main closure, wherein main closure includes a hasp body, a connecting axle and a torsional spring, the both ends of connecting axle are installed respectively in the both sides wall of installation department, the hasp body passes through the torsional spring is installed in the connecting axle, wherein the hasp body includes one colludes the form portion, wherein collude the form portion top and form one and collude the body, wherein collude form portion top and form one and press the splenium, wherein collude the body and pass through collude the lock behind the logical window and be in lock colludes the portion, so that main lock main part is locked in main lock body, wherein press the splenium and pressed the back, collude the body and break away from lock colludes the portion, so that main lock main part is for main lock body can be rotated.

5. The car lock assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the primary lock body includes a force arm, wherein the force arm extends integrally from the mounting portion.
6. The car lock assembly of claim 1, wherein the shackle portion is implemented as a bridge integrally extending from the bottom top surface of the main lock body.
7. The car lock assembly of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the car lock assembly includes a secondary lock, wherein the secondary lock includes:
the auxiliary lock body is provided with a bottom wall and a pair of side walls, wherein the side walls are provided with second groove bodies;
a pair of limiting shafts, wherein two ends of the pair of limiting shafts are respectively fixed on the side walls; and
and the auxiliary locking main body is provided with an auxiliary locking main body head part and a penetrating part, the penetrating part is provided with a penetrating hole for the shaft body to penetrate through, the penetrating part is held in the second groove body, and the auxiliary locking main body head part is rotatably inserted between the auxiliary limiting shaft and the bottom wall of the auxiliary locking main body.
8. The car lock assembly of claim 5, wherein the car lock assembly comprises a secondary lock, wherein the secondary lock comprises:
the auxiliary lock body is provided with a bottom wall and a pair of side walls, wherein the side walls are provided with second groove bodies;
a pair of limiting shafts, wherein two ends of the pair of limiting shafts are respectively fixed on the side walls; and
and the auxiliary locking main body is provided with an auxiliary locking main body head part and a penetrating part, the penetrating part is provided with a penetrating hole for the shaft body to penetrate through, the penetrating part is held in the second groove body, and the auxiliary locking main body head part is rotatably inserted between the auxiliary limiting shaft and the bottom wall of the auxiliary locking main body.
9. The car lock assembly of claim 7, wherein the top of the head of the secondary lock body has a second crowning surface.
10. The car lock assembly of claim 8, wherein the bottom of the head of the secondary lock body has a second bottom arc.
