The glue injection retainer ring 13 can be integrally formed with the filter element shell 11, so that the connection between the glue injection retainer ring 13 and the filter element shell 11 is stable; the glue injection retainer ring 13 can be arranged separately from the filter element shell 11 and made of foam, so that the glue injection retainer ring 13 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the manufacturing difficulty of the filter element shell 11 can be reduced.

In the embodiment, the outer peripheral surface of the filter element shell 11 close to one side of the hollow panel 112 is sleeved with the sealing ring 10; a slot 21 is arranged in the shell 2, and one end of the filter element shell 11 close to the hollow panel 112 is inserted into the slot 21; the sealing ring 10 is interposed between the cartridge housing 11 and the side wall of the insertion groove 21 as the cartridge housing 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 21, so as to prevent air entering from the air inlet 22 from being discharged through between the cartridge housing 11 and the side wall of the insertion groove 21 (see fig. 10 and 11).
The opening direction of the slot 21 extends along the axial direction of the filter element 1, is perpendicular to the opening direction of the side window 20, and is opposite to the air inlet 22; the air outlet 23 is formed in the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21, so that the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21 is annular; the filter cartridge housing 11 is inserted into an end surface of the slot 21, that is, the edge of the hollow panel 112 abuts against the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21, so that the air entering from the air inlet 22 does not blow the filter cartridge 1 (see fig. 10 and 11).
The edge of the hollowed-out panel 112 facing the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21 is provided with a chamfer 100, and the edge of the slot 21 facing away from the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21 is provided with a radius 200, so that the filter cartridge housing 11 can be conveniently inserted into the slot 21 (see fig. 10 and 11).
Optionally, the outer circumferential surface of the housing 11 is provided with an annular groove, and the sealing ring 10 is arranged in the groove towards the inner side of the filter element housing 11; the outer surface of the sealing ring 10 is a cambered surface or a plane surface. If the arc surface is formed, the filter element shell 11 can be more smoothly inserted into the slot 21; if it is flat, the sealing effect of the sealing ring 10 will be better.
Optionally, the seal ring 10 is made of PU (polyurethane), has high strength and toughness, and has excellent properties such as wear resistance and oil resistance; the edge of the hollow panel 112 can also indirectly abut against the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21 through an annular sealing structure.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, when the filter cartridge 1 is installed in the housing 2, the sealing ring 10 is obliquely fitted on the filter cartridge 1, and is inclined in a direction away from the bottom wall 210 of the insertion groove 21 from the first section 101 away from the side window 20 to the second section 102 close to the side window 20. That is, when the cartridge case 11 is inserted into the insertion groove 21, the second section 102 of the seal ring 10 close to the side window 20 is farther from the bottom wall 210 of the insertion groove 21 than the first section 101 of the seal ring 10 away from the side window 20.
In this embodiment, the seal ring 10 extends along an annular axis, which lies in a plane; the connection line between the end point of the first segment 101 far from the second segment 102 and the end point of the second segment 102 far from the first segment 101 forms an included angle α with the plane where the hollow panel 112 is located.

When the filter element 1 is installed in the shell 2, the part of the filter element 1 facing the side window 20 is the top part, and the part of the filter element 1 facing away from the side window 20 is the bottom part. In this embodiment, the installation method of the filter element 1 is as follows:

The slide block 14 at the side of the filter element shell 11 slides from top to bottom along the guiding inclined plane 241 until the bottom of the filter element shell 11 extends into the slot 21 toward one side of the slot 21, and meanwhile, one side of the bottom of the filter element shell 11 departing from the slot 21 abuts against the protrusion 25 in the shell 2.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, as one side of the bottom of the cartridge housing 11 extends into the slot 21, the first section 101 of the sealing ring 10 abuts against the sidewall of the slot 21 before the second section 102.

Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the cartridge housing 11 is further moved axially to align the cartridge 1 such that the edges of the pierced panel 112 abut against the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21, thereby completing the insertion of the cartridge housing 11 into the slot 21.
The second section 102 is far away from the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21 than the first section 101, so that the friction stroke of the second section 102 is reduced, and the filter element 1 can be smoothly inserted into the slot 21 on the premise of ensuring the sealing effect.
Contrary to the installation process of the filter element 1, when the second section 102 of the sealing ring 10 is pulled out of the slot 21 by taking the first section 101 as a fulcrum to disassemble the filter element 1, the second section 102 is farther away from the bottom wall 210 of the slot 21 than the first section 101, so that the friction stroke of the second section 102 is also reduced, and the filter element 1 can be smoothly moved out of the slot 21 to be disassembled.
