The food processor of claim 1, wherein the lid is removably coupled to a hinge assembly that includes a pivot base and an adapter that is hingedly coupled to the pivot base, the lid being removably coupled to the adapter such that the lid rotates about the pivot base with the adapter to open and close the lid.

3. The food processor as defined in claim 2, wherein the cup cover has a slot at an edge thereof, the adapter has a plug portion, and the adapter and the cup cover are detachably connected by the plug portion cooperating with the slot.

The food processor of claim 2, wherein the handle assembly includes a handle disposed on the sidewall of the cup body and a handle cover covering the outside of the handle, the shaft seat is disposed at an upper end of the handle cover, and the adapter is hinged to the shaft seat via a shaft and a torsion spring.

The food processor of claim 4, wherein the handle cover includes a first handle cover and a second handle cover that engage with each other, the first handle cover having a first pivot base and the second handle cover having a second pivot base, the first pivot base and the second pivot base cooperating to form the pivot base and to clamp the adapter in place.

The food processor of claim 5, wherein the first pivot base includes a first pivot hole and the second pivot base includes a second pivot hole, the adapter includes a hinge hole, and the pivot passes through the first pivot hole, the hinge hole, the torsion spring mounting hole and the second pivot hole to hinge the adapter to the pivot base.

7. The food processor of claim 6, wherein the adapter includes stops on each side of the adapter, and the first and second pivot bases include stop notches for engaging the stops.

The food processor as defined in claim 6, wherein the handle cover is internally provided with a safety switch electrically connected with the control panel, the cup cover is provided with a push rod, and the cup cover rotates around the rotating shaft and covers the push rod after being in place so as to trigger the safety switch.

9. The food processor of claim 8, wherein the safety switch is secured by a screw within the hollow cavity between the first handle cover and the second handle cover.

The food processor as defined in claim 1, wherein the inner surface of the hook is provided with a limit step and a buckle located below the limit step, the lower end surface of the cup cover is provided with a lower surrounding edge extending outwards, an upper surrounding edge is located on the outer side wall of the cup cover and located above the lower surrounding edge, the screw cap is mounted in place, and the upper surrounding edge is clamped between the limit step and the buckle to realize circumferential rotation.
