1. A cooking assembly for a food cooking machine, the cooking assembly comprising:
a pan body (21);
the bottom shell (22), the bottom shell (22) comprises a bottom wall (223) and a side wall (222), and the side wall (222) extends towards the pot body (21) and is connected with the outer bottom surface of the pot body (21) in a sealing way;
the heating mechanism (23) comprises a heater (231), the heater (231) is installed in the bottom shell (22) and used for heating the pot body (21), and the heater (231) and the outer bottom surface of the bottom shell (22) are arranged at intervals.
2. The cooking assembly according to claim 1, wherein the heating mechanism (23) further comprises a coupler (232) for electrical connection with a base assembly (30) of the food cooking machine (100), said coupler being removably mounted on the outside of the bottom shell (22) and being electrically connected with the heater (231).
3. The cooking assembly of claim 2, wherein the cooking assembly (20) further comprises at least one fastener by which the coupler (232) is connected with the bottom shell (22).
4. The cooking assembly according to claim 2, wherein the bottom shell (22) has a through hole, and the coupler (232) is connected to the heater (231) through the through hole.
5. The cooking assembly according to claim 4, wherein the cooking assembly (20) further comprises a seal (24), the seal (24) being provided at an outer aperture of the through hole, both sides of the seal (24) being in abutment with the bottom shell (22) and the coupler (232), respectively.
6. The cooking assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a mounting groove (221) is provided in the bottom shell (22), and the heater (231) is sealingly mounted in a cavity formed by the mounting groove (221) and the outer bottom surface of the pan body (21).
7. The cooking assembly according to claim 6, wherein the notch of the mounting groove (221) is welded or adhesively fixed with the outer bottom surface of the pan body (21).
8. A food cooking machine, characterized in that it comprises:
a base assembly (30);
a cooking assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7;
the pot cover assembly (10), the pot cover assembly (10) includes lid (11) that has exhaust hole (111), lid (11) set up in the pot body (21) with separable mode is used for opening or sealing the pot body (21).
9. Food cooking machine according to claim 8, characterized in that said lid assembly (10) comprises:
a steam valve (12), the steam valve (12) being detachably mounted to the exhaust hole (111).
10. The food cooking machine according to claim 8, further comprising a steamer assembly (40), the steamer assembly (40) comprising:
the pot comprises a pot body (42), wherein the bottom of the pot body (42) is provided with an air inlet hole;

a connecting piece (44) with an air channel, wherein the connecting piece (44) is connected to the pot body (42) and the air channel is communicated with the air inlet hole, and the pot body (42) is detachably connected to the air outlet hole (111) through the connecting piece (44).
11. Food cooking machine according to claim 10, characterized in that the steamer assembly (40) further comprises a support (43), the support (43) being arranged at the outer bottom surface of the body (42), the body (42) resting against the cover (11) via the support (43).

Food cooking machine according to claim 10, characterized in that the steamer assembly (40) further comprises a sealing ring (45), the sealing ring (45) being fitted around the outside of the connector (44), the sealing ring (45) being arranged between the connector (44) and the venting hole (111) when the connector (44) is fitted to the venting hole (111).
