Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, in the related art, the blackboard includes a first display panel 11 and a second display panel 12, the first display panel 11 is provided with a first frame 21 for supporting and protecting, and the second display panel 12 is provided with a second frame 22 for supporting. When the first display panel 11 is in a vertically arranged operating state, a surface of the first display panel 11 that can be used for displaying is a front surface of the first display panel 11, a surface opposite to the front surface of the first display panel 11 is a rear surface of the first display panel 11, a surface of the first display panel 11 that faces away from the ground is an upper surface of the first display panel 11, and a surface of the first display panel 11 that is close to the ground is a lower surface of the first display panel 11. It should be noted that the front surface, the rear surface, the upper surface and the lower surface of the second display panel 12, the front surface, the rear surface, the upper surface and the lower surface of the first frame 21, and the front surface, the rear surface, the upper surface and the lower surface of the second frame 22 are defined in the same manner as the first display panel 11, and are not described herein again.
In a direction perpendicular to the first display panel 11 (i.e., a direction in which the front surface of the first display panel 11 is directed to the rear surface of the first display panel 11), a sum of a thickness dimension of the first display panel 11 and a width dimension of the first frame 21 is equal to a sum of a thickness dimension of the second display panel 12 and a width dimension of the second frame 22, and the rear surface of the first display panel 11 and the rear surface of the second display panel 12 are located in the same plane, because the thickness dimension of the first display panel 11 is greater than the width dimension of the second display panel 12, the width dimension of the first frame 21 is smaller than the width dimension of the second frame 22. In summary, the larger width dimension of the second frame 22 along the direction perpendicular to the first display panel 11 results in waste of the material of the second frame 22.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application provides a blackboard including a first display panel 110, a second display panel 120, a first frame 210, a second frame 220, and a corner transition piece 300.
The first display panel 110 is used for electronic display, and integrates display and control, and the first display panel 110 may be a touch display panel or a touch display panel. For example, the teacher may perform a document, animation, scene demonstration, and the like related to the teaching process by using the first display panel 110, so as to improve the vividness of the teacher's classroom teaching and the interest of the student in classroom learning.
The second display panel 120 is used for writing, and the second display panel 120 may be a chalk writing type blackboard or a carbon pen writing type blackboard. For example, the teacher can perform relevant demonstration such as derivation of mathematical formulas, synthesis of chemical formulas, explanation of english words, etc. by means of the second display panel 120 during the teaching process, so as to improve the practicability of classroom teaching of the teacher and facilitate the students to better grasp relevant knowledge points.
Each of the first display panel 110 and the second display panel 120 may have a rectangular shape, and preferably, each of the first display panel 110 and the second display panel 120 has a rectangular shape in order to enhance the usability and the aesthetic appearance of the first display panel 110 and the second display panel 120. The second display panel 120 is positioned at one side of the first display panel 110, that is, the first display panel 110 and the second display panel 120 are arranged in a row, and a side of the second display panel 120 is connected to the first display panel 110. First display panel 110 and second display panel 120 may be fixedly connected to each other, and first display panel 110 and second display panel 120 may be detachably connected to each other to reduce a burden on an operator when first display panel 110 and second display panel 120 are mounted and to enhance convenience in mounting.
When the first display panel 110 is detachably connected to the second display panel 120, the first display panel 110 may be detachably connected to the second display panel 120 by means of clamping (for example, the clamping block is connected to the clamping groove in a matching manner), the first display panel 110 may be detachably connected to the second display panel 120 by means of inserting (for example, the inserting block 310 is connected to the inserting groove 320 in a matching manner), and in order to facilitate the installation and the detachment of the first display panel 110 to the second display panel 120, the first display panel 110 may be detachably connected to the second display panel 120 by means of screw connection.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the rear surface of the second display panel 120 and the rear surface of the first display panel 110 are flush with each other, that is, a person stands on a wall, the second display panel 120 and the first display panel 110 can be sequentially arranged from left to right, the edge where the right surface and the rear surface of the second display panel 120 coincide with the edge where the left surface and the rear surface of the first display panel 110 coincide with each other is completely attached, and when viewed from top to bottom (i.e., in a top view direction), the edge of the upper surface of the first display panel 110 on the side close to the wall and the edge of the upper surface of the second display panel 120 on the side close to the wall are located on the same horizontal straight line. In other words, the edge where the right surface and the rear surface of the second display panel 120 coincide with the edge where the left surface and the rear surface of the first display panel 110 coincide with each other completely adheres to each other, and when viewed from left to right (i.e., left-looking direction), the rear surface of the first display panel 110 and the rear surface of the second display panel 120 are located in the same plane.
The first frame 210 is used to support the first display panel 110, and the first frame 210 extends forward from a lower surface of the first display panel 110. That is, the upper surface of the first frame 210 is attached to the lower surface of the first display panel 110, in this case, the rear surface of the first frame 210 may be located in the same plane as the rear surface of the first display panel 110, the rear surface of the first frame 210 may also be disposed in a direction approaching the front surface of the first display panel 110, and the first frame 210 extends in a direction approaching the front surface of the first display panel 110. The material of the first frame 210 may be aluminum alloy, plastic, or stainless steel.
The second bezel 220 is used to support the second display panel 120, and the second bezel 220 extends forward from a lower surface of the second display panel 120. That is, the upper surface of the second frame 220 is attached to the lower surface of the second display panel 120, in this case, the rear surface of the second frame 220 may be located in the same plane as the rear surface of the second display panel 120, the rear surface of the second frame 220 may also be disposed in a direction close to the front surface of the second display panel 120, and the second frame 220 extends in a direction close to the front surface of the second display panel 120. The material of the second frame 220 may be aluminum alloy, plastic, or stainless steel.
The corner transition piece 300 is used to connect the first rim 210 and the second rim 220. The corner transition piece 300 is located between the first frame 210 and the second frame 220, one end of the corner transition piece 300 is connected to the end of the first frame 210 near the second frame 220, and the other end of the corner transition piece 300 is connected to the end of the second frame 220 near the first frame 210. The corner transition piece 300 may be made of a rigid material.
In a direction perpendicular to the first display panel 110, a sum of a thickness dimension of the first display panel 110 plus a width dimension of the first bezel 210 is a first dimension, a sum of a thickness dimension of the second display panel 120 plus a width dimension of the second bezel 220 is a second dimension, and the first dimension is greater than the second dimension (i.e., the first dimension is a, the second dimension is b, and a > b as shown in fig. 3).
The first frame 210 is disposed at the lower edge of the first display panel 110, the second frame 220 is disposed at the lower edge of the second display panel 120, and the rear surface of the first display panel 110 is flush with the rear surface of the first display panel 110, and since the thickness of the first display panel 110 is greater than the thickness of the second display panel 120, that is, in the direction perpendicular to the first display panel 110, by disposing the first size greater than the second size, it can be inferred that the width of the second frame 220 is smaller than the width of the first frame 210, that is, the material of the second frame 220 disposed at the lower edge of the second display panel 120 is saved, that is, the cost is saved. Meanwhile, by reducing the width of the second frame 220 in the direction perpendicular to the first display panel 110, the accumulation of chalk dust can be reduced, and the effect of cleanness and beauty can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 4-6, one side of the front surface of the corner transition piece 300 is smoothly connected to the front surface of the first frame 210, that is, the front surface of the first frame 210 may have a straight line segment, one side of the front surface of the corner transition piece 300 has an arc segment, the straight line segment of the first frame 210 is tangent to the arc segment of the corner transition piece 300, and the tangent point is a connection point of the front surface of the first frame 210 and the front surface of the corner transition piece 300. In other words, the front surface of the first frame 210 may also have an arc segment, one side of the front surface of the corner transition piece 300 has an arc segment, the arc segment of the first frame 210 is tangent to the arc segment of the corner transition piece 300, and the tangent point is a connection point of the front surface of the first frame 210 and the front surface of the corner transition piece 300. The other side of the front surface of the corner transition piece 300 is smoothly connected with the front surface of the second rim 220.
Through the smooth connection between the two sides of the front surface of the corner transition piece 300 and the front surface of the first frame 210 and the front surface of the second frame 220, respectively, the gap between the first frame 210 and the corner transition piece 300 and the gap between the second frame 220 and the corner transition piece 300 are reduced, that is, the seamless connection between the first display panel 110 and the second display panel 120 is realized, so that the blackboard is attractive and elegant, and has good appearance integrity.
The upper surface of corner transition piece 300, the upper surface of first bezel 210, and the upper surface of second bezel 220 may not lie in the same plane, e.g., the lower surface of corner transition piece 300, the upper surface of first bezel 210, and the upper surface of second bezel 220 may lie in the same plane. When the first frame 210 is made of an aluminum alloy material, the first frame 210 has a certain height in the vertical direction, so that the surface of the first frame 210 has sharp corners, and in order to avoid being scratched by the sharp corners of the surface of the first frame 210 and improve the safety of the blackboard, the upper surface of the corner transition piece 300, the upper surface of the first frame 210, and the upper surface of the second frame 220 are located in the same plane.
The first frame 210 is used to support the first display panel 110, and the first display panel 110 may be a touch display panel of a liquid crystal screen, which has a heavy weight and a high price, so the first frame 210 often wraps the first display panel 110 as much as possible, on one hand, the connection stability between the first display panel 110 and a wall is enhanced, and on the other hand, the edge of the first display panel 110 is protected, so that the material of the first frame 210 cannot be saved. For the purpose of saving material, starting with saving material of the second frame 220, the lower edge of the first display panel 110 may be disposed flush with the lower edge of the second display panel 120, and the vertical (i.e., vertical) dimension of the first frame 210 is greater than the vertical dimension of the second frame 220. The reduction of the material of the second frame 220 is further achieved by reducing the width dimension of the second frame 220 in a direction perpendicular to the first display panel 110 and reducing the height dimension of the second frame 220 in a direction parallel to the first display panel 110.
In order to enhance the rigidity of the corner transition piece 300, so that the corner transition piece 300 can support the first display panel 110 or the second display panel 120 while connecting the first frame 210 and the second frame 220, the corner transition piece 300 is made of a rigid material. At this time, since the corner transition piece 300 is directly exposed to the outside, in order to improve the safety of the corner transition piece 300, one side of the lower surface of the corner transition piece 300 is smoothly connected to the lower surface of the first frame 210, and the other side of the lower surface of the corner transition piece 300 is smoothly connected to the lower surface of the second frame 220.
The corner transition member 300 may be coupled to a lower end of the first display panel 110 when the corner transition member 300 is positioned at a side of the first display panel 110 adjacent to the second display panel 120. In order to prevent the corner transition member 300 from breaking the conductive lines in the first display panel 110 when connected to the first display panel 110, the corner transition member 300 may be connected to the lower end of the second display panel 120, in which the corner transition member 300 is located on the side of the second display panel 120 adjacent to the first display panel 110, since it is considered that some lines may be arranged inside the first display panel 110. The provision of the corner transition piece 300 at the lower end of the display panel also serves to save material of the second bezel 220 to some extent.
Referring to fig. 7-8, the end of the corner transition piece 300 near the first frame 210 may be connected to the first frame 210 by welding, or may be connected to the first frame 210 by gluing. In order to facilitate the replacement of the corner transition piece 300 by an operator in the later period, one side of the corner transition piece 300 close to the first frame 210 may be connected with the first frame 210 in a detachable connection manner. The end of the corner transition piece 300 near the first frame 210 and the end of the first frame 210 may be detachably connected to the first frame 210 by a threaded connection. In order to enhance the connection stability between the corner transition piece 300 and the first frame 210, the end of the corner transition piece 300 close to the first frame 210 may also be detachably connected to the first frame 210 by plugging.
An insertion block 310 may be disposed at one end of the corner transition piece 300 close to the first frame 210, the insertion block 310 may be integrally formed with the corner transition piece 300, and a slot 320 for the insertion block 310 to extend into is disposed at an end of the first frame 210. It should be noted that when the insert 310 is inserted into the slot 320, the peripheral wall of the insert 310 is engaged with the peripheral wall of the slot 320.
Similarly, the end of the corner transition piece 300 close to the second frame 220 may be connected to the second frame 220 by welding, or may be connected to the second frame 220 by gluing. In order to facilitate the replacement of the corner transition piece 300 by an operator in the later period, one side of the corner transition piece 300 close to the second frame 220 may be connected with the second frame 220 in a detachable connection manner. For example, the end of the corner transition piece 300 near the second frame 220 and the end of the second frame 220 may be detachably connected to the second frame 220 by means of a screw connection.
The end of the corner transition piece 300 near the second display panel 120 may be connected to the second display panel 120 by welding or by gluing. In order to facilitate the replacement of the corner transition piece 300 by the operator at a later stage, the side of the corner transition piece 300 close to the second display plate 120 may be detachably connected to the second display plate 120. For example, the side of the corner transition piece 300 adjacent to the second display panel 120 and the second display panel 120 may be detachably connected to the second display panel 120 by means of a screw connection.
